Absolutely horrible! My daughters hair was to her waist!! I only asked for 3 fingers off. They chopped off more than 3 but to make matters worse they butchered my babies hair!! It’s completely crooked and the pictures I’m adding doesn’t do justice it is completely butchered . These people might be qualified to cut boys hairs but they are not good with scissors at all!!!
This was the only spot near kendall that would take my son without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The associates were very nice and from what I could tell, they were doing a good job of cutting the childrens hair that went before my son. Im not sure her name, she was a red head, cut my sons hair and did a fantastic job considering he cried the whole time. Kudos to these ladies! They handle the children very well. I would highly recommend this place.

They seem to be very understaffed and overbooked. It’s unfortunate because I really like this place. I called them several times throughout the week to book an appointment and nobody ever answered the phone. I showed up and I was greeted by a frantic hairdresser who claimed she was the only hairdresser there and that I had to call to book an appointment. Go figure. Hope things get better.
Stylist refuses to do my sons hair because he is black. I took him to headlinerz barbershop up the road and we were more than happy.
This place was all dusty and messy. The stylist did not have any skills to deal with kids. She was even a little rude. I’m not coming back. Do not recommend.

The place smelled and just looked dingy and dirty. Against my better judgement I decided to proceed with my sons haircut. Hairdresser had an attitude when I asked her to trim more in certain areas because I felt it was long there.. End result my son had patches of longer hair because the hairdresser didnt know what she was doing. Do not recommend at all... I could have done a better job at home.

Zoe does a great job when we come! Im a perfectionist so if there is a hair or two I didnt like I fix it myself at home. You know what they say, if you want perfect do it yourself.
My son is on the autism spectrum, so a simple haircut was always a mission. Leida has been cutting my sons hair for the last 4 years. She is amazing at what she does and always showed her affection towards him which always put him at ease. Great place. Highly recommend.
Good haircuts. I would give it a 5, but the facility is a little old and grungy. However, my kid loves the train and entertainment. The haircuts are very good compared to other kid places we have been to in the past.

Not profesional at all.Dirty.When we bring kids to a childrens hair salon is because we expect the hair dresser to be able to cut the kids hair without us being involved. She asked me several times to entertain him and to hold him in ways that are physically aggressive for a kid. My son was crying out of fear. I didnt let her complete the hair cut, which was very bad (Im glad hair grows).Its a terrible place. I would give it less than 1 star.Its dirty and it looks like it hasnt received maintenance for a while.

I decided go to this place because is nearer than other one we went for my babys first haircut. Terrible decision. This place looks too old and smells weird, I felt like in a horror movie. That would be a sign to go to another place, but I didnt. I dont remember the name of the lady (she was old with short hair) who cut my babys hair, but was a horrible cut without any technique. She took the scissors and started to cut an any direction . I dont know anything and I think I could do a better job... Definitely I wont come back.

I had take my son for 4 times on saturday,but i went on friday because on saturday always is busy but that lade lilian es so rude i asked if I Can put my son on the car chair and she said no because is better on the horse which i said always when I Came the other lade give options and the last she said ok, but with attitud and also when I told her that my son didnt like the shave machines only with scissors she told me for other times i have to ask for the other lady better with attitud and she doesnt have no patience for work with kids never again go with her.

With any doubt ill recommend you to bring your kids to this place cause is just for kids, the price is good, they know how to deal with a little kid. I always bring my kids here cause they always want to play in the train lol. I never going to bring my kids to a barber again cause they dont know how to deal with them!

Very unprofessional, do not go here!!! They treat your child like an animal very rough, they are horrible giving haircuts. Stay away from this place, all they care about is the tips and not the way the haircur comes out. The ladies that cut hair are very vulgar, screaming at each other fighting for tips.The bathrooms was disgusting, I cannot believe this place is only for kids. This is a section 8 warehouse. This place should be close down immediately. The playground was very dirty and the place smelled like mold. The atmosphere is not good for children..

Worst experience! This place needs maintenance and It doesnt seem to be managed by anyone. It looks very old and dirty. The stylists are Inconsistent and not knowledgeable.

Terrible lugar si le pudiera dar menos de una estrella la daría, NUNCA LLEVEN SUS HIJOS, no saben cortar el cabello solo con tijeras, y menos con máquina. Esta mañana llevé mi hijo y le dije que no le pasara la maquina y no le importo se la pasó y quedo todo trasquilado. Aparte la señora es súper impaciente y grosera no ahí cordialidad ni mucho menos amabilidad ni siquiera con los niños. Más nunca volveré a ese lugar… no lleven sus hijos allá. Y ni siquiera termino de peluquer al niño y si me toco pagarle lo mal que lo dejó.

First Haircut certificate that Cary signed, finally told me that until Friday Cary is probably available, she wont even let us in, I hope to come back and not have to deal with her again. Horrible! I went at 630pm and as they close at 7pm, the bitter face of Ms was not normal. Apart when I asked what to do. The lady answered me grocerily that she wrote me down and threw the pen on the table and left me talking alone.Then I asked him if he could find the diaper bag in the car to open the door for me and he didnt even want to answer me. And the people who arrived at 645pm didnt want to open the door either.The place smells disgusting, all dirty, bad attention and GROCERAS !!!Obviously, I did not dare to return when I went out to look for the diaper bag. It is seen that they do not clean the razors!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN EVER !!!
Pity the attention of the lady who is there on Sundays. Zero kindness and willingness to treat customers. Unfortunate ... having so many educated people and wanting to work. And especially with children.

This place is terrible. The service is very bad. I do not understand how employees who do not have the place in a place for childrenKnowledge or patience to treat them. The children while they cut their hair sit them in carts and wheelies that are super old and in very bad conditions. The bathroom is not suitable for children. There is not even a changing table. In general it is a site with Pesimo Dirty Service and not recommended for anyone
