After reading the reviews, I decided to take my 2004 E320 to this shop, and I was not disappointed. I dealt with Vinod. He was nice and answered all of my questions. But most importantly, I felt that he was being honest with me. After the less than satisfactory service that I received from Mercedes Benz of South Bay, I felt very comfortable leaving my car with Vinod. I highly recommend this shop, and I will be using them moving forward.

I called needing a repair for girlfriends 2009 e350 that showed code p0016 (cam & crank shaft position sensor bank 1 sensor a) which is about a $22 part if ordered online (it is a $300 part if you order it from beverly hills mercedes). they quoted $590 for the repair. I called because this repair takes no more than 10 minutes and 1 screw. This is a shame, regardless of what the book calls for. I am rating 3 stars instead of one star because it is what the book calls for (if they change the back sensor).

This place is awful. I came here for a car service in 2021/07 for my Mercedes C300. Today I went to the Mercedes dealer for my annual service and they found that the last person that worked on my car left my engine cover off and now it got damaged by the fan in the engine bay!! Also, there is a major fuel leak which they didn’t find at all.

Spoke with Mr. Milkan about Mercedes Repair. They have a Schedule A Service Special. Clean waiting room and knowledgeable Technicians.A True Gem as a Mercedes Dealership Alternative. I went in because my alarm on my key fobs wouldn’t open the car door anymore. Several places told me it was an electrical problem. I went to A&M Motors Mercedes Benz Services and Repair. An employee told me that I may need batteries. He replaced the batteries. I was charged $10.00. It wasn’t an electrical problem.

After several want-to-be mechanics claimed they can fix my car, they actually caused more harm than good. Paid $1700 for American Tires to put on shocks & struts and a bonus, they threw in a wheel alignment the worst service ever. After having my car at G&N I now have an idling problem, why. Vihoo, Don and the crew are working with me to fix these issues caused by these other places. Look nowhere else, take your car to Culver City Motors. Plus, they offer financing which I was able to charge the repairs and build my credit at the same time.
