Stopped going there about three years ago after he ruined my work truck and didnt tell me.. three next mechanic had to tell me....i own 6 vehicles... So when i tried to pick up my work truck and then drop off my van.. he told me no!!!. Then i found out why... Long story short.. i made him replace my parts ( which was a pain in itself)...and took my business elsewhere...

I was denied service in the exact moment i told him that I replaced something in the car myself he also yelled at for that.

I get all my car work done at Luis auto repair center. Ive been coming here for 6 years and never had an issue. Id recommend anyone looking to get work on their car to call Luis first.

The man Luis is friendly and listens good. He has a tow truck man available w in 5 minutes off Manchester and Fig. Cost almost nothing. Totally professional and patient w concerns. Ive bugged this guy a lot and not once got attitude. Good work. Trustworthy.

I was calling around for a windshield replacement on my 2012 Honda Civic. They were too expensive and I didnt wanna bring it to a shop somewhere and waste 3 hours. So I was referred to Panorama City Auto Glass because they come out for free to do the replacements. They had my windshield in stock and ready to go. It was easy and very simply to schedule the appointment.

Took my car here last week for a transmission service on my 2009 Honda Accord. Luis was great. He looked around at everything to make sure the transmission and engine were properly working as they should and topped off my liquids. Fourth time I am coming here. Great service.

I had a pretty good crack in the windshield of my truck, maybe 5 inches long. Everywhere I called was trying to sell me a new windshield for like 300 bucks. Sun Valley Mobile Auto Glass actually asked me where the crack was and said they could send a mobile windshield crack repair guy out for much less. Whattaya know. My windshield looks new.

Luis is really great at diagnostics and fixing the issue. My engine was knocking and he told me the problem very quickly. Hes been doing this for over 30 years. Anyway Ive been going to his shop for 8 years now. He does everything from engines to transmissions to simple stuff like brakes and oil changes... Around this area, a lot of shady mechanics. Hes not one of them.

Ive been going to Luis for over 6 years. He does very good auto repair work. Last time he did my timing belt and also did an engine repair. Both jobs came out excellent. I would recommend Luis shop to anyone looking for a new auto mechanic.

My front windshield needed replacement so I asked for a windshield replacement company to my insurance. They recommended Chandler Mobile Auto Glass out of Chandler Arizona. They came to me and did a great windshield replacement service. They took my insurance and I didnt pay anything.

My engine was making a knocking noise. Turned out to be a $30 part. I am sure if I was to bring it to the guys around this area they would recommend a new engine. Luis is honest and very reliable.

I took my car to the dealer for an estimate on my engine as it was overheating. They were ridiculous of course so I asked my friend at work and he recommended Luis. I brought it here on Saturday and by the following Tuesday it was ready. I was super happy with the work and the price. I did the whole engine rebuild and now itll last for at least 100k more miles.

Louis was very rude and claimed that he would only do business with my girlfriend instead of me..maybe because she is Mexican and Im a dark skinned Latino. And when i came to pick up my car he made me wait till he finished his lunch instead of taking care of business.So it took almost30 min.

Bad customer service I went to ask the guy if he can fix my car and he says to me wait a minute Im on the phone so I waited and waited nothing.
