Nice fragrances but things are more costly than I remember. Even still this place always takes me back to high school when all my girlfriends would were a different fragrance each so as to identify who was who. Also during that time us guys enjoyed the mens selections they had and still have but they havent changed a bit. I always liked the blue ocean wave or something like that and the brown woodland one was delicious too

Brought the daughter here for some shopping, they had a decent sale going on but quite a few things she was looking for they were out of stock so 3 stars for that. Hard to take advantage of sales when dont have product.

I thought this was the perfect place to find bath salt, and boy was I wrong. The staff doesn’t even know what it was. It’s more like an after bath store. Too feminine for me.

B&BW is my happy place! The place is just fun and the associates are always so helpful. It is Fall so everything kind of smells like pumpkin spice and apple cinnamon. Not my favorites but I can always find scents that I love!

This place is a total scam. The managers here, Juan and Kathy manipulate the internal system to not let offers be applied. This store doesnt even follow the nation wide Bath and Body works rules and come up with its own categories so that none of the prices/offers applicable nation wide are used here. Seriously, dont go here unless you are planning to be scammed.

Products are good but their sales are always a scam. Theyll advertise $10 off candles but they way overcharge for a candle in the first place! Who charges $25 for a candle? Do they seriously believe people arent keen to their little scheme?? The original prices are far too high which makes their sales a scam.

Horrible customer service provided by Mario. This is the worst customer service that I was ever provided. I came to the store and Mario decided to make up his own “rules” and “protocols” regarding how the store should operate. Mario associates weren’t even aware of these “protocols” that he spoke of regarding providing information to a customer who would like to file a complaint due to horrible customer service.

Picked up my order. It was ready for pick up, it was a quick and easy process. ✨☺️

Great costumer service and their products are amazing.

This used to be my favorite place to shop, but since covid the atmosphere has changed to the point I just wanted to order online where I dont have to deal with rude sales people.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE.. Especially the one at 7th and Fig.... All of the staff is soooo friendly.. No matter the shift!!!!

Customer service was so bad. They told me that waiting time will be for 30min. But I waitied to get inside for 2hours. And right after I bought some stuff. A guy told me to go outside because He wanted other costomers can get inside. I understand that. Because they only can take 6costomers at the same time. But It was around 7pm. So they already put more than 6costomer because they wanted to close the store. They didnt think about our safe. They just think about to go home. I think if you want to close at 7pm. You shouldnt take people to line until 7pm. I couldnt enjoy shopping with my friend.

Ask for Mario. Very knowledgeable about the products and always gives great suggestions. Tiny store but always clean and organized.

My wife went there thought she was going to spend $300 she only spent $180 and why are you should have seen the thing she had gotten even got me a little something son

Due to covid-19 you have to wait in line. And let me tell you the line is harsh. If your lucky the max amount of time you’ll be waiting in line is for approximately 20 minutes. But the line is usually about 30 minutes to an hour long.

Everything smells sooo yummy. They allways have great deals. &.AMAZING customer service.

I took my aging mother with a back problem for the semi-annual sale. There was a long line and because of the current pandemic only 6 are allowed at a time. The wait time was approximately 2 hours and I asked if they could give my 72 year old mother priority because of her current medical condition. They refused to do so. Its not like I was asking for free stuff. The manager Martha Armenta was not helpful at all. These are a bunch of callous individuals with no empathy. Martha Armenta karma is alive and well.

I actually love this location of Bath & Body Works, a lot. What I love is that the staff are very friendly, and the staff are very diverse. Theres room for everyone to work there, which means theres room for more customers of all walks of life to be there. However, my one complaint is that the lines move way too slow. Sometimes I think the clerks get so caught up and wrapping up the items, that they forget that align is wrapping around their store. If that could be fixed, this will be a 5-star review the next time.

They have a great selection in the 75% off section. You can get some great body washes and scrubs for like 4.75 after tax.

Even when the line was long because of the sales the cashiers were really fast and kind at the same time, I feel like the way they work like having lines for only card, or cash is pretty smart and saves you time.

These people rather watch me like Im gonna rob them oppose to helping me find something Id like. Its so sad now unprofessional these people are but at least they dont smell as bad as they are...
