DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They delivered 4 over 40lb water bottles to a neighbor far away and expected me to carry and move 160lbs by myself and said heres $5 off your delivery what a joke. There are so many water delivery companies do yourself a favor and work with a different company where you dont have to subject yourself to a company that does t care.

I received water delivery from urban Oasis while I lived in LA for 3 years, in 2 different apartments. Positive experience all around. When I cancelled due to moving it was super easy. Very nice people.

Friendly staff and great tasting water (we get both Alkaline and purified). Its also got a 24-hour service booth in case you need refills after-hours.

This place has the worst customer service... After overloading me with water I asked for them to hold deliveries for a few months while I was abroad. They confirmed this in an email, but instead picked up all of the full bottles of water that I had already paid for. When I complained about this and the charges I got the following response:Water delivery is for ongoing monthly service.Per our terms and conditions, when a delivery is not made in a 60 day period the account may be closed at Urban Oasis discretion. A notice was sent 9/21 that the account was to be closed and bottles were going to be collected on 9/26.As for the jugs received, they were all empty and were in you possession for over six months which typically incur a $4.99 bottle rental fee per four week cycle.I dont know where there overly positive reviews came from, but Ive had a real hassle dealing with this company.
