Dont waste your time coming here. Parts department sold me a water pump that was fitting properly (the impeller shaft was rubbing the inside of the block on installation)While this isnt their fault they made a return/refund a nightmare.I brought in my old pump, new pump and pictures to prove new pump was rubbing block.They tried to blame me for not purchasing the right part, Saying I should have brought the VIN in when purchasing. If thats the case why would you sell me a part without the VIN in the first place?Second, how many different water pump variants can there be for a 1 year production vehicle? After hours of research it comes back to the same part number.All in all it was a was a nightmare and I didnt get a complete refund on my purchase.Go to LONGO Toyota and dont waste your time with a parts department that wont work with you. Especially when your purchasing OEM parts that are more expensive.

They are extremely sluggish. Had to come here twice in a row and had to wait an average of 4 hours. Fix yourselves.

They lied to me, they sold me a car that I failed to repair for two months and it turned out that it had no guarantee and when it was bought they assured me that I did have it, and worst of all, they charged me a very high price to repair it.
