Intereating modern bookstore, but not enough book categories covered.

I loved being in here. They have a lot of books plus they have magazines. I looked at the magazines and they had ones that I had a hard time finding. I recommend shopping here especially if you like to read.

Great selection of books and great service! They also have a large variety of gift cards to choose from.

We used to do the price match in Amazon Store in Century City Mall in Los Angeles, CA with their own website. The new stupid store manager, does not know her job description. She breaks the corporate rule and make her own stupid rule and regulations for this location. They made a lot of other chain stores and corporates to close and millions of people lost their job. Amazon is selling junk made in China products to their customers. Stay away from Amazon.

Really nice staff, current selection only because its a small store. But there are a lot of kid and youth books.

Coolest place ever! They also sell lots of Amazon favorites, not just books. Im a huge old school reader (I like to turn physical pages), so I loved it instantly. Staff was helpful!

I expected it to be much bigger with a wide selection but to my surprise it a limited selection. They also featured miscellaneous merchandise with a few interesting items that I would purchase if I only had a bigger place😉

Oh my Gosh! I loooove book stores! Amazon books I loved because its very new and modern,with this traditional shelfs and books smell! Im a prime member and I was surprised to see that I would get same discount as I do online. I really like this store,first time I was there for Amazon return but it has such great soul to it,that I went back each week to get something.

Think of this as sort of an Apple store but for Amazon products like Kindle e-readers, Kindle tablets, Alexa devices, and smart home devices. They also sell books and a smattering of toys and games. Prime members save on certain products here too.

Very clean and organized. Employees were friendly, and attentive but not pushy. Felt very comfortable shopping here.

Whats not to love, the staff are all very nice and helpful. One even stopped what he was doing to have a conversation with my 7yo about books and games she likes to play.

Really great store. Have never been to this store before, I love that Amazon has a book store you can actually walk into and still find great prices with being an Amazon prime member. I wish we had one of these by our home. My kids love books

I love that I can now pick up my Amazon orders at the Amazon book store. Have had many issues with the Amazon drivers not delivering my orders to my office suite and just leaving the packages in the open mail room in the buildings parking structure.

Big and nice store with ample room for Amazon gadgets. Would be nice to have an option of purchasing online and picking up here.

A little something for everyone here. Visited with my wife and son and we were all intrigued by different things that we found. The staff is great: helpful and polite, never too far away if you have questions.

I went here for the first time and it was a totally different book buying experience for me.Wide range of books for all ages, I picked up a book for my kid which she loves by the way.The am staff members are very helpful and understanding of the COVID situation, only a few people can go in and the front door security keeps track of number of people are in the store. Great job, I wish all the stores were the same.

Just had a very unpleasant experience with extremely rude staff member Ron. Store completely uncrowded. I walk up to the counter to make a return. No one in line. He tells me I cut the line. One woman was nearby and said it’s fine. She didn’t cut. Ron then proceeded to lecture me about not coming to the counter without going through the line. I look around confused. There was no line. He advised me to be aware “for next time.” I then looked for my return code on my phone. Again, the store was not crowded at all. After a minute passed, Ron instructed me to step away from the counter until I had my return code pulled up on my phone. Based on my experience today, there won’t be a next time for me at this store location.

Its good but it was better before when the book selection was more curated, now the books are slotted in like a traditional bookstore which makes it harder to find new titles. Did Amazon kill traditional bookstores just to open them itself? Fun experience nevertheless.

Nice to be in a brick and mortar store to see and touch books and other items. Store has all Amazon items like Kindles, Echo Dot, and other Amazon electronics. They have good selection of cool, hip, trendy books as well as games, cards, and other items.

Service was amazing and people there was so friendly.

Its a book store. But its Amazon. So that makes it cool. No prices printed on the books is inconvenient.

A lovely place for any amazon fanboy or gal, to look for the amazon devices or books that can be found on the amazon online store.

I never received my package that I had delievered here. They couldnt tell me I they got it and wouldnt even go check.

Books at full retail, some amazon daily deals. No vinyl records.

First time visiting one, kinda figured there would be a discount for prime members 👍🏾. Nice selection of books and gadgets.

So they start a company online for books you undercut independent booksellers, putting most out of business around the country as a result. Only to now open a bookshop in a mall! And yes you can buy the top sellers on Amazon here as well, whether its a rice cooker or a smart plug.

I love love love bookstores, and this is my favorite one in LA, hands down. They have a solid inventory, and you can see Amazon reviews for everything on the shelves. The staff is super helpful and friendly. And for a bonus: you can make Amazon returns at this store.

I was rather disappointed by Amazon Books. Sure, they have books, but not as many as they did when they first opened. There was a whole lot of other merchandise not related to books that seem to be taking up a lot of real estate. And no, I did not find the book I was looking for! :(

Really cool store!!! Big fan of Amazon and its cool to go into a store that they have setup. They have a cool section of if you liked this book youll like these books which I dont see often. Also all of their books in store are all highly rated on their site, so lots of amazing options to choose from as well as other amazon specific products. Great location.

This store is hot, I mean, not as hot as when it actually caught fire, but uh...Theres books here, yep, lots of books. Electronics. Theyve got that. Its honestly just kind of a neat novelty to go in, scan for prices, flip through some books, and maybe buy one or two.

The brick and mortar version of the online store. Lots of funky books and all variety of kindle/Fire notepads for sale. Mellow staff. Be an Amazon Prime member to realize discounts. Also cashless so bring your credit plastic or Apple/Google pay. Great shopping center with wonderful restaurants to read your new acquisitions.

Do NOT go into this store! Listen to me. They only have books that are rated five stars on Amazon, and they put them on these cute little shelves, and if youre a prime member you can buy them in store with your phone at the Amazon price, which is about half the price of any other store. Dont go in! Its addictive! Its tough to walk by, but you can do it! Once youre in, you will leave with ten books! So do NOT go in! If there is a support group out there for this store, please contact me. This store is too good and its not fair!

I love the experience of Amazon books because they display the covers very prominently. I dont usually read the posted reviews.Its a fun place to browse the latest in any section and see new bestsellers. They also sell some gadgets and popular Amazon home items. You can buy echos here as well.

Great little store which knew EXACTLY what I was interested in. It was amazing, they had almost every book that I purchased on Amazon and all the ones that I was thinking about buying. I thought I would find a shelf with my name on it with just my books on it. It was spooky. I just cant figure out how they knew so much about me? Kind of cool that I dont have to think anymore about what books I want as they obviously know what I want better than I do.

I love this place. Great items, lots of cool new gadgets, its like what Best Buy should be; a small footprint with unusual gadgets and gear and without the pushy, desperate sales team. Ironic that Amazon is killing brick & mortar bookstores only to open their own, but theyre different enough that family bookstores still hold their own, its only Barnes & Noble thats circling the drain

We absolutely loved that store, we got there to return wrongly send products. The returns were handled in an express way with a push on a button .... literally.... so easy and so simple.

Nice, clean aesthetic and environment. Its not homey but nice. No chairs I could readily see in which to sit down, but you get amazon online pricing for the books they carry. If youre a prime member, that applies as well. The display of Kindle devices is so enticing, it makes you want to buy one. The only reason I dont is you can only read Kindle books on it. You wouldnt be able to have the Google Books app on a Kindle device and read an e-pub book. Bottom line: A nice book store that kind of makes you want to buy a book there. Of course, its amazon, so the soul of a real book store isnt there, really, but its still nice. It kind of feels like a tech environment, except they sell books.

Amazon the online no brick and mortar retailer now has a brick and mortar bookstore that is offline and is not just bad, but so terribly understocked and uncoordinated you will feel that you have found yourself at a very posh airport bookstore BY CHOICE. And lets be honest, no one enjoys those bookstores.

Great place for book lovers! It has little sections of different categories. Has a little corner for kids and for comic book lovers as well. They even kept Amazon accesories. Services are good, since its a new store they try to help you out with taking look at prices through your mobile Amazon app.Bought one book and since I am a prime member, I got it for the lowest price at amazon.
