Was able to fix my phone in under 30min. Other repair places wanted to up charge me to replace other things I didnt need replaced or fixed. Man was friendly, works fast, worked efficiently, had the parts needed. And his prices were very comparable (considering I called 4 other places before hand). If you have an issue I highly recommend bringing it here and doing some shopping at the farmers market while you wait.He even validates your parking for 90 minutes! Happy customer!

I went to fix my iPhone screen 2 days ago, gave them my phone, came back after 20 minutes, paid for it and let. When I got home I realized my phone was not responding to my touch and unusable. I went back and they said they would fix it in 20 minutes, maybe 30. I came back, it wasnt done, I kept waiting. Over an hour and a half later, my phone was fixed but still having some touch issues. I called the manager and calmly asked for a partial refund due to the time and issues my phone had. He said I was immature for even asking and implied I was crazy. I said that the timeliness of the fix was not what I was expecting and thought a partial refund was in order, he continued to call me names (despite me never raising my voice) and hung up on me. If I could give this place one star, I would. Also, my phone screen still doesnt work 100%. Take your business elsewhere.

Super friendly fast and great prices. The screen feels and looks great. He was also helpful in adjusting my accessibility settings I had to add when trying using my cracked screen. The online ratings are accurate. I even decided to buy a new case from them.

Terribly unorganized business. FALSE ADVERTISING.THEY HAVE BUS ADS AND BILLBOARDS SAYING THEY HAVE PRICE MATCH WHICH IS A LIE. They do not price match on Samsung products. They also dont accept their own 10% discount coupons which they emailed me. The employee at the 3rd Street location is condescending and rude.The first appointment I made I was turned away from upon arrival because I was told they were upgrading their equipment. So why did they make an appointment with me then?

Awful service. They told me they had better quality screens than competitors and guaranteed no color issues. My phone screen is popping out the right side after an hour and there’s a white hot spot in the center. I called explaining this and they told me they didn’t have the patience for a phone call and I’d have to come back out so they could see it in person. They wouldn’t believe anything I’d wrong and refused to discuss solutions over the phone. Over priced and still have a broken phone with no offer of discount or refund

I got the screen replaced on my 8 plus a few months ago. Screen was great at first, then camera started acting weird, being very slow and the screen is peeling from the inside and becoming clear instead of white to the right of the camera. Not pleased at this point.

David was great. Professional. Quick. He fixed the crack in my screen and corrected a display glitch (the screen was flickering and showing an overlapped translucent image of itself on top of itself - hard to explain but oh-so annoying). The price was reasonable, too. I’ve had to get a cracked screen repaired 3 other times - yes, I’m clumsy. 4 years ago, I paid $90 for my iPhone 5s. 2 years ago i paid $100 for my iPhone 6s. A year ago, I paid $100 for the cracked screen and screen sensor damage on my iPhone 7. Today, I paid $89 (plus tax) for the screen and flickering issue. And David took less than 20 min. I literally dropped off my phone. Walked over to Veggie Grill to grab food to-go, and when I walked back, my phone was ready and waiting for me. And he offered to validate parking. I hope I never need to see him again. But if I do, I will. I definitely recommend this small unassuming spot without hesitation.

Do not go here.I had my battery replaced here for ~$100 a month ago.The battery unit was faulty - phone would go from 50% to dead out of now where. Bad batteries happen.I got it replaced again and once I get the phone back FaceID stops working.I go home to try and restore the OS and see if that fixes the problem. It didn’t.I called to see what could be done as FaceID was working just before I dropped it off.Excuses were made for what is clearly a mistake or damage done during this latest repair and they’ve told me I am out of luck with my now non-functioning FaceID.Do not go here.
