I was very glad that I came into this perfect place with my daughter to choose her Sweet Sixteen dress from plenty to choose from, and they had lots of inventory were we didn’t have to order it and the best thing was that they ever altered it right there and didn’t have to travel back to LA to get it from them. I had a very good experience and I was very pleased of company there. Very respectful and helpful was the most important. This place is the best place to shop for any type of dresses and have no issues and best of all good prices. I came from San Diego to shop here and my Daughter said yes to the dress when she saw it she knew this was the Dress. Thank you so much 👌🏻💕

Let me start off with saying I am super picky! Yet, Debbies Bridal’s staff was able to keep me at ease. Their customer service was amazing from the moment I walked through the door they did everything possible to help me find the perfect dress. It is hard to get a hold of them over the phone at times but simply send them a text and they call you back within 1 day. They did their best to accommodate me specially during COVID. I am so happy I chose Debbies Bridal for my dress selection.

I’m a bride to be and Debbie Bridal did a wonderful job with helping me find my dress and helping me find something that I could feel comfortable with. All of their team members are so good with customer service but Vicky was extremely patient with me and so helpful too. They also help me with payment options when Covid hit so I wouldn’t loose my dress and that was so helpful too. I just want to say thank for making everything so easy for me and I highly recommended getting anything from them because they also respect everything they put on your contact. I dont understand their fake review system. I got fooled by the reviews and all that they have is old school cheap wedding dresses worst than Davids bridal .If youre looking for high quality dresses this is not the place. U have very better options in the 1 mile radius at actual bridal boutiques dedicated to great wedding attires.

I said yes to the dress!!! Vicky helped me all the way through. From the moment she brought it out I loved it right away. I ordered it 2 sizes smaller and today that I went for my first fitting it fit like a glove, no alterations needed and I’m taking my dress today!

Went today very excited, with my mask on y todo. Very rudely she says: its by appt. only. I was like I drove six hours to come here! She said what do you need? When I said I was looking for a Veil, her face totally changed, and was like I have two customers ahead of you if you want to wait outside. I was like can’t I browse while you attend your customers? Bi*** said no and closed the door! WDF??! Never Again! FTP! 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible customer service and bad attitude! I make an appointment for my daughters quinceanera dress when arrived there after 1 hour drive and after I paid $ 15 parking they want to charge me 50 dollars for my daughter to try on the dress, (really) just a way to still money they never mentioned anything over the phone, and the lady there ask me if Im ok with the pricess $$$$$ hellooooo If Im looking is because I want to purchase and I dont know the prices because we dont even have the opportunity to ask.

When I arrived, everyone was very friendly so I knew it was going to be a nice experience. The whole experience was great. It helped with how sweet and reassuring Debbie was because she made me feel beautiful in every dress.

My parents have recently decided to stop by and almost instantly loved what they saw. The people working here are super nice and will do all they can to help even with the smallest details! They are very patient. Their options are all super nice and is such a clean place. I recommend to come here if you’re interested in buying anything wedding related or even quince related! When I first walked into Debbies bridal, I was greeted right away with great customer service. Daisy was the girl who helped me find my wedding dress. She was very professional and patient with me. Although I was there for 4 hours and tried on 20 wedding dresses she never gave up on finding me the perfect wedding dress I was looking for. All the wedding dresses there are beautiful and the customer service is excellent. I am very happy with Debbies bridal shower and also with daisy.

From the moment we walked in the energy was positive and welcoming. Daisy is the lady that helped us out and she did an amazing job making suggestions and comparing all the dresses. She asked questions about my wedding so that the dress was the right one for the type of wedding. My ceremony will be on the beach so explained that I should consider a light material so it could be easier to walk on the sand. The experience was simply amazing!!! She joked with me and my group and even offered her own personal advice/ view on marriage. It did NOT feel like they just wanted to make a sale, it was more personal and she really cared that I was happy with the dress I chose.We encountered a hiccup when they realized my white dress could not be delivered on time so they worked with me to try to get a different dress, but ultimately I kept the same design in the ivory instead of white. Since it was my fault for waiting so long to order my wedding dress I really appreciated all their efforts to try to get my dress to me on time.Looking forward to my last fitting on Monday.

Consultant Vicky saved our event. All of the dresses here are high QUALITY. Vicky, worked her magic and found us the most perfect dress for our princess to wear on her sweet XV añera. Without measurements she ordered her exact size based on her knowledgeable experience and 1 photograph, and specified in the contract free alterations (that eventually werent required). She went above and beyond to get our dress from New York before the anticipated date. I called the store and got picked up by an amazing gentleman that gave me the good news about the early dress arrival, and even moved my fitting appointment for 2 days before the original! We will always treasure the staff kindness, and patience in which we were treated. I definitely recommend going here for fitted formal gowns. Grandma, aunties, mama, and XV añera have been crying happy tears thanks to this business, but mostly for the fabulous consultants!

We were trying to find the prefect 15 dress and luckily we found this place, Adela was very helpful and extremely nice. We tried on couple of dresses and she was very patient. She went through every detail possible. I defiantly recommend anybody to come here.

I walked in tears because I had gone to another store back in January and placed an order for a beautiful wedding dress. My dress was supposed to be ready on May 20th 2016. It was already July 1,2016 and my wedding dress wasnt ready. Im getting married July 16, 2016 I couldnt wait any longer and thats how I came across this store! As soon as I walked in Susy & daisy greeted me and were ready to help me! Susy pulled out a bunch of dresses for me to try on until I found the perfect one! I got my dream quincenera dress by Marilee and i couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff are so lovely and caring. This place has beautiful dresses for a resonable price, however, I was really upset about their customer service this morning. They advertise that they open at 10am. We arrived at 10:10am and the door was locked. The lady working at the front counter was attending to a woman inside the store and noticed we were outside waiting. She never once signaled us to wait. She disregarded our presence. We even called their number and the lady at the counter answered and then hung up. It was a great disappointed considering we were here to pay our balance. She finally let us in at 10:27am. After paying our balance, we were told we had to wait until 11am for my daughters dress fitting because the lady that does the alterations will not arrive until that time. Why would they set an appointment at 10:30am if they cannot assist us until 11am? I told her that their business card says that they open at 10am. She said, Yes, but I dont know why the lady did that. Ummm... I still dont understands what that means.
