Its a great bike shop. Locally family owned so I felt like I was investing the money in my own neighborhood. And their service is excellent. Im new to riding and they gave me great advice on which type of bike to buy. Then they gave me an great deal! Ive already told three friends about them! This place is a gem!! If you dont know LA, its located about 2 minutes west of the USC campus.

Really great local independent bike shop. Helped me a ton to get my bike back on the road after it got messed up by an attempted theft. The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and all about helping the bike community rather than just maxing profits and always trying to charge the highest price. Heavily recommend.

Best bike shop south of the 10 and east of La Brea.Easily the best mechanic. Skillful and knowledgable for road, mtb, track bikes, you name it. The price is right, the work is quality, and the turnaround is way faster than most shops during the pandemic.Shop is connected to LA bike culture, racing, and that makes a big difference in the expertise and energy they bring.On top of all that, good people and good vibes at the shop.

Would recommend this place to repair your bike/ebike. Especially on Sundays when most bike shops are closed.

Went here on the advice of a friend who also lives in this neighborhood. Rode over there today and they filled my tires and oiled my chain and taught me how to gauge tire pressure and how to use a foot pump and then I bought a foot pump (which I then had to drive back in my car to pick up bc it was too big to bike home with, lol). As a newer bike rider who doesnt fit the conventional cyclist mold, sometimes I go into a bike shop and feel intimidated and kind of talked down to by the bike shop bros. That was totally not the case here! Genuinely kind people, complimented my bike, were patient with me, gave me good tips, and treated me like a valuable human. Everyone should go here for all your biking needs! This is 100% where Ill go for all my bike stuff in the future.

Luxs bicycle shop took care of me with in a couple of minutes I had a messed up rim and my pedals were messed up they charged me about $35 to fix everything he even put a new part in for me great service friendly attitude high recommended

Im giving it a 3 star rating because it took soo long to open. I was waiting outside for 50 minutes! But besides that they did fix the bike really good and fast so i do definitely recommend but dont come too early!

It was cool I got a $250 dollar bike. The bike is nice and all but they was limited in bikes. But shoot some bike shops sold out of bikes so its cool I give this place a 4. Cause my guy is reasonable

I took my bike in and they were able to attend to it right away. The services was prompt, courteous, professional, and affordable. They were done with my bike in under 30 mins and even gave me a free tube as a thank you for choosing them. During this pandemic, bigger bike shops like Wheel World have been impossible to get on the phone and say they are backed up for several weeks and cant on new repairs right now, which is hard to believe if they are actually working efficiently. It was refreshing to get service that felt normal again from Lux. I highly recommend them for your road bike needs. Scott Carr

Too expensive

I have been going to Panchos shop for over a year. He is kind, honest, hard working and his services are very cheap. He is also an important part of the community. I have seen him loan bikes out to those in need, it was remarkable to see. There are some negative reviews which are unfortunately blatant slander towards Pancho and the shop, they really should be ashamed. My guess is, it is other bike shops with zero integrity or slander because of race. I have purchased two bikes from him and get my bike serviced here regularly and will continue to do so happily.
