I just got my first order today and was excited! The packaging was very nice, everything was secure and well packed, nothing broken. The inner box was great, packaged like a gift. I purchased a ring, and it didnt look as nice as photographed. I thought it would have more color, its almost transparent like glass. The metal is nice, strong and looks beautiful, but the stone, not so much. Looking forward to the bathbombs to see what else I get!!

I have purchased from this company many times. There hasnt been a candle or bath bomb that I didnt like the scent. Its fun to see the surprise in each of them. Almost every ring Ive gotten is beautiful. They send emails with free items attached. The only complaint I have is with how long it takes FedEx to get them to me once theyve been shipped! I hate the wait! Anytime Ive had any kind of problem, which hasnt been to often, customer service was terrific at making it right. If I email them with a question, I get a response usually by the next day. I plan on ordering from this company a lot in the future.

Well I ordered the save the tigers set. Then got ripped into a monthly thing. Tried emailing to cancel it. They told me they can’t cancel over email. Tried calling a million times. Keeps saying closed. 5 months later they are still taking money off me monthly. Money that I don’t have to spare at the moment, I may add. Just tried calling again. If I were you, I’d not go into any subscriptions with this company. Because once you give them your information you can’t cancel. I’m done getting ripped off from this company! I want my subscription canceled and not charged again for this month. I’ve never had this much trouble canceling a subscription before. This is unacceptable and ridiculous to rip people off. Especially when millions are out of work at this time

I have tried the following candles: Desire, Tahitian Dream and Fresh Cut Roses. The aroma of these candles is amazing!! I enjoyed them all, but Fresh Cut Roses is my very favorite. I love the smell of roses and this candle smells like you are in the middle of a huge English garden with all types of roses around you. If I could, Id have one of these candles in every room of my home. I almost do as when the candle is burning it wafts throughout the house and smells just like a rose garden. The rose aroma makes me feel happy and brings a smile to my face. If you havent tried a candle from Fragrant Jewels, it is high time you did. Yankee Candles or Better Homes and Gardens candles arent even comparable. Do yourself a favor and buy a candle from Fragrant Jewels. Your family and friends will thank you and you will be able to relax and enjoy your home. I was not paid to give this review. I actually purchased the candles and am giving my personal views.

Have been an inner circle member for awhile. By the third of every month I have a beautiful set to enjoy. Ive never received a damaged item, the smells have always been lovely, and customer service has always been great. If youre doing it for the ring you may be disappointed, they wont ever be worth much and sometimes are not in the specified size. But theyre amazing variety in them and theyre beautiful and unique. Pretty cheap, but it would still be amazing if they didnt have the rings at all!

I love my lavender candle!! I love my bath bombs!! In fact, everything Ive ordered I love!!! Great products, the bath bombs make my skin smell great and feel awesome, and the candles smell great throughout my home. I have ordered from them several times and have never had any problems. I loved the Tranquility candle that I recently purchased. The smell was exactly that....Tranquil. I love that these candles can make your house smell wonderful and you get jewelry that is beautiful as well. I also use the empty jars for many things, bamboo planters, vases, colorful layered sand, to name a few. There are so many things to do with them. The package came quickly! I have bought two in the last month and they came so fast and in lovely packaging. I knew the candle was safe by seeing how tight and secure they put it in the box. I bought the Lavender scent (and apple cinnamon type scent for my friend). We were both so excited about the rings we would soon get.The lavender candle came in tact and it smells beautiful! I feel so relaxed when I come into the nearby rooms or smell the relaxing scent all over my house. It lives up to its name and lasts so long! I also LOVE the ring and it fits nicely. I will definitely have to try a size down but thats my own fault at thinking my fingers are too fat. :D I greatly appreciate the prompt service, fun online/Facebook videos and offers, the amazing smelling candles, and gorgeous rings. Fragrant Jewels have the best candles out there! They smell wonderfully, spread scent quickly and have a long burn time. The rings are beautiful, but they are really just frosting. The bath bombs are amazing too! They smell great and leave my skin and hair so soft. Im a dedicated customer for life!!

I purchased a candle called breathe from Fragrant Jewels. The sent is pretty nice, it was what I was looking for. Thats the only reason I didnt give it one star. Although the ring was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a size 8 and got a size 10. The whole reason of purchasing this brand of candle is for the ring. I could have got a candle that was the same quality or better for half the price if I didnt want the ring. They kind of lost my faith in them😔

I absolutely Love Fragrant Jewel Candles! Each candles scent is amazing! They fill my whole house with their warm glow and brilliant scents. When the candle reaches the point where you can remove the ring, you are filled with excitement at the prospect of finding one of the truly lovely jewels inside. I loved this candle! I got the Desire fragrance. It smelt amazing. You could smell it through the whole house, which is something I want in a candle. It was exciting to get to my ring. When I went to visit her. The rings were great, not the $10.000 dollar ones but they were awesome. We were both pretty happy campers. Will order again. They are so securely wrapped for mailing. I so enjoyed unwrapping mine that I didnt unwrap hers. Thought she should get the thrill I did. Even though I wanted to unwrap hers too. She loved. it. Yea.

The scent is strong and amazing! Gorgeous ring. Received candle 10 days after I placed order. Im definitely returning! Update: Ive placed 5 orders so far. Had a couple issues, but all of them were fixed. If you have a problem CONTACT THEM, they will fix it. I will return, I love the products and customer service.

I loved the candles (have not tried the bath bombs yet) and waiting for them to burn and reveal your ring is pretty fun. The code for my ring had rubbed off, so I e-mailed the company and they helped retrieve my code with ease. The lavender candle, specifically, is my favorite! Im not sure about the black soot comment someone had mentioned, I havent had an issue like that. Great product, great customer service, zero issues on my end.

Love my candles and the pretty rings too. I love that I can pick the size of rings I want to receive. I ordered two candles and two bath bombs from this company. Im not a huge fan of bath bombs but these ones are quite enjoyable and I did like one of the rings I received. I also received a free pendant which was really pretty and another free ring. The only thing that;s annoying is when they offer a free ring they dont allow you to choose a size for the extra ring so it was useless to me. As for the candles they both smell nice, but I havent gotten to the rings yet. My customer experience was fine. It took them a couple days to actually ship my things but I did get them quite quickly when they did actually ship. Overall, if you like these types of products, this is a good company to buy from. The products are good, and at a pretty reasonable price when compared to companies like Lush or Yankee Candle and if you like jewelry, like I do, its a fun little surprise to get for yourself and would make great gifts for friends and family.

Im surprised at all the negative reviews, my experience has been wonderful! All coupon codes worked well and my online experience was just fine. Candles came within 7 working days (day 11 with weekend days). The extra rings are located under a little piece of tape that is attached to the side of the box and so I wonder if those arent sometimes overlooked (saw some people saying the didnt receive in other reviews). The candles smell AMAZING! The scent fills the whole house. Bath bomb was really pretty amazing too. Filled my whole giant tub jacuzzi with amazing scent and skin softening oils. Customer service always replies to my emails within 24 hours. Just ordered my second candle. These candles are much better than others Ive bought before.

I so love these bath bombs! I even got my daughter loving them! Not only do the bath bombs themselves provide a soothing, fragrant, silky bath experience, but the rings are really beautiful! You might expect the rings to be cheap looking and not well made, but that is NOT the case! They are beatiful! I have gotten many compliments and have given out the website out numerous times! I simply love the aroma these candles give off. The added surprise gifts are a bonus, makes me feel like I bought a ring and got a candle for free! My candle has been burning for a good 9 hours now and has barely gone down, as I leave a candle burning 24 hours my home will smell nice for days. I will definitely buy more as gifts. I loved the Mulled Cider so much I ordered another today, as well as some beads and a bath fizz. Their processing and shipping are quick! I had my first order within a week! These candles are amazingly fragrant. My favorites are Fresh Cut Roses and Spiced Apple. I like most of the rings found in the candles, which is only an added bonus. Love their bath bombs. Candles have room for improvement. Particularly the double wick on one of their scented candles leave a little sparkle.... Where usually more wicks would create more heat and melt the wax, this candle did not. Even after trimming the wick, burning for over two hours, the wax never melted evenly and created a bit of a crater making it harder for the second light.

I have been a customer since October of last year and I have never had a problem with customer service or the products. I signed up for inner circle membership and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Every month I get something me beside the other things that I order. I am so glad that I accidentally stumbled across your company. I dont have a favorite because I LOVE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS!!!! When my package was late i emailed their support and got a reply within a few hours and they were able to fix it for me! everybody loves my rings! I placed an order on 08/07/2016 for 1 Lavender scented bath bomb and was guaranteed shipment by 08/12/2016. After that, I have had to contact the company twice, only for them to give me a tracking number that has not been placed. It has been in processing with UPS since 08/15/2016. Ive contacted them a few times and each time I have been told they are sorry and have informed the shipping department. I was told email updates would be sent and I have yet to receive any of them. I do not recommend purchasing from Fragrant Jewels, they have no problem taking my money but do not want to help past that point.

I have gotten several candles, bath bombs, and scented beads, each. Every ring Ive gotten has been beautiful! Even though the value isnt very high on all of them, I have gotten a couple that were a surprise. Though, looking at them, you would never think they are not beautiful and valuable pieces. Worth every dollar. The only down side is waiting for the candle to burn down far enough to pluck out the treasure! LOL I love having an excuse to take a luxurious bath with the bath bombs! These candles are lovely, smell terrific and have a nice surprise inside. I have purchased the candles, beads and bath bombs. The beads are in every room of my house and give off a subtle aroma. They had fast delivery. I ordered 2 bath bombs and a candle, the candle being priced between 25-almost 40 dollars which is kind steep for a candle. I love the smell of the bath bombs. I think I would be more willing to give them a 5 star rating if the rings were worth more then 10$,considering how much money you spend to buy them and all three of the rings I got were only worth 10$, I was really disappointed, but over all the rings are pretty all the scents are wonderful. If they would just send rings that are worth more.

Constantly sending the wrong ring size! I always order 5 or 6 and they keep sending me size 8 and 9 and when they were suppose to send me replacements I get size 7 and 8 are you kidding me?!?! Here are all the rings I got sent to me that are all wrong size! What do I do with these rings?! Stare at them?!?!

I have ordered 14 times from them and Yes it does take awhile to receive the order and Yes the rings are worth mostly less than $10 but considering that the candles themselves are awesome and the fact that you would be paying Yankee Candle $19.99 for a smaller candle without any surprise. I used to order for Diamond Candles and believe me the rings from Fragrant Jewels are way better. I do agree that it takes forever to customer service to get back to you by email. I also had to deal with customer service twice, the first time they responded right away and sent out a new candle, the second time however took over a month but I did decided to call them and Phillip did track back all of my emails to them and he just sent out a new candle.

I did get my candle the other day and love love loved it. My rings are beautiful. I have around twenty rings so far and have another candle on its way. Fragrant Jewels has some wonderful smelling candles. They are reasonably priced, considering there is also going to be a ring of your choice of sizes, after the candle burns down a couple of inches or so. Im kinda stuck on the Bed of Roses scent & have it in a bath bomb too.The candles really make most of the house smell great too, depending on how big your place is & they are so nice to just sit and watch, if youre one of those folks (and I am)!

I have ordered over ten of these candles and loved every single one of them. My absolute favorite came to me as a free one, it was Chai, and its my all time favorite. But,mi really have loved all of them and the pretty rings are fun. I love the fact they are not soy based but are made with coconut oil which is much better on your lungs.

The candles are great they smell good and the scent really fills the space. The rings a beautiful too. My rings were worth $25.00, but you wouldnt know it by looking at them they look like they are more expensive. I also love that the candles are made better than some of the others out there.

LOVE FJ! I cant keep myself from buying more and more! The White Tea bath both is my absolute favorite. The rings are an addicting hobby. Their customer service is excellent and they fix anything that happens. And the products are wonderful. High quality, excellent fragrances, cant beat.

I love fragrant jewels! Theyre definitely worth a buy and try!! I have a few comments and concerns about the website though: I was trying to add a suggestion through the website, but there really is not an avenue for anything other than questions. My suggestion is adding natural bath salts to the collection. I use those far more frequently than I do scrubs, candles, and bath bombs. I also tried to log into my account and it said there was no email registered under that account, maybe because I cancelled my monthly subscription? It was super frustrating because I still get emails even though they didnt have an account registered with that email address. Little frustrating, but not a huge deal. I still like the bath bombs and an occasional candle, depending on what is in the candle. The collections are pretty unique and are worth buying and trying :)

I love the fragrant candles, the smell the candle last all through to the end of the candle. You can use the glass after the candle has burnt, wash the glass and use it as a vase, pencil/pen holder,cotton ball holder or qtip holder glass can reuse a lot more things. I really love most is the secret ring hidden inside the wax . I have ordered lots of candles and only I get $10 to $25 rings, never the $10.000 ring yet but I am still trying to get the big one . I give fragrant jewel candles 5 stars.

I love the range these candles can fill in a household once it has been lit. Its shelf life is very long, longer than what I am use to when buying other candles of equal height and size. The rings are a nice touch however, the chances of actually getting a nice ring before you possibly spend the same amount to equal getting a higher value but if you are feeling lucky its a great way to feel as if you are getting prize from the cracker jack box. I will continue purchasing these whether they come with a ring or not. Those expensive ones at the store have nothing on Fragment.

My first time reviewing any product ever but I wanted to share my experience. Shipping on my first purchase was estimated to take about two weeks. On the last day of those two weeks, still no candle, so I called and they told me my candle should arrive to my house the next day and it did. I accidentally signed up for the membership during my first purchase so I have received 3 candles in the past three months. Although they smell and burn nice, I have NEVER had such a problem with candles leaving so much soot staining on the walls and started even noticing soot in my nose! I understand this can happen with scented candles but it seems very excessive with this particular brand. I have trimmed the wicks to suggested length and still noticed my walls getting darker and darker. Great idea and exciting in the beginning but beware of the soot. Ruined my freshly painted walls within 3 months. I have stopped my membership and threw away any remains of the candles. (They also make you jump through hoops to cancel a membership.)

The products are great and they smell so nice and the rings are gorgeous! but I never actually got an email from them confirming my order or anyway to track my order. I was also promised a bonus ring and extra code but I did not receive either with my order so I was a little disappointed.

Dont understand why I cant get a hold of anyone and my order STILL isnt here. I signed up for their inner circle membership to expect that if Im paying monthly for as long as Im happy Ill get orders promptly. But no, I still have nothing and its been about 2 weeks now. Probably will be cancelling my order promptly.

First order took almost a month to receive one bath bomb. I was not impressed. The relationship with UPS and their tracking program is not good. According to their tracking information, my order sat in Allen Park Michigan for almost 2 weeks before it got to me. It didnt even leave the warehouse for almost a week. When they say 5-7 day shipping, count on it being a minimum of 2 weeks. After receiving the product, my kids were very happy and tickled pink when the little ball popped out and then they saw the ring inside and were amazed. The product itself is very good. I have no complaints in regards to that. As far as the shipping process and getting things where they need to go on time, it needs some work. I have ordered again, am hoping that this time it does not take 26 days for my product to get here like last time.

I am a candle collector/junkie who has purchased many candles from various companies. I decided to give this brand a try based on the raving reviews and of course the chance of winning a $10,000 ring is a nice twist, but I am sad to say that I am disappointed and unimpressed. I purchased 3 candles (Tranquility-Lavender, Lemon Drop, & Grapefruit Mimosa) and I also received 1 free mystery candle (Sugar Plum). I have yet to burn Lemon Drop or Grapefruit Mimosa, but Im hoping that theyll bring about a better experience than the Lavender and Sugar Plum. The biggest issue I have with the candles performance is the amount of soot that comes with burning these candles. Also, the Sugar Plum candle performed extremely poor with an extremely frustrating battle with tunneling and self extinguishing wicks that I eventually lost. Both candles developed a thick nasty black film on the inside of the glass and when burned in my bedroom with the door closed, the room as filled with a thick cloud from the soot. The throw for Sugar Plum was about a seven, but the candle burn performance was poor. The throw for the Lavender candle for me was about a four and the burn performance was also poor. I truly am hoping for a better experience with Lemon drop and Grapefruit mimosa (fingers crossed). The one star rating was given based on my experience with only the candles. PS, this company seems to only post 5 star reviews on the actual website.

I ordered a bath bomb thinking it was a rip off, then one day my package came. And can I just say...Best decision I EVER made. The bath bomb was HUGE, it smelled AMAZING, and the ring(s) I got were SO beautiful. So if you are worried that you wont be getting your moneys worth out of this...Think again. In all honesty, I think it is totally worth it!! So my point to this is...Fragrant Jewels does NOT disappoint.

Love them. I have ordered multiple times. I did once, get the wrong size. They immediately sent out a replacement. Shipping takes little to no time. It might be than I am only about 20 miles away. I want to make a trip to their shop and purchase in person. There are only a few scents that I truely enjoy. This way I can get exactly what I like. No, I am not an employee, and am not being paid for my review.

I places my order almost three weeks ago and and received a tracking number three days later. When tracking the package via the UPS Web site it shows to have never been picked up. Customer service has given me a total of 5 stories with not one story even closely the same as the last! Today, which is 11 days past the order date, I can not get hold of the warehouse at all! In fact from my searches I am even starting to wonder if this company truly exist!!! Its a scam at best!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!!!!!!!!

I have order from here twice. Both times I received my fragrance beads with a week. They smelt amazing! In total I ended up with 5 rings between my orders, 3 of which were worth $10 and the rest worth $25. With the first order, I had no problem, figuring I just had bad luck. But when I received the second order and it happened again (the rings in the beads were $10 and the extra ring from the online scratcher worth $25) I knew something had to be up.. Overall my experience was pleasant and I dont really have any complaints other than they advertise rings worth much more than they are actually giving. Dont say $100, $1000, or $10,000 if its only going to be $10. I recommend buying stuff from here if youre okay with cheap rings and good, strong scents.

Love these candles.......burn slow and evenly, great fragrance, use them in my home office and not overwhelming, pleasant smelling. Recommend to everyone. Try them you will love them. jewelry a PLUS and a nice surprise :)

So far, Ive ordered twice from this company. Im happy with the candles and their packaging is top notch for glass. The rings are beautiful and honestly I love almost everything Ive recieved. It does take awhile for clarification on an item I ordered but other than that good stuff. Shipping is an estimate.

The candles are wonderful! They do cost a little more, but it is very much worth it. There is a beautiful ring inside each one. Its exciting to burn the candle to find out what kind of ring it is. Ive gotten a different one each time.

I got the Starry Night candle and bath bomb. The ring that was freely in the package and the one in the bath bomb are both gorgeous. Just waiting for the candle to burn down enough to get the ring from it. Im pretty satisfied with the company. Would return again!

I seriously wish I could put NO stars... I am an affiliate for Fragrant Jewels, and l just say how disappointed in how unprofessional this company is. I had $182 in commission that I waited 3 weeks for then we got an email saying, your money will be transferred in 2-3 days. That night my money went down to $18, and I still havent received my money. We were told there was a glitch in the system which is total BS! Weve been given excuse after excuse and now we cant use our links. On our home page it shows normal until you put it in the browser and someone goes to order, we arent getting the commission anymore. They want us to work for them, think were getting paid, but really taking our commission and giving us 5% instead of the 20% owed!!! This company has turned into a JOKE. I had high hopes in this company and they have let down A LOT of people. Not just the affiliates, but many customers are NOT even reviving their orders. Then when you call company they just tell you, it says it was delivered, nothing we can do about it!. I will be leaving this company when I get my $18 that should be $182, if I ever see it!!!

Bought 2 candles from Fragrant Jewels and love them! The Tahitian Dream candle and Swarovski Teak Rain candle. Both smell wonderful, fills the home without being over powering. The rings are a lovely bonus with them!

I had a little bit of a mishap when I ordered and customer service wasnt helpful... But my biggest complaint is the packaging. FJ, I will pay a couple extra bucks for nice, reliable packaging! I ordered four bath bombs as gifts. Theyre just wrapped in plastic and shoved in a box--no bubble wrap or anything. One of the bombs had broken in shipping, leaving dust all inside the box. I cant give that one away, now (and I cant even keep it since the ring is the wrong size). Everything looks so beautiful in the ads, but I feel like it will take a lot of work to make these presentable for Christmas. :/

They also make very welcome thank you gifts and I have two friends that have expressed delight over receiving one as a gift. I also keep a supply of tranquility for myself which I find very relaxing. Thanks for an exceptional product.

Bought 3 bath bombs. Smelled wonderful and made the bath super soft. Had a buy one get one free ring. So needed up with 4 rings. All of them looked like engagement rings, all diamond color stones. No color, but I was OK with that. Will order again.

Its hard to rate Fragrant Jewels!!! I have had excellent customer service when I had questions and orders always arrived within a reasonable amount of time!!! Most of the candles were pleasant enough, some however were real stinky!! The rings however are so ugly and CHEAP!! You get promised that you could get a nice one but they never are!!! A few codes were not even active. When I called about that I was told I would be sent out a new code, which was also not any good!!!

These candles smell awesome!!!! AND the fragrance lasts to the end of the candle. The ring inside is the icing on the cake. Mine was pretty. You couldnt wear it every day tho.

I am so disappointed because I signed up for the subscription and loved the candles but my budget for personal items went down so I canceled my subscription in the hopes of signing back up in the future. I received the email saying I will not be charged any further. Then the next month came and I was charged. I sent 4 cont requests through their website to be contacted none were responded to. I finally called and they said I would have to send in my bank statement showing how much I was charged. So very upset that this was how they conducted business. Pretty sure if you can take my money you can see how much was charged. Never getting my business again and Im kind of disappointed about it. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Great bath bombs. Very pretty rings. However, I can’t give more than two stars because three shipments never got to me, claiming the wrong address, even though all the others got here and were being shipped to the same address. I contacted customer service twice, never heard a word back. Left the problem on the Facebook page, never herd a word. Out the money, no product, no customer service. Under those circumstances, I can’t give more than 2 stars.

I really love this product!! The candles smell wonderful and the added bonus of a free ring is like a Christmas present in every candle! Always excited to light up a new one and anticipate what each candle holds...truly magical!!

I only gave five stars so this would show up at the top. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I chose a 3 day shipping method and they charged me for it but then gave me 5-7 day shipping and refused to make any changes or refund me any money. I had proof from my PayPal account and my bank account stating that they charged me more than they should have but they wouldnt own up to their mistake. I asked if I could cancel my order because obviously they werent being truthful with their payments and they refused. They stole $15 in shipping from me. This is an immoral company who refuses to take responsibility for their actions. Do not trust them in the slightest. The support staff was rude and didnt do anything to help me. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible.

These people are wonderful. They hand-pour all of the candles, deliver them safely and in beautiful wrapping, and even have candles that benefit charity. I get a refreshing, aromatic candle, and a pretty ring to boot!

These are by far the best scented candles on the market. The scent is strong even before you light them. And once theyre lit they burn a really long, long time.

Love fragrant candles. They arrive quickly and the jewels are an added bonus, although the stones seem to fall out on almost every ring. I love the fragrance of every one I have tried. Being on fixed income, I cant order as many as I would like to. I order when I can.

Ive not had much problems with Fragrant Jewels. The candles smell awesome, and the bath bomb I tried was nice too. Only problem Ive had is that one ring the stone was so loose I didnt want to wear it, and they are sending me a replacement ring. The other thing is they sent the wrong size but luckily, it will fit another finger.

Ive loved everyone of the candles and Bath Fizzles also the Beads! I would have given them a 5 star rating but for my last order because my extra gift that I was to receive was not in with either candle. Ive sent several e-mails but have not heard anything as of yet. Once this is taken care6of I will of course give them a5 star rating. Ive decided to try and call them just so I can get reassured that they are sending my Limited Edition Heart Pendants as I am due2 of tham. I got my order in a timely fashon. The fun part is dissolving the bomb for the ring. It didnt smell spectacular or anything. I got a $10 ring. I would have bought this for the fun ring part. The advertising seems more like ALL rings are $100, $1000 or $10000. Once again, I would have bought this product once regardless. But like I said .... $10 ring? Has ANY BODY GOTTEN A RING OF VALUE? They probably dont exist. Which is Im saying three stars.
