This place is pretty much awesome! I like how they are open almost later than the other smoke shops downtown except the one down on 6th or 7th that is 24 hour but that other one is too close to Skid-row and who wants to be there late at night??! Anyways this place has an enormous inventory and not just of smoking paraphernalia. they have food, clothes and pretty much everything else you need. Highly recommend it to you

These guys sold me a (sealed in box) $115 vaporizer. Got home and realized it wouldn’t work even though I had just installed 2 brand new batteries. I returned the following day to get an exchange or refund and was promptly told all sales are final. After going back and forth w/them a couple of days they finally agreed to give me a refund. These guys are also ridiculously overpriced due to their DT location. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here.

I live in the neighborhood and have been a patron of this shop for 3-4 years. I don’t expect them to remember me as my visits are infrequent. However, most shopping experiences have been pleasant. Today was the opposite. The worker was inattentive and too busy tinkering with his iPad to greet me and ignored me asking how he was. He then just got up and stared at me like “what do you want?” as if I’m bothering him and didn’t even ask me what I’m looking for. The only time he said anything was “$11” for the transaction. This is DTLA, there’s actually a sense of community here. Any shop you walk into, whether you’re a worker or customer, it’s custom to greet, acknowledge, and respect each other—it’s just common sense and good manners.Stop f-ing around with your tablet and don’t be rude. If you don’t like your job, quit. There are many looking for work. This shop isn’t the only smoke shop on the block, and you just lost my business forever.

I just bought this thing like 40mins ago and i tried making an exchange realizing this isnt what i needed and they said no upfront like i havent tested the thing yet, they didnt even tested it if it was broken or anything

They sold me a 60ML bottle for $27 which is WAY more than I usually pay, it tastes horrible (in a fresh atomizer) and they had no interest in exchanging it. Go somewhere that lets you taste or at least smell the juice and has better prices and a reasonable exchange policy. Will definitely never buy juice from here again.Ignore the good reviews here. If all you have to do is exchange money for tobacco products and you have a 3.6 rating, something is obviously wrong.

The staff is nice but they don’t stand behind their products. I’ve been buying a bunch of puff bars from them. I just got one that was defective. I asked them to replace it and return it to the company but that had no interest in helping me with that situation at all! I’ll try the puff bar company directly and probably won’t return to this shop.

Very nice smoke shop/vape. Solid prices, $5.50 pack of cigarettes! Shut up! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable....and pretty. 5 stars just for that.

I brought three different batteries here. Every single one of them stopped working after a few weeks. All of them were lemons. I regret not listening to the other reviews. Go somewhere else.

My friend and I made the mistake of shopping at this place for some e-liquid. The lady at the counter was extremely rushed and unhelpful, clearly bothered by our requests of info about the products which were “conveniently” located out of sight, with no visible price tag. The recommended item ended up costing a whopping $27.95. Payment was requested cash only, no receipt provided. When we came back 10 minutes later to return the item, after having verified a $10 markup with respect to the average price, the lady briskly pointed to a sign hanging by the cash register reciting “All sales are final” and whisked us out of the shop. This business surely redefines the concept of classy

Went for a cbd cartridge and the price listed on the shelf was $29. when i went to pay he said it was $39, i told him that price listed was $29. He was like oh yea true its $29, so i was charged on my card, I signed and didnt realize until a week later looking at my bank account that he had charged me more than what he said. Sucks, definitely not going back.

When I reached the store the staff were all really friendly and happy to help out with any questions I had.

I bought a top part for my vaporizer. I tried it there. It didnt work. The lady at the counter said she was new. I said, can you please see if this is broken--I just bought it. She told me to have a good day and get out. They take only cash. I do not know if they pay taxes when they charge me for taxes. This should be reported to the Franchise Tax Board.

Bought a sourin air replacement cartridge. discovered the cartridge was defective whole standing in front of the store. Asked for a replacement or refund since I had not left the premises. Guy at the counter refused to fo anything and was happy to keep my money after selling me a defective product. Will never shop here again. This store is a rip off.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood spots. The hours are amazing, open early, open late. The staff is super friendly and efficient.The shop is always clean and well stocked. Mostly I appreciate how kind they are to my dog, Hunter.

The Service is decent depending on who is helping you. CASH only has to change considering were moving forward with deleting a paper monetary system that will soon be ALL digital with a fingerprint scanner for payments on everything. Most of the merchandise is grossly overpriced. But the area and convenience are to blame because I could assume the rent isnt cheap here.

Buy a vape for $93 a week ago now the Vape was already used because the tip where your mouth goes was chipped and eventually broke off not dropping it only had it for a week meaning I didnt break the tip of it a week after having it go into the store so I can either get a new tip for free since its only been one week and I still have a receipt or at least just buy another one miss Cheyenne who was working January 10th tells me 1 someone to give me a call about replacing the tip and that they no longer Excel tips separately mind you The Vape I bought I see is no longer on display I asked her for the store number and her bosss name gave me an attitude said she would not give it to me but begged and pleaded for my information name and number and after I asked her why I cant have a store number she carry-ons and says how I have an attitude and pulls her taser out if you are the owner of this store and you see this please reach out

I bought a gpen, turns out that they switched the actual pen and replaced it w/a cheap pen. Which only lasted me 1 month. I had a legit gpen that lasted me 3 years. NEVER have I been ripped off this bad, but hey for them to make a quick I guess theyll do anything. SCAMMERS

Wish I could put 0 stars. Everything is all good until they sell you some cheap bowl piece or some dry cigarillos. Ive spent easily over $500 in this smoke shop and a few months ago my ashcatcher i bought literally just fell off my bong and they wouldnt replace it. I took the loss and kept it pushing, but then they sell me some cigarillos for a dollar more than the price on the packaging and they are stale and cracked. Dont go here.

Ive been going into the store for about 2 years last week I went in there and bought a couple cigars and a bowl for a friend of mine that cost me $17 I took it to my friend five minutes later it was the wrong one so I went back to the store I asked for a refund and was rudely told no refunds I said oh okay well I was just in here 10 minutes ago you can see I didnt use it cant you make an exception absolutely not I said okay well then how about an exchange for some cigars since I buy them all the time here anyway once again I was told no exchanges either and I said you know this to be legal you need to post a sign that says this the fat girl behind the cash register points down the wall behind me to a sign that you cannot see because its covered with buy bongs I told her that it should be behind the cash register or by the exit or the entrance and this point the skinny bald headed idiot overheard what I said and said get the f*** out of the store I said excuse me he said get the f*** out now so we exchanged a few words he then proceeds to shove me I I told him not to touch me and shoved him back and then through the little 2-inch little stem thing on the ground and turn my back and started walking out I have my right hand on the front door and a Powerade in my left hand I see this hand reaching over my shoulder with a with a can and it and now the skinny little geek is now spraying pepper spray in my face but not just a spray he uses the entire can Im completely blinded by this but I see him rushing back to work the cash register and grabbing something I thought he was going for a gun he start trusting me again I threw my Powerade in his Direction course I cant see but I dont know what this guy was going to do I get the door half open and start going out the door and all the sudden I see his hand with a brass cylinder in it and hes punching me in the head the Palmer in his hand I was half in the door and half out now I was able to grab him by the shirt and thrown him back into the store you came rushing the door again and I slammed it right as he was getting to the door which pushed his punk ass back into the store and I was able to make my Escape only about Twenty Yards though I could not see anything I sat down on the curb and an elderly gentleman was helping me this other kid comes up with a pitbull and said why are you helping him the guy back there said I attacked the woman in the store and he was just defending her complete b******* the general and help me back to my apartment and that was the end of the evening this little mother f***** is a menace he has no control no conscience attack somebody twice his age thats been a customer for two years this boy needs to be fired I took pictures of their crappy little sign no return sign to show the DAs office that theyre breaking the law not to mention when I bought the bowl the fat chicks at you put the receipt in my bag when I got home there was no receipt in there and I mention that to her also and got a s*** respond so if you need a receipt I can write one now I said well you told me you already wrote one it was in the bag now youre telling me that you know you never wrote One Im a tax professional I can see tax evasion and money-laundering from a mile away that will be my recourse did not use these guys theyre losers

Bought a newport torch here and it came unfilled when the guy told me it came filled. Went back to BUY butane and I told the guy if hed give me a discount because the torch was empty. He immediately said i cant give any discounts like come on dude. I was guna guy the butane anyway but i decided not to. The young african American guy was cool however shoutout to you man. The white bald guy was the one who wouldnt give me a discount, forget u man this is how u treat customers? Goodluck

The employee that was there when I shopped did not know what a mechanical mod was. I even tried unsuccessfully to tell her what one was. She also did not know what a 18650 was when asked, she did know what a battery was at least. I did not purchase any 18650s here due to price. I will not waste my time returning here for any vape related items. They do sell other tobacco items but I did not price ot ask questions about them.

The dude who works here hates to be bothered when hes on his cell phone. I couldnt get any knowledgeable advice on a glass piece I needed so I went to the downtown smoke shop located further south and had no problems at all.
