Event Step and Repeat has the best customer service I have experienced. I have worked with a lot of companies and Event Step and Repeat has everyone beat. From their had quick turn around time, I was able to have my product in 48hrs, to their kindness. Had to drive in from the inland empire but it was worth it 100%! We are blown away by the quality of our new step and repeat from Event Step and Repeat in Koreatown! Great staff here. Daniel is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. always a pleasure when I need red carpets or step & repeats for one of my events for my film festivals. I have been ordering all my event promotions material from him since 2015. my film festivals at regal cinemas at la live demand the highest quality printing for my step an repeats and other on site printed materials and thos company is the best. if I could rate higher than five stars I would.

Im not a person who like to leave bad reviews on places but I had to share with you guys my poor experience that I got there.This review is specific for David and Daniel who was very rude to me.I came 4 (friday) days in advace before my event to the store to order banner stand for hair project that i had, I sent the picture by the email and I choose the best quality of material just to make sure that Ill get the best result.When I came to pick up my order I noticed that the dark spots on the banner came out like blueish color, I told them and Daniel try to tell me that he barely see that and ask from two of his coworkers that was agreed with me that the picture is blue instead of black.The event was on Tuesday and I told to my model that we have to reschedule the shooting because of this bad background that I got. Daniel ask for me to choose another background to see if it looks better, so I did. Agian, even with the second background the dark looks very blue. He said lets try other one so I sent another background totally different from what I wanted from the beginning, it was old wood texture, when he printed out he call me to come to the store so I left my work (middle of the day) and I came special to the store and the banner looks even worst, the scratches on the wood was with pixels and the dark spots this time was dark purple!!I have to say that all the three different backgrounds was 4k quality, the best resolution that you can get!Every time that Ive tried to explain him my position he was laugh in front of me and told me Im doing this for years and I dont know what you talking about, also when I told him about the pixels on the wood he came closer to the banner almost touching with his nose on the banner and said of course if you come closer to the details you can see pixels, jesus (in a very disrespectful way). After all of this, he became very mad at me raise his voice and start blaming me because he tried to print out my backgrounds three times already and it didnt work out. Im not even talk about the way he turn his back to me while Im trying to talk with him.I really wanted to give 5 stars to this place but after all this experience I have no banner stand, lost time that I spent at the store. Im Very disappointed!
