A bit hard to find at night if youve never been. Worth the $$. Very delicious ice cream. Friendly service, only downside is I ordered 2 scoops and my scoop sizes didnt match.🤔🙄😥Didnt care for the wooden spoons either.

I rarely write bad reviews but its required. We went there a few weeks ago and my fiance ordered first-his was made and then I ordered a milkshake. As the milkshake was being made the young man behind the counter acknowledge the milk was chunky and gone bad, but didnt realize until he had already poured it in the blender. He then simply attended to strain the sour milk our of the blender and use the same ice cream that had already been sitting in it. I thought I was seeing things but he went to go pour in fresh milk-I asked him to stop, confirmed what I had seen, and told him he needed to get fresh ice cream as the one he was trying to use had been completely covered in sour milk. He did so and didnt apologize or say much about it. As we walked out, my fiance asked why I took it when he didnt wear gloves while making it...and I simply hadnt noticed as I was shocked about the sour milk.Beyond the fact that we are in a pandemic, a customer should not have to pay attention to their food being bad. I would have received a sour milkshake had I not been. We also shouldnt have to watch if our food handlers are wearing gloves and washing their hands. I tried calling three times after that and the phone just wrong, so despite being the closest ice cream place to us we will never return there.

The sales associate who worked today was rude. I planned to order a simple vanilla ice cream cake to pick up nearly a week in advance. He never said that he could not hear or understand me over the phone yet, I had to repeat everything several times. Although he kept asking me to repeat my name, number, order, etc., he seemed to be getting annoyed with ME. It was as if I was wasting his time. Ill spend my money at a different location. Thanks.

Ben & Jerry’s . Deliciously creamy ice cream with several different flavors to choose from. Also a very good dinner, should you choose to come here for it. It is a little pricey for ice cream.

The store is very clean and always smells like baked goods. I love the workers there, they’re so nice! The manager, Bernard, was welcoming as soon as I walked in. He offered many samples since I’m so indecisive. The other two workers, Olivia and Katie were amazing as well, they were quick to ring up every customer and made sure to keep smiles on their faces. I LOVE THIS BEN & JERRY’S SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I often crave their Chamoyada while my husband loves their Chamango, which includes freshly cut mango slices. The sweet, sour, and spice flavors are the perfect trio for any dessert.. For me anyways, haha.

Ice cream is great as usual but personnel that helped us was none professional and not welcoming we came from out of town and didnt know the area and called to ask the location and direction to get there and laughed and gave poor directions i was not happy.

The ice cream would be great if I could have had it. I went to the store during open hours but it was closed. No explanation at the door, no ice cream. I cant count on it next time...

We drove 10 miles to try the free vegan ice cream flavors. Picked this location because it seems all the ben & jerry’s around dont have convenient parking. The cashier starts to list out sorbet flavors - Rule to anyone serving ice cream in any overpriced ice cream shop; those dont need to be mentioned unless all options are out. So ultimately they were only giving out two flavors of ICE CREAM. Most people were trying the chocolate chip cookie dough over the coconut flavor. Sad to say my toddler didn’t like it and started to cry on the ride back home. Even though we stick to vegan choices when eating ben & jerrys we will stick to the flavors made with milk until something tastier comes along. But 4 stars because its not awful for those who are not ice cream lovers. And for Ben & Jerry to give out free ice cream. 1 star off because the customer service from the cashier couldn’t have been a little nicer.

On a hot day in LA its great; cold, wet, sweet, dripping gooy stuff in a cone or cup.Warning: On a really hot day in LA be extremely careful of the chocolate on chocolate; it works as an aphrodisiac so be careful who youre enjoying it with!

I have tried several times Ben and Jerrys in at other branches but here it was not that good, they did not have my favourite waffle also I did not like the atmosphere and unfortunately, the employees were not that nice with me that I expected. All in all the taste was ok but i wont try again in this branch again

Today i went to eat some ice cream, but then they gave me a piece of pizzzzzaaaa. And no drink and everthing was cold and my pzza was FROZEN.

Maybe I shouldve never discovered this place. I use to always walk by and just look but never tried. I love Ben & Jerrys, but have only purchased from the store. Now that I tried this place with all their varieties at your fingertips and tastebuds, I cant just walk by anymore.Anyway, I love me some coconut everything so if you like coconut flavor then try the Coconut 7-Layer Bar.If you like an Oreo flavor type ice cream then try the Sweet Cream & Cookies. Its so addicting.Ive also had the non-dairy, but it was so-so. Not as decadent as the dairy ones.Ive been getting the kid sizes and its more than enough. A bit overpriced but so good to indulge in once in a while.Plenty of parking in the Howard Hughes lot. Everything looks terrible in the area because of the remodel, but soon to look beautiful and modern. It really did need a facelift.

I dont remember the last time I came into a Ben & Jerrys. Anyway, in honor of the Free Cone Day, the co-worker and I ventured to this location.Its located at the Howard Hughes Promenade on the 2nd floor next to the cinema. We came around 12ish and there were a pretty short line.I saw that they had a few new flavors (Salted Caramel, Hazed & Confused). I ended up getting the Hazed & Confused in a cone. This one was chocolate ice cream with chunks of chocolate and hazelnuts. It was pretty good.I probably wont be coming back anytime soon. IMO, the ice cream is overpriced and I can get this at the local store for half the price. Location of this place doesnt help either.Park in the structure. Its free for the first 30 minutes.

The biggest kid was me, any who we all enjoyed it to the fullest just could be a little clearer on how the distributing of tokens amounts via card is to be handled and choices to offset the non standard new principles imposed by management
