I highly recommend this store after dealing with Michelle, one of the owners. The amount of help she provided just isnt found anymore, anywhere. I was looking for a hard to find stroller (given current travel demand) and was on a schedule due to an upcoming trip. She didnt have them but expected them in soon.She kept me posted on its status, gave me her cell phone # if I needed anything, and let me know as soon as it was in. She even helped me put it together when I got there. I wouldnt have expected any of this other than letting me know when it was due it and to check back with her.Thanks Michelle

Very frustrating experience with this shop. I expected them to be knowledgeable about car seats for my newborn. The person helping us left out a crucial piece of information when explaining the tradeoffs (i.e., that 1 seat needed to be swapped out after 1 year and another was good for 4-5 years) that ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. When we followed up with them, they did nothing and didnt care. Theyve lost my business.

This place is the best! We had to get replacement seats for insurance purposes and the staff here was amazing! We were told that the seats would arrive on a Monday, and they actually got here the Friday before. Found our go to place from now on

If you want the highest quality products for your kids, and the most attentive customer service experience, Traveling Tikes is the only place to go. The real challenge of the pandemic has been Logistics and shipping, and having such a professional small business owner on your side to help make product recommendations and coordinate with companies to chase down orders is invaluable! Michelle gave us great service and always remembered us from the first visit and even though it tooks months for us to be ready to order, and they relocated their business, they were always available to help track down our order and we never felt concerned despite inevitable shipping delays and product shortages. We got everything we needed exactly when we needed it! Would definitely recommend doing business with this company, regardless of where in SoCal you live.

Love this place. I plan on getting our baby supplies here from now on when needed. The worker was really nice and gave us a really good deal. She was helpful. She put our carseat in for us and explained everything to us about how to us it and when our child will no longer need it. Or when to use the forward facing car seat. The place is small but its straight to the point. They have a really good selection of car seats and strollers. There store offers online delivery and in store pick up.

The service here is simply amazing. We’re expecting our first child and had no idea where to start with strollers and car seats but they walked us through every detail and even let us take the strollers outside to get a feel for how we’ll be using them. We weren’t rushed even though we probably asked way too many questions about every model we looked at. Look no further for a place to get quality products from people who know what they’re talking about.

After searching every website possible & not getting any clarity on which frame or canopy I needed for a complete YOYO2 stroller, I came over to Traveling Tikes. I luckily came across this shops online store by chance when looking for a very specific item that I could not find anywhere. I needed a Bugaboo stroller adapter for a very specific car seat that had recently been discontinued. I live out of state and this was my first time ever ordering from the store. Michelle called me several times and finally located the item I needed. She went above and beyond to help me for what I consider a very small purchase. This really shows the type of customer service they offer and that is so hard to find. I cannot recommend them enough and cannot wait to purchase more items from their store!

Sometimes you go for a product and they suggest something better and more convenient, and not necessarily more expense but easier for first time parents they truly know every piece of product they sell in and out. She probably explained to me a million times how each item works (pregnancy/ mom brain). I purchased a car seat from them over three years ago. This past weekend I leased a new car which required re-installing the car seat. The owner of this store was kind enough to re-install the car seat for me after over three years - and he did so in the most caring manner. What a great store to support!

My husband and I were lucky to find this store! We had been looking at strollers for months! It was difficult to find a store that had the strollers we were interests in...and then we found Traveling Tikes! Not only did they have a huge selection of higher end strollers but the beautiful couple that own the store are so knowledgeable about them. They were able to help us finally decide on which one to go with. We decided on the Orbit Baby and they arranged the delivery and offered any assistance we needed. We actually did call with a couple of questions. Now that we have our 7 week old baby I have to say we LOVE our stroller. Its so practical and looks great! It was so cool to be able to shop at a place where the owners are experts at all things baby and they have the best products in stock to inspect and try out.I appreciate that this store carries more expensive items. I don’t mind spending extra on items for my boys. Most of these items can’t be found at Target and the like.I am grateful that we still have specialty stores like this in Los Angeles. Bryan and his wife are great people, they help you with every single question or doubt you may have....I literally spent 2hrs. in their Shop and they helped me decide on the best stroller and car seat for my baby! Excellent customer service. My order arrived damaged from transit and Traveling Tikes fixed the issue within 24 hours. We couldnt be happier with our experience buying our stroller, car seat, and high chair from Brian and Michelle. Michelle and Bryan have so much knowledge. I bought a Wow cup for my daughter because of their recommendation. My toddler uses it everyday at lunch. Ease to clean compared to my camel back cup we had. The Funpod has also been the most used item we use in the kitchen.

Bryan was SO helpful! I was completely confused about all the stroller/car seat options and he quickly ran through all the features of each of the top brands. When I asked why they didnt have Britax he explained that their quality had gone down recently and they were involved in a lawsuit where they lost. Long story short, they dont sell products that arent worth your money, even if theyre popular. They also have a wide selection of bottles, swaddles, carriers, toys, diaper bags. Prices were the same as online. I highly recommend supporting this small business.

Super helpful advice. Very friendly. They only carry quality products. Going to big box stores will have more selection of products that arent good quality and no one that will give you real, applicable advice.

Can you get things of the web for a little less? Probably but I am a big fan of service and these guys are best at that and on top they know everything about everything concerning car seats, strolers and othe baby items, got 2 strolers from here and 2 car seats and going back for some other items ... very happy with them

I ordered 2 car seats from here. One for my baby due soon and one for my 3 year old from this small company instead of ordering from clek or amazon because I like to shop small and support small businesses. I learned the hard way that their customer service is horrible. They are very unorganized and their website says things are in stock and over a month later your stuff doesnt ship when it says it ships within 2 days.... They dont respond to calls or emails. Horrible customer service. Terrible do NOT shop here.Heres the full story...On December 1st I purchased 2 car clek car seats that said were in stock on their website.  The ship time says 2 business days so I was expecting that. A week and a half later I hadnt received any sort of confirmation and reached out to them via email... Upon hearing no response I reached out to them on the phone. After calling and calling I finally spoke with Bryan who said they would both be shipping right away. A few days later he said one of them was out of stock and asked if I wanted a different color. No. I paid $450 for the car seat. I dont want a different color I want the color I paid for. He said one would ship and the other was out of stock. He was awaiting the ship date from clek and said he would keep me updated. (In the meantime one of my clek car seats arrived which shipped 2 weeks after purchase, not 2 days). However 3 more weeks go by and I didnt hear from Bryan about my other clek car seat. I emailed, no response. I called and left voice mails... no response. Now we are just weeks away from my due date and I STILL dont have my car seat for this baby. I called and called and finally got Michelle on the phone on January 10th. She was helpful and kind but I think she knew how frustrated and angry I was at this point. They still didnt have my car seat in stock. Which I understand wasnt in their power but why is it listed as in stock on their site and 2 day shipping if theyre not even on hand?? Why were they not reaching out to me to update me. Why did I have to call and call and call??? After so much frustration I just requested a refund for the one car seat that still hadnt shipped. I ordered it elsewhere yesterday when my refund pended and will NEVER shop from this small business again. They need to hire some sort of customer service rep because they as the owners are horrible with customer service and staying on top of important things. *Beware*
