I love this salon!! I had the pleasure of working with Claire herself and it was such a dream! She is so lovely and helped guide me to find my perfect wedding gown ✨ Claire was so helpful in narrowing down what would look good on my body. Honestly I had a difficult time choosing between dresses, as they were all so beautiful and unique. But between Claire and my crew (mom, MIL, and BFF) I ended up choosing the champagne gown 😍 Not to mention The Castle is so intimate, warm, and a lil whimsical! I loved trying on dresses and didn’t want it to end which is saying a lot since I had tried on so many by that point! I also wanted a cape but had a specific price point and Rachel helped me figure out options. Claire ended up making me a custom one! Oh and she has beautiful accessories too—I ended up getting a gold flowery headband that went perfectly. Rachel is so sweet and was incredibly helpful in my second fitting, figuring out the cape, and with communications! The dream team!I’m already planning on going back for our 10 year anniversary 😂 I highly recommend Claire Pettibone for your wedding look!

Walking into Claires Atelier is nothing short of escaping into an ethereal oasis. Every gown is original and breathtaking but its Claire and Rachel that really make the experience special.My original wedding date was set for June 2020 and I stumbled on Claires exquisite designs in the fall of 2019. I had been to a few boutiques to look at gowns but I had found the process stressful and draining. After some unfortunate weekends filled with unsuccessful options, I finally made an appointment to visit the castle and within a few trips I managed to narrow down the options to a single beautiful gown! After I expressed some concern about certain features, Claire jumped in with her impeccable vision to design some slight adjustments and create a personalized experience.Then came March. The pandemic brought all wedding planning to a stop and I reached out to businesses and vendors to update them on our now precarious wedding date. No individual was as kind, compassionate, and graceful as Claire. Its times like these that show the true character of both businesses and individuals. Claire and Rachel have consistently shown grace, empathy, and support - even when they were concerned that the dress materials might not arrive in time. Claire emailed me and told me that they would find a way to make it work and alleviated the stress I had been feeling regarding the potential change-of-plans and general atmosphere of constant uncertainty.As of now, weve postponed our wedding till June 2021...however, whenever the wedding does end up happening, I know that wearing one of Claires dresses will make the day extra special. If you are starting to shop for your gown, make sure to add Claires Atelier to your list, you wont regret it!

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress at The Castle. I came in with one specific dress in mind but Claire and her team took the time to talk through my wedding, personality and what I was looking for. They then showed me a variety of options I hadnt even considered. Each dress is stunning and a work of art with unique details. I ended up loving a dress I didnt initially think was for me because it had sleeves. When I tried it on and it was almost perfect, Claire personally assured me the sleeves could be removed. The team took time to explain and show me exactly what the altered dress would look like. I highly recommend visiting The Castle in person and letting Claire and her team find you the perfect dress. The whole process was relaxed, fun and I never felt rushed to make a decision. I was an out of state bride and the process could not have been easier once I selected my dress. Im so happy I found Claire Pettibone to make my wedding dress dreams come true!

Claire and her assistance were amazing. Attentive, creative, and so accommodating to a young bride who needed her dress to be tailored to fit her modest style. My daughter looked absolutely angelic. She was absolutely stunning in her dress and she wowed the guests with its uniqueness. If I had to do this all over again, I’d still pick the same designer. She was magnificent, and the pictures, oh the pictures, will be stunning.

I had the great pleasure of finding my wedding gown at The Castle (home base for Claire Pettibone in LA). In my mind I knew I wanted a dress by Claire. A lot of the dresses I was seeing at other places were too low cut for me and I really wanted a vintage look. I also went to another salon here in Seattle and didnt have a great customer service experience and was turned off from dress shopping completely. But I always LOVED the Claire Pettibone designs. So, on a whim I flew to LA with my two best girlfriends to check out the salon and find my dress. When we walked in, everything was so whimsical and I felt like I was in the right place. Our salesperson was so kind and went out of her way to make this experience special for us. As I was trying on dresses the designer, Claire was even there! Claire even helped me choose my ceremony gown... I ended up with the Pearle gown. It felt SO perfect and to this day (2 years after our wedding) friends still talk about the dress! I cant say enough good things about my experience trying on gowns and the whole process. Everyone was so gracious and willing to answer any questions I had. I also ordered my dress kind of last minute in wedding industry standards. (about 5 months before my wedding) and so many places I went to said Im basically too late to get a dress from them. But at Claire Pettibone they said I wasnt and that they would accommodate me. Excellent customer service, incredible gowns! It was SO worth the trip down to LA to have this experience, thank you!

There isn’t enough praise to describe my experience with Claire Pettibone. I came to the castle boutique - it was dress appointment three of nine that I had booked in one weekend. My experience at the first two shops was horrible and I was so concerned and demotivated. Looking at Claire’s gowns, I was just in love. Every dress is so unique, detailed and delicate. It is nothing like you see in other shops. There’s no one type of bride that Claire’s dresses cater too. She has such a range! Claire was in the boutique for my appointment and I was so shocked to see how hands on she was. She was honest with me about what would flatter my unique body type (teeny on top, very curvy on bottom!). We tried on a few dresses and I fell in love with all of them. So what did we do?... Claire made me a completely custom gown that combined all of the elements that I loved (all from different gowns). She was at every one of my fittings and made tweaks along the way. It was also so amazing to have a dress that’s actually made is LA. I was able to get remeasured before the dress was cut, which helped ease concerns about alterations post weight loss. The dress was absolutely perfect, so me, and I got so many compliments on how unique and different that dress was - even my vendors who see dresses all the time said that! It looked incredible, I felt incredible and couldn’t say a bad thing about my experience with Claire. Even if you think the dresses aren’t “your style” the experience is so worth it, and you might get lucky and find something that speaks to you. Happy shopping!

Beautiful, elegant, timeless, bohemian wedding dresses. Heidi helped me try on different dresses - she was awesome. The whole vibe was surprisingly laid back and I felt very comfortable through it all. I ended up getting an amazing sample dress that was on sale - its cliche, but Im so in love with it and cant wait to wear it! Until I walked into Claire Pettibone I hadnt really been all too excited with the whole dress shopping experience. Unlike some other brands I can actually understand why these dresses cost what they do - theyre made right there and the materials are such high quality. And all the designs are amazing!

I wasnt sure there was going to be anything at Claire Pettibone that fit my style, and scheduled the appointment more as a treat for my mother for the experience as I had heard the salon itself was quite beautiful. Thanks to Heidi, I found my dream dress right away, and struggled to make it to the other three appointments I had scheduled that weekend. Heidi took the time to get to know me and understood my style immediately. She has been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful since the moment I walked in the door. She understood I was looking for something a little different and immediately ran to the back to grab several dresses that were right up my alley. I am happy to say I found my dress at Claire Pettibone, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience thanks to Heidi.
