I live down the street from Melrose Smoke CBD Shop and it has become my favorite spot. Odai, the owner, is very nice every time we go in. They have a great selection and their prices are really good. I love their clearance rack, I get some new each time to try.

Walking in asked if he had a special kind of brand. He said no . I ask if he had anything similar to what I was asking he told me his opinion which I told him thank you but in ok. I started to mumble under my breath wondering what i should try next but his attitude towards what i do was to mock me witch I was unprofessional. Probably not going to this show again. I would recommend the one down Gardner and Melrose. Never coming back. If I could I would put a nice rate at all 0/5

I walked into Melrose Smoke Shop, service was awesome! The guy working there taught me how to use a hookah, and he told me to come back whenever I need help with anything. The quality of the hookah was amazing. It was an overall good experience. This is my number one smoke shop!! =)

Bought a vap pen here, broke after three weeks. Obviously defective I decided to swing into the store and see if they’d be willing to swap it out.Owner was aggressive and hostile saying he doesn’t want me as a customer. Even ran out of the store after I had left to swear and tell me to not come back.Cheap crappy products all from China, you definitely get what you pay for. I’ll never understand how guys like that own businesses, would avoid at all costs.

Ive been a regular customer at this shop for about 3 years now and have never received anything less than amazing customer service. The employees are always and professional and go out of their way to give the customer afforadable and reliable products. Extra perk: they finally stocked up on juuls so this is the place I come to for everything I need. This place is flat out amazing 👍

Worst smoke shop. Ive Ever stepped foot in. Asked price on a bong prolly worth no more then 100$ if that . guys quotes it at 700$ . not only did he know little to nothing about glass or accessories he was just. Flat out dis respectful

I went in to buy a very cheap 510 vape pen battery and the guy charged me 14.99 and wouldnt even throw in the .30 cent charger!! Thats was another $7!!!Rip off place!!!!!I never post places either but geezzz

The worst customer service possible. I bought a water pipe that read the heavy hitter for $200 three weeks ago from this establishment. It unexpectedly broke (where the stem joins the chamber) while taking a hit, and glass was sucked into the bong itself. Where the break occurred was less than a mm thick (obviously a manufacturing error). I wrapped it up, brought it back to the shop, and asked to simply swap it out for the same piece, but one that was free of errors/flaws. The same man that sold me the piece refused to exchange it, claiming that when it left his store, it was not broken. For a shop that claims to put its customers first (which they will tell you over and over again while you are shopping there), they wouldnt even make an exchange due to a manufacturing error. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. This is the kind of place that gives smoke shops a bad reputation.
