The owner is very knowledgeable, he includes his family in his business so you can tell that theyre in it to win it, I appreciate how prepared he is to do a job at short notice, give him a chance, he fixed my car horn in less than 10 minutes, I gave him a $15 tip for it, especially when others was trying to rob me for $100 to $160 to help me!!!

I got alarm installed here. Told me i needed new motors for each door so they can all lock properly. I went ahead and said yes to the $120 alarm & $45/motor x4! $300 total! Was there on a Sat for about 4 long hours. After completion, I couldnt roll up back window, it was very cold, dark & late. I told the installer and he just went and took off door cover to connect the window back. I finally left. I noticed now that the back door does not open with alarm or with control button like it used to without alarm. I went back and took it, they had installed the controls completely opposite. All doors locked on unlock and vice versa except back one. So during the night i would confidently lock all 4 doors but back one wld stay unlocked. Taking it back in to get it fixed was another hour and a half since they decided to work on cars that came after me. Anywho, thankfully I have an alarm now but i dont think anyone should have to wait so long for install since whoever went to get the parts decided to take so long. Plus the having to go back to fix their mistakes. Wanted to get stereo but definitely looking for a different place. Any problems I have with the alarm in the future I will take to a different place. Hopefully no more problems with it for a while.
