To the person who wrote that. Maybe somone broke in or the person with the alarm left something unlocked. Maybe you should walk over and ask them why it keeps going off. In my opinion if its going off at least i know it works and thank goodness for that. I would rather have it go off then not and lose all my stuff. Giving a business one star for soung its job and is in the community and has been around for a while if Im not mistaken.has be doing something right. I use them for all my 7 businesses and both my home and parents home. Never an issue. Lot of different reasons for alarm to go off. The main one is to avoid a breakin and losing your stuff. Keep up the good work United Alarm, people gonna complain if your helping or if they get broken in. Oh well
