Grocery store with vast choice of Russian style food. Overpriced goods but they serve you in USSR style, so if you are missing Soviet times you are more than welcome.

We called in and ordered cooked lamb chops. We ordered 3 lb of lamb chops and 2 lb of beef. Lamb chops were dry and overcooked. I wish they couldCook them better.

This place is disgusting. They slice their deli products without gloves. No one is wearing mask. One of the employees, sneezed and covered her mouth and nose with bare hand. Covid is guaranteed while shopping in this store.

Terrible groceries store, very dirty, rats and cockroaches all around, dont even think to buy something.

A surprisingly nice market with fresh meats and nice deli. Stopped by there while looking for fresh bread and some skewers for the kabobs. Got both with selection beyond belief.It is a bit cramped for my liking and some of the products that we are used to are not represented but then again this is a more Armenian ethnic market then Russian or Polish, so one should be adjusting expectations accordingly.

The service is terrible in this place, it’s not surprising that this place has such a low rating on yelp. Cashier is rude, during my last visit I was with daughter 2yo, and she pulled some candies from the boxes, which were on the floor, and I payed for this candies and besides that bought some bakery for total around $40, and even wiped the floor after my daughter dropped some candies on it. After I left the store, the store owner went out for me and said that I should look after my kid when I’m in store and as she said “it’s even better for us not to come next time”, which for sure I will do. This was disgusting experience, which I will not wish anybody experience.

The owner is insane. I tried to return a bag of wheat that had worms. She cussed me out and kicked me out of the store saying I put the worms in the wheat. More than once Ive seen her yell at customers and employees. Shes a maniac. Ive found a fly in the chicken Ive bought. Ive seen roaches run across the deli counter, yet she still has the audacity to treat people so badly. How is this disgusting place still open for business? Health inspector needs to investigate this place.

Its a terrible bad store ․ All products are expired, dates are fake, rude workers and narrow space ․ I will never enter that store again ․ Products prices are several times higher than in the next store ․

Employees are extremely rude here. You cant ask questions or they get mad. Just order and gtfo is their mantra. To make things worse its very busy and they only have two cashiers. I did like the food I ordered some cooked meat to go, but seriously, a very mean place. Not surprisingly, other people agree. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes to pay.

Lovely neighborhood bodega selling Russian, Armenian, Russian and Polish groceries. From fresh baked goods to meats and other Easter European and Caucus delights.

I have been going to this place for years. It is not a place for yuppies who know nothing about meat. I have worked across the U.S. in both retail and packing houses and this is one of my favorites. Some of their butchers lack English they are not being rude. Their beef is first rate and they have great fresh veal and fresh California lamb. If you ask them they will even marinate it for you with Allepo and onion. I could go on but see some of the comments and feel their criticisms completely misplaced

The worst place i have ever seen in Lon Angeles. Very very very bad customer service. The employees are very rude. Like throwing the meal in front of you. Never back again. Dont go there. I ordered something and waited for 25 minutes. I asked wheres my order and the employee said that I didnt order anything. It was very redecolous.

I am very grateful that this store exists. It is a little pearl in Hollywood. I do not go there to make friendships, I understand the East-European culture, I dont get all worked up if they dont have a wonderful customer service. I know exactly why and what for I go there. I think they are wonderful, hard-working people, they are trying hard to keep that business in place (with Jons right behind them). I am mightily grateful that I can find all sorts of things that love -- and which I could not find them anywhere else, the girls at the Paris Cafe are as sweet and authentic as their cakes. I appreciate their hard work, I love their bakery goodies (a love-hate relationship with carbs), their trout fish, kebab, cheesecake with raisins, lamb racks, yogurt drinks, caviar, sunflower seeds, zacusca, oh, and an array of European-style deli items. If you go there on a high horse, please leave it at the door. Da. Spasiba, Karabagh.

I was a victim of debit card fraud. This was the only store that was shopped prior to having $1,600 stolen from my account. I wont be back. I advise to pay cash.

I come here every week to buy Russian products. I always go to cooking for borscht, how many times I asked Ana what else to have for the second, they always answer everything is written, but I come here because I dont really understand English yet. In short, whether they cook badly or old products or old dishes, they generally do not recommend taking second courses.

The sellers behind the counter stand with their backs to the customers and go about their business.It’s not realistic to be in the parking lot - there are probably 7 places in three places.The kebab meat is mediocre, although I liked the culinary salads.

The store is very small, the parking is tiny, the room is hot, the temperature regime of storage of some products is not observed (condensed milk, stored in the refrigerator). Of the good, there are interesting products that are not in other stores.
