Horrible customer service. The Worst service in The Grove LA. But clothes are great 🤔 the staffs looks rude. Especially the young blk tall man with short hair. He is not nice.🥶

I went to buy my nephew a hat, left with one of my own too. The gentlemen on hand were polite and easy going. Youre here because youre buying into the Drake brand. You buy what you can relate to, in essence youre voting with your dollar. Expect a premium for the premium experience.I had a small issue with the hat I bought for myself. I went back the next day and had no issue with the exchange. I also bought an additional hat for a friend. The guys threw in OVO stickers to boot on top of their excellent service. When you pay for a premium you expect great service, OVO on La Brea delivers.

Simple store with great items if youre a fan of Drake. Clothing is a bit expensive, but again its worth it if youre a fan.Staff are helpful, and everything you see at the store is just the sample, they have all the different sizes in storage.Cool spot worth checking out

Staff was standoffish but very nice but very limited selection and even more limited sizes..... if the customer wants a hat make sure u have extras.... not just lead them to the overpriced accessories. Quality on clothes was pretty good, hats were NOT eye poppin and didnt have any sizes

Would give them 5 stars if they had a larger womens selection. Was trying to bring some thing back for my girlfriend and they only had 3 womens items in the store.

Tiny store, barely anything on display. The vibe felt very stuck-up, like I couldnt touch anything for fear of ruining their aesthetic. If you want any of their stuff just go online, not worth the trip

Me and buddy were in town visiting LA, and we walked a few blocks over to see the shop, and it warm outside so the rep gave us some water to cool us down, and right before we’re heading out we asked if we can have one more to go and the rep says “there’s a gas station the street where you can buy some water” and this after we just spent about over $150 at the store, horrible customer service, don’t know who hire these people, definitely won’t be buying anything from the store again, very small amount of collection, not worth visiting save your money and trip to visit this location

The one young man that helped me was nice. Checked sizes for me and answered my questions. The other two young men in there had horrible customer service, didn’t acknowledge that I even came into the store, didn’t lift their heads up when I said thank you, and we’re probably one of the most rudest people I’ve encountered when it came to customer service. They didn’t care. Besides the young man that actually helped me. But because of the others two bad customer service, the vibe of the store was unpleasant.

I liked it but keep in mind they make like 12 of each size and when theyre gone, theyre gone.

The OVO store was a little bit of a new experience, but I think it would be a great store if it had Jordan shoes.

Didnt have anything smaller than size large in a shirt we were looking for. People will buy ovo items, but they have to be in stock. Good customer service made up for the lack of inventory.

Cool merch, but employees arent attentive at all, always on their phones, unless you are seriously buying something, and even then the most theyll do for you is give you a smile and thanks. You could probably walk in and out with something and theyd never notice haha.

The clothes are good, the design is innovative, and the store is upscale, they have a very limited number of pieces, and the prices are good.

I went there to buy the souvenir from my brothers trip and I deeply regretted not having bought the Drake sweatshirt for me ... The shop is beautiful is not full of macaws with clothes its all simple and beautiful and fancy kkkk when to come back with sure I step there to buy some clothes ... the prices are very salty but the clothes are of great quality
