Well-organized business with prompt customer service. Not the most inexpensive place, but I value quality and service so paying a premium for that is okay with me.

My experience with the Los Angeles branch exceeded my expectations, despite on how busy they were they made me feel like my job was the only one that they had. My large last minute order was at my job next day, any where else would have taken days. Thank you Team Nelson LA branch highly recommend

My first time there, 3 gentlemen working there, Art, one of the guys took care of me and had the most terrible customer service, I really appreciate that the other two gentlemen try to intervene with some chats to help the situation which they both get a 5 star on my opinion, but Art gets a zero start, I’ll need to find another roofing supply company as I don’t think I should be spending my time and money with an arrogant person that shows customers are a bother to him.

Fast AMS. Your in and out. Very good customer service. AMS Downtown needs a bigger building for more material.
