Got the tire pressure light illuminated and came to the store for a quick check. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Turned out theres no nail just one of the tires are over-inflated. They examined and fixed it FOR FREE. Very nice guys and great service. I will come to Best Automotive Repair for future car service and maintenance works.

Ive been here two times, and these guys are very friendly and accomodating. This morning I was having problems with my battery. I called them up and asked if I can do a walk-in and to give me a quote because i really need my car to get fixed up. So they did, they gave me right price. Since the beginning I really liked this shop, they are so honest and very trustworthy. I cant find another good service auto service like them! Thanks very much guys!

I am so glad I came to Best . My previous mechanic used to charge me for every little thing whether I really need it or not. My co-worker encouraged me to contact Oscar and make a price comparison on the work that needs to be done for the intermediate service. I recently bought a 2001 BMW without getting it checked first, and I went into the inspection with a lot of fear. Best Automotive Repair could have overcharged me and I would have accepted the shame of my bad purchase. Instead they inspected the car, found a possible issue, and booked time to look more into it without charging me for the inspection. Already I felt they were honest and great people to work with.

This auto shop is the real deal. No games, no funny business, no giving the run-around. If you need any help with your car, Oscar is the man for that. Him and the shop do their best to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Also, theyre very accommodating. Very friendly, easy to talk to. I come to the shop for all my car needs. You wont be disappointed!

One thing I noticed is that oscar has incredible business acumen. He knows how to communicate with his customers and bring in repeat business. In an industry where most shops look for to milk as much as possible from their customers in the short term, das auto builds and maintains a very large and loyal base of customers that Ive never seen at any auto shop. Definitely one of the best run establishments, car related or not, I have ever been a customer at.

I picked this place out because it was close by but it turned out to be a lucky pick. I had searched online for estimated prices of the parts and repairs I knew I needed and their prices were lower than what I was expecting. They fixed exactly what was wrong with my car and did not give me some run around about “other things that need to be fixed” or try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They also serviced my car quickly. If I need any further repairs, I’ll be going back there.

After my check engine light came on and checking my oil- I bumped an engine coolant line and wouldnt you know it- I broke the stem off the top of my radiator!! Oh no! After getting several quotes around the neib- I called Das Auto and spoke with Oscar (owner). Very reasonable estimate given, repaired my car in a day. He also found the original problem- and fixed the oil leak. It was an old Mazda not with much so I had concern the price to fix would be worth it. It was. Oscar and Quan do an excellent job, guarantee their work, reasonable cost. I found my new mechanics. Highly recommend them.

I just want to add my word to everyone elses. All they say is so true. This is as perfect as it goes. The shop is small and in a Mobil gas place, but dont be fooled. They can do everything, and they do it well, with a warm, caring heart.

There are no hidden fees in compared to others! Splendid! You will never be unsatisfied with the service you receive from them.

I found this place through google and was surprised at first by all the good reviews. I literally was expecting them to be on the pricey end but that was not the case here. Great service at an affordable price. The owner was very kind and suggested things for me to do with my daughter while we waited. Really cool place.

Very honest mechanic. My engine light had come on and I originally brought my car to a different auto repair shop that wanted to charge me a ton for a major tune up. I then took it to Best Automotive Repair for a second opinion. Best Auto found that the engine light was no longer on and the engine was running smoothly. They told me it looks fine and to bring it back if the problem recurred. He didnt charge me a single cent. I thought it was only fair to leave a 5 star review so that others could know about this honest, upstanding mechanic.

I left with a peace of mind and did not have any issue with the car just like Ravi said.
