Two words: tomahawk steak. Its about 3 thick which allows you to give it a great crust on both sides but still maintain medium-rare doneness. Consider that youll pay $80+ for a 22-24oz bone-in ribeye at any steakhouse in CA, and you might start coming here more often and making them yourself.The spicy beef jerky is also amazing. Perfect balance of salty, sweet and spicy.
