I normally shop in Smart&Final because I’ve had bad experiences in smaller markets. But I’m beyond glad that I decided to take a stop at this market. I literally felt so welcomed and right in place 💗. The place was your usual regular market environment. But what stood out was the amazing employees they have, especially a cashier by the name of Denise. She was the absolute best and so very helpful. She has a way to make people very comfortable and has such a loving and cheerful attitude. There is no way you will leave that place without a big smile after talking to her. Her recommendations on the food were perfect as well 👌. You’ll be seeing more of me there just to get such great service like that 💗. Honestly as a customer you know you only want to return to a business if they made you feel well and the service matters so much.

The other day I went to do some shopping and to get a bite to eat and the environment was really friendly the store was clean, there was also a older man that helped me with a few things that I needed help with his name was Andres he was friendly to me and he had great customer service. There was a certain meat that I wanted to try and he explained in detail to me which they were, he told me if I needed help with anything else to just let someone know and they would call for him. I like that he said this because I know he was patient with me and friendly.

The best guac and chips. Also pick up my favorite corn tortillas when Im here.

We just move to the area,and today we stop by to get a milk,and we finish buying so many things including the hot food that the cashier recommend us,she provided us excellent service since the moment we entered, made us feel welcome,very friendly helpful my daughter asked her for a Mexican shopping bag and she stepped up the ladder and gave to her,her way of treating customers make us want to come back again, that will be our favorite store.

Went to the store last week early morning,looking totally different in a better way,the cashier, who was very kind,was moving everything around making store looking better,need more staff like this, with new ideas and making customers comfortable and wanting to come back

Great customer service, everyone is friendly, and welcoming. Their meat department has a great selection. My favorite is The Ranchera. Every time we have family events I buy a few trays of Ranchera and Marinated Chicken they prepare everything really well. They also have good selection of fresh produce. It’s worth the trip. I tried the tacos with the homemade tortillas in front of the market the tacos had no flavor I will not be returning to this location for tacos will not return

This is a store that I have attended for years and today I went and what is going to be my surprise that they have a very friendly, hard-working and responsible cashier, Denise,havent seen her since she stop working at ampm,wherever she has always worked,shes always smiling and attending with great professionalism, she recommended us the food and I want to tell her that is how she described it the best birria not only in Lincoln heights but in los Angeles California ........ I was there on Sunday and the owner, who is an arrogant old man and without manners to treat customers, feels superior to all when he should be the one who sets the example with his airs of wealth, he should not have bought a store like this one had bought Gelsons or Ralphs in the Beverly Hills area because he feels that the place he steps on here is too little for him

Great service, everything nicely stocked, fresh produce. This place has changed drastically and looked bigger before. Still a good place for quick errands. Now its a family based market.

The cashier did not know how to charge us every Sunday we bought birria and hot food there and we used food stamps and today she didnt accept them with the other girl we never have a problem we pay everything even soap and toilet paper with the ebt card and I do not have cash there only food stamps

Really great Carne Asada and Guacamole!

You have to try there prepared carne asada very tasty and very soft good quality meat if you order 30.00 or more they prepare it on a flat box with onions jalapenos pickled carrots im telling you it is the bomb to your taste buds

Years coming to this marketa and I had never looked at an employee so useless and without manners when it comes to customer service, it has been 2 weeks that she attends me and she does not know prices, she is with her fuchi face and worse than A turtle asking permission to one foot to move the other, because of its big airs it is seen above that it is a useless one that in its life has done something, recommendation to the owner give training everything to everything, or leave it working where it does not have to look at no one so that there is alone feel everything believed that it reflects

Bad experience we bought a mojarra dish, when we asked for sauce and tortilla his answer was that to give us that the price was 9 or 10 dollars, I did not serve to serve the customers, he replied that for today he would give us but it did not include today we return and the price was increased 2 dollars something that can not do like that just because yes and we will make a report of the sudden price rise

It is cheap to buy in this market, especially meat and it has Mexican sweets
