Had a miscommunication about a cut of meat but the owner, Jeff, was very helpful in fixing the issue and made it right. Great customer service. Their quality is also outstanding. They recently moved inside Fresco supermarket and are a great addition to that store. Definitely check them out!

I was looking for a quick snack and we stopped in for a couple of beef sticks. The smell when we entered the shop was amazing, and I had to keep reminding myself that we didn’t have a way to bring home a freezer’s worth of meat.

First visit. We tried one of Daves wicked good sandwiches. Delicious. Drinks are on the other side and you pay for your beverages separately. A bit of extra work?

This place is small, but perfect. The employees are kind and extremely knowledgeable, without being stuck up or conceited about their superior meat knowledge. 10/10 will return.

Great selection of high quality food for those who are health-concious about what they eat. On site butcher creates some great finds like house-made chorizo and milanesa. Havent tried the house-made salsa yet, but plan to. This butcher shop is exactly the type of place youd expect to see in the newly transforming Highland Park. Check it out soon! Grand opening is scheduled for March 10th (2018).
