I never though to buy a car will be as great as it was.I was referred by a credit union to Geovany, who did some questions over the phone, he was very helpful to give me an idea if I was able to buy or not . Then because he was off the next day I had an appointment with Dale. Dale was the perfect go to person.He took his time with the interview, he was polite and easy to talk to. I love the way how he approached to the transaction. He first interviewed me to have an idea what exactly I was looking for, what I had on mine. Then he point to test exactly what I was looking for.Been on sales myself I really appreciated that he wasnt here just for the sale. The entire transaction took around 5 hours that I really did not felt at all.If you have on main to purchase a used car with low millage and great costumer service I totally recommend them.

After thinking long and hard I needed to invest in a newer model vehicle, it was a toss-up between a van or an SUV. After my many multiple conversations with Dale we decided a van would be most appropriate for my current situation. But oh how I loved the idea of an SUV. Car buying made easy and hassle free!This was by far the EASIEST and best car buying experience ever in my life. Let me explain below.While shopping for my truck I came upon the option of buying a used truck from rental companies. I did my due diligence and did my research and weighed my pros and cons. I decided to buy my truck from Enterprise. And even though they had a no haggle price policy their price on the truck that I wanted was spot on to the price I would pay had I haggled for the price. I do love to haggle though.The truck I wanted was in Ventura and I live near the Culver City office. No problem. Click on a button and they delivered the truck to the Culver City location. I then called the office to make an appointment to see and test drive the truck. Brianna was my contact there. She was nice and professional over the phone. I made an appointment with her to see the truck. When my family and I arrived at the dealership the truck was there waiting for us! Brianna came out and informed us that she was helping others at the moment but that Casey would help us. Casey was equally nice and professional. After the proper protocols he handed over the keys and told us to take our time and my wife and I test drove the truck.Needles to say we loved the truck. We came back to the dealership and informed Casey and Brianna we wanted to buy the truck. Brianna started the process and paperwork. Brianna advised that in order to avoid them running my credit to call my credit union to inform them that I was making a large debit from my debit card for my down payment. THIS WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM OF THE EXPERIENCE! And it wasnt Enterprises fault but my credit unions.Needless to say I ended up having them run my credit so I could use my personal check for the downpayment. No problem. After signing the paperwork with Arthur who was also nice we were off. The whole process lasted about 2 hours. It would have been less if it werent for my credit union.And let me tell you an awesome perk about buying from Enterprise is that their documentation fee was only $85!!! Most dealerships documentation fees are in the $100s.Another reason why I chose Enterprise over the other Rental Car sales. Their certification process and certification of their vehicles. I have 1 year power train warranty with the peace of mind that it was inspected by an ASE certified technician. I would certainly buy another car/truck from Enterprise.The team at the Culver City was awesome. Very professional and nice. After visiting several dealers on the West side of LA, I decided to take a look at Enterprise used cars. Coming off terrible experiences with dealers who pressured me to make a deal right away, the difference was mind blowing. Enterprise offered a friendly, no pressure environment, and took the time to ask me what I was looking for. While browsing the used cars I was able to pick from a few choices, being narrowed down by the options I was looking for. Within a few minutes, we had narrowed down a choice and went over all the details. I made my choice and they had the car driven in to the dealership on the West Side. Great place to buy a use car. They have all sort of cars. There cars have been service before selling to you. You can buy their car with your own car loan from your bank. They can also finance you. But dont accept any high interest rate on their loan.

Had very unpleasant experience! I purchased a Enterprise Certified vehicle with a clean carfax. Turns out the vehicle was in an accident and they did not disclose that to me. In addition the vehicle was missing the manufacturer vin tag on the door jam which is illegal. I brought this to the attention to management. The manager gave me some song and dance that the car could have been in an accident and the customer fixed it on their own. Seriously?!?! it still enterprises responsibility to ensure the vehicles theyre selling are safe and match the description in their ads. Enterprise did replace the vin sticker but have made no effort to ensure my vehicle that they sold me is safe. I will be examining all options and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN.

I started at Orange Enterprise Sales, Perla Carrillo was very helpful, but the two cars I looked at, Mazda 3 and Kia Soul, were not for me. At the Culver City Enterprise, Angela Kirakosyn spent her evening retrieving a BMW X2 from 70 miles away. This car was right for me. I had a loan already pre-approved, the whole process, test drive to drive away took less than 2 hours. Angela washed the car herself (the usual guy had Sunday off). A subsequent software issue was handled by sales consultant Casey and his manager, Arthur. This is a place that stands behind what they sell. The no haggle price, below blue book, was also a welcome simplification.

I live in Monrovia and was put on to this dealership by a friend. I am so happy I took the drive to check it out. First, you can on-line shop for your car with Enterprise and they will bring the car of your choosing to the location of your choosing. It was made soooo easy. The car was there when I arrived, the neighborhood is easy to test drive around and the money end was smooth. My fears of buying a rental car were allayed when it was pointed out to me that they are actually serviced much more frequently than a privately-owned one would be. And if there are any recall issues, Enterprise simple auctions the cars off. Those do not end up on their lots. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Their rental car computer system needs to be updated to accommodate any errors with credit cards. The customer service here was awful. Do not go to this branch.

These guys made it easy to buy a car. No credit check since it was a cash purchase. Other dealership that was local tried but failed to get that out of me. Said it was to see where the cash was coming from. Negotiated price OTD and it was in and out. The sales person new his stuff but it was the manager whip facilitated the whole deal. Nice job gents! Don and Mike you both rock!

Bought my car here. Very nice and knowledgeable salespeople and access to a large variety of used cars. I bought my last car at an Enterprise Car Sales and had it for 15 years. It still runs and I sold it to a friend. They take good care of their vehicles, so you know youre getting a quality used car.

Ive been renting from Enterprise for years and always found them to give me the best service of any rental company, so when I decided to buy an ex-rental I knew I wanted to purchase through Enterprise. We were assisted by John Lee when we came in to buy a car and he was amazing, gave us typically excellent Enterprise service. He showed us a bunch of cars, never trying to upsell us but just listening to what we needed and suggesting accordingly. Even after buying hes been ready to answer all my questions. Could not be happier. Go see John ASAP.

I have been procrastinating getting a new car for 5 years! Enterprise made it so easy and worked with my credit union to make this the best car buying experience i have ever had! By the time I walked out of my credit union with a pre-approval letter, I already had a voicemail from Enterprise letting me know they had 5 of the exact vehicles I wanted - a 4-dorr Jeep Wrangler. I never even considered they would have this type of car! Within an hour i was reviewing 5 online profiles of Jeeps with full history, photos and even original window tags. Found the exact silver color i wanted with only 11K miles and 48hrs later i was test driving it 15 minutes from my house and drove off the lot 60 minutes later with my new Jeep! Oh, and to top it off, they traded my old Jeep Wrangler in at above Blue Book after the no-haggles sale price which saved me $7K plus on the new car and all of the hassle I expected in needing to sell on my own for a significantly lower price! I have been raving to everyone about Enterprise. I already plan to keep this Wrangler through the extended warranty program and then come back for a new model with a trade-in. Why would anyone ever buy a new car when Enterprise makes this so easy, efficient and affordable!

Kai and Tasha were awesome!!!! Both ladies had great customer service, guest relation skills and very hospitable. I test drove an Elantra Hyundai and a Nissan Altima, both were beautiful. But I could only choose one, I had chosen the Nissan Altima. I had traded in my other 2011 Nissan Altima for the 2018 Nissan Altima. As I walked inside it was very peaceful and they were both energetic and happy!!! I will always come back to Enterprise because of Kai and Tasha!!! These two ladies were superb! :-)

The whole staff was amazing, Im so happy with my car and will definitely come back if Im ever in the market for a car again!!
