I received terrible service. Since Tito is no longer there. Ripped off for over $1000. They did not fix the oil leak or anything else. Car worse then before! Went to new shop repair cost less then $60.00. Never going back! W/O Tito you can’t trust them!

After getting 2 other different estimates, Atlantic Tire completed the work for 60% less than the other stations. Honest and trustworthy, the work was done on-time. This is the third time that I have returned to them at this location on La Cienega Bl. (I was also a customer at their previous Fairfax location). I will be coming back again.

I have used Atlantic Tire at least 5+ times over 15+ years here in Los Angeles and referred many! Mike & Tito (and the team) are truly the BEST of the best! When something goes wrong with your car they will tell you what MUST get done and what can wait a little bit longer. It has been years since I needed to come to this business, and even though the location has changed, they are just as professional, helpful, and fair as I remember. Mike and Marco determined that one of my tires was beyond repair, and they had me in and out with a new, reasonably priced tire in about 20 minutes.

Ive been coming here for nearly 9 year. They are the best in LA. Super friendly, always call you if something unexpected is discovered, and never do any extra or unnecessary repairs for an upcharge. They just do good, honest work for a very reasonable rate. I have a 2004 Honda Civic that runs flawlessly due in large part because Ive come here for the 9 years that Ive owned it. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Just-Tires because of a nail puncture. Just-Tires said no can do, tire is to old, new tire $160. Funny because just this morning I had them rotated at the dealer and they assured me I was good. I stopped at Atlantic and $30 later I was on my way.

Its easy to see why Atlantic Tire is one of the most-loved businesses in LA. Everyone you encounter is extremely friendly, and they are incredibly quick and efficient, which is super-important when youre talking about car needs. They explained my options clearly, and had me on my way within an hour. As a first-time customer, it was a terrific experience, and it felt good to support a local business that has such a long history in the community.

Tito and Mike are fantastic, and have worked on 3 different cars Ive owned over the years. I have recommended friends and co workers to Atlantic for years and always will. They do excellent work, are courteous and fast, and Ive never felt pressured or pushed to get any additional items. They are honest and reliable. They can work on pretty much any car, including luxury/euro brands and always get things right. I have never had them misdiagnose any problem Ive brought to them. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! They fixed my car incredibly fast, the customer service was amazing and they charged a price 6 or 7 times lower than other mechanics in the same area. I could not ask for better service.

2019 update: Even though they had to move further away from their West Hollywood location (where I could walk to from home), I still make the drive to the new location. They are the best. I brought my girlfriends car in this morning to get a nail in the tire fixed (because living next to a construction site is the worst) and I asked him to check all 4 tires just in case. He checked the tire in question and said that the nail was too small and if it hadnt been leaking air (which it hadnt) then it didnt actually puncture the tire. Relief! He showed me the tiny screw, checked the rest of the tires and made sure the pressure was good on all of them. I asked him what I owed and he said nothing! I am so grateful for the quick service and that he took care of such a small problem without making it a bigger one and overcharging me. Definitely will go back!

Drove cross country from RI to Los Angeles, and managed to get a flat tire along the way (which I consider lucky after driving 2500 miles!!). These guys took me right in on a Saturday morning and I was out in less than 15 minutes with a plugged tire. Really helped me out in a pinch. Very reasonably priced for somebody on a budget! Will definitely be coming back here for my auto needs in my new home!!

Personally, Ive brought cars here for oil changes, tires, brakes, and other sundries over the past 13 years. Good estimates of time and money are always appreciated. Took a road trip out here from Colorado and had a problem with my car so i brought it here before driving back home and i couldnt be happier. They made me a priority, had very reasonable prices and had me in and out pretty quickly. Plus the staff were extremely friendly 😊 I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your car!

Took my 2016 hybrid here. Completely satisfied customer. Prices were in line with my expectations. The technicians also recommended future services that didnt come across as cash grabs.Ill definitely return.

I have been a customer here for at least 5,6 years. Once my 2011 Audi S5 warranty expired, it makes no sense to take your care to a dealership for service. Recent example: When taking my Audi to the Beverly Hills Audi service for a recall, they suggested that my upper control arm bushing needed to be replaced, estimate was 1867+tax, so, 2k.Mike and Tito got it done for 860 all in, used Audi parts, which were 550 dollars and rotated my tires as well.The labor costs at the dealer are crazy.So, save your money when maintaing your car and take it to your reliable neighborhood shop like this one!

It was a couple months ago now that I went here. Needed my tires re-aligned. They were fast, courteous and so so polite. I called around a few places and they beat the prices. I was kind of in a time crunch and they really helped me out. Will definitely be going back. Nice guys.

My car fender and hood were slightly displaced and I came in to Atlantic to see if turner hey could help. Earlier in the day, I had received an estimate it would cost about $800 to fix.I met with Tito who looked at the car and left to get some tools. He came back and with the help of an employee fixed it in about 30 minutes. The fee was nominal and the work completed.If you want an honest body shop with great customer service, I highly recommend Atlantic.

I came here after my Audi A4’s check engine light came on. I was told they’d look at my car by noon and it would most likely be finished by end of business.I was working down the street and came back around 1230 to check in. they were having lunch but told me the car didn’t have anything seriously wrong... they estimated it would be a $150 repair with $200 in parts but they would keep looking after lunch and call me before they did any repairs. I was told it would probably be done before closing.3pm rolls around and they called to tell me they found the problem. They needed to order the parts but “we hope” we can get it done by closing.I went to the shop at 430 to check in and figure out if I should uber home or stay in the areas. They said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day (Saturday) at noon. I paid $350 and a friend picked me up.I dropped it from 5 to 4 stars because of this problem with the timing.Act 2A friend took me to the shop at 1230 on Saturday to pick up. I received a new call from the shop when I was a block from the shop. They told me “everything was fine we fixed everything but now we have a new problem! Now your fuel injector JUST stopped working after we fixed everything else!” This was going to be another $450 (in addition to the $350 for the other problem they fixed). I was told my car would now be ready Monday at 5pm.I was curious: did they find the actual problem the first time? Or did they accidentally cause the 2nd problem? Or was this all just bad luck/timing?This caused me to drop it from 4 to 3 stars.Act 3I paid the and picked up my car. The lever to my seat was broken off and missing. They found it in the back seat and glued it back on (it’s now hard to move my seat back).A day later I was driving down wilshire and my car started to smoke heavily. I pulled over and found some foreign material burning on the engine. I couldn’t tell what it was, but it was on fire and covered in grease. I was able to knock it off the engine but this concerned me... why would they leave some greasy flammable material under the hood on the engine?Now it’s dropped from 3 to 2 stars.So there you have it. That’s how my 2 stars appeared here. Others seem to have years of good experience with them but I felt it would be appropriate to share mine in case others go through something similar.

My car was broke in the corner, like literally across the street and this guy Tito told me to get a tow so he could see it. I pushed the car by myself to the front of their shop and besides he was very rude he didnt help much so I got a tow but just to get it out of there.
