I cant believe it took me this long to find this place. I always thought this place was for high end cars only. I only see nice cars there, but its not just, it just happens this is the place people with nicer cars take their cars. I used to go to this other place but thats the biggest regret Ive ever made in 20+ years driving.Anyways no need to shop around. If they have your tires then think no more, just get in there. I cant say enough how much I appreciated Gregorys professionalism and knowledge. You can tell by his demeanor he was a man of coolness and confidence. Nothing but sincerity and respect.I was in and out with 2 new tires in 45 minutes. Tires that 4 other shops did not have on hand (Pirellis for my E350)! I watched while Izzy did the work and he too was super professional and friendly.thanks guys!I wont go anywhere again for tires!

I had a wonderful experience at Globe tire Los Angeles. My client recommended I stop by because I was getting a “low air pressure” alert and Costco was too busy to even take a look after visiting on two different occasions. Gregory the manager and the entire staff was friendly and super helpful. They got my tire off and brought me back to show me there was a small crack in the actual wheel that was causing a slow leak. They gave me a loaner tire, took the time to search for the after market wheel to match, which wasn’t easy, then got back to me with the price. I was able to come back two days later on my way to work! They got it done quickly and I didn’t miss a beat! I will definitely use and recommend them from now on.

Globe is absolutely the best tire shop we have ever been to. We were visit from out of town and had 2 flats on 2 days! Globe Tire provided timely, professional and excellent service. I had a minor tire problem and I first went to a national chain branch in Beverly Hills and they said the tire is cut up inside and has to be replaced - I had driven just 2 blocks with run-flat tire with very low air and thought it was a minor puncture or an air valve leak. Either their ethical standards or their competence are low. Global on the other hand said there was a minor rust on the wheel & the tire rim was not sealing properly causing slow leak. It was fixed fast at a cost of $20. Gregory at the reception was service friendly as was Alex, who fixed it and another worker Francisco. I recommend them highly. Ray

Globe did a great job as usual. They perfectly aligned my front end and repaired two badly scratched wheels to look like new. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire, wheel, brake or suspension work. These guys know what they’re doing!

My experience at Globe Tires was awesome. It was a Saturday, so I expected long waits, but that was not the case. Greg came out to the parking lot to greet me and offered a friendly introduction. I had a simple need to have a nail removed from the tire of my brand new car. It was promptly fixed and I did not have to purchase a new tire. My wait, while brief, was comfortable and I was offered water - both cold and room temperature. There was also an offering of magazines available. I did not interact with any other staff, but I did hear very professional and courteous telephone interactions. Lastly the shop was clean and staff were masked.

Gregory was an absolute pro in every way. He advised me of my options from best to worst and let me know exactly what to expect for cost and time. I was in and out in fast with great tires at a great price. All of this PLUS customer service from Gregory that was beyond reproach. Five stars for Gregory and Globe! Thanks!

This place is just simply the best! Gregory always takes great care of me, what great customer service. I had my car serviced elsewhere where they attempted to fix my leak in the rear tire. After a day I noticed that the rear tire is still leaking air. Went to Globe Tires, which I should have done in the first place, they fixed it right the first time! I have gotten all my tires in the last 10 years or so by Globe Tires, not only are they super nice and accommodating, they know their stuff!

They’re competent, fast and honest— particularly appreciate they’ll fix what they can, not trying to upsell you to a new tire unless needed. This is all despite high end clientele— often a setup for exploitation. Most recently fixed a nail for me in mid tread, no fuss, 30 minute wait. Special shout out to Gregory in the front office.

Came in for new tires with no appointment and I was out within 2 hours. I got a new set of Pirelli tires installed for less than I was quoted at Firestone and a few other local shops for budget brand tires.

Gregory is a real professional. He showed me all my options, so that I could make an informed decision.

First of all I took him some Porsche alloys very expensive very rare rims to polish for me they said it would be two weeks turned into a three-week job no communication no updates no nothing I had to call them three times finally I did get my rims back after 3 weeks the Polish job was very very bad I had a couple of little pits in the rims which they didnt even bother to feel basically all they did was sand then Polish Polish job was horrible I see swirls all over these rims I am actually taking them to another shop to have them repolished the whole job cost me $500 👎👎👎👎very disappointed

This is not what you expect at a tire place. This is good. I called to get a quote as I had a screw in a tire with a flat. The quote was good, so I drove over and arrived with no appointment. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I was VERY pleased to be in and out in about 20 minutes. They plugged the tire and I was good to go. Great service and efficient.

I bought a set of wheels off of the companys related eBay store and had them shipped to my house. The wheels were in like-new condition and I was able to purchase them for half the price of a brand new set. Shipping was extremely fast and I was 100% pleased.Unfortunately, upon further inspection, two of the wheels did not match the ads as-listed size, coming in at 1 wider than they were supposed to be. Since I was already at the limit with the other 8.5 wheels, the 9.5 wheel did not provide enough clearance for the car on which they were being installed.I had fully planned to send the wheels back and get a refund, but upon further conversation, Globe Tire told me that they would refund 100% of my purchase AND allowed me to keep the wheels. They went above and beyond what I expected as far as customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend Globes eBay store or their in-person service to anyone. I cant thank them enough for helping me out and making sure that everything was right.

These guys literally replaced my tires with new ones, new brakes, and realigned my car which is 2017 year. I assumed everything worked fine but a few minutes in and my cars wheel broke down and the brakes made some really loud sounds which happened just before the incident. I thought it was the car next to me but then figured it was mine. The job was sloppy. Wish I could give them a good review as the guys were nice to me.

Got a flat tire. The guys suggested to replace the tire over the initial phone conversation. Upon in person inspection, they actually simply fixed the hole. I ended up saving several hundreds of dollars! Was a great surprise. Honest and fast service.

I know that we as employees when were in the workplace have badd days but it does not mean you makes your sickness with your business you dont bring their problems to work and throw it on a potential custom it didnt last long but as soon as I came in the door with the ambition to purchase some nice rims for my car I was leaving out in disappointment because I kept being put on hold. This really was as good as it gets. Nick and his team did an amazing job rebuilding the front end of my 2002 Jaguar. They did identify some problems previous shops had totally overlooked, and were able to do the entire job for less than the shops which hadnt identified half the problems or had made errors on their quotes.

Wonderful service

These guys were great, after I bought a used wheel on eBay from them. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. I was able to drive the old one to their location, and received a refund, less the restocking fee which was reasonable. It also looks like they have a lot of inventory, and work on some expensive cars. There was a Lambo, a Carerra, and a Bentley there when I returned my tire. I would certainly consider using them for any tire or wheel work in the future.

Called and asked about some wheels that Im looking to buy and the guy that answered said they dont sell wheels, we call the warehouse which left me thinking since they do advertise selling wheels... anyway thats what he said and after that he just abruptly hung up the phone.Wow, really bad customer service right here. If that was on the phone I could imagine in person. Lost a potential client.

My boss was having trouble with his tire pressure gauge so I took it in to Globe to have it checked out.Shoutout to Nick for helping me out right when I walked in. When I told him what was going on with the tires and the computer gauge, he seemed to know what was happening right away.They got the car in immediately and did their thing.
