Called in to see if they had 12 electronic brake assemblies for my trailer, they said yeah bring it down & we can match it up. So I drive 30 minutes in rush hour traffic on a Friday to get there and they tell me they only have 7 & 10 assembliesWay to listen to your customer and waste their time guys

Sometimes I dont understand Mexicas/Latinos. They are the employee of Napa Auto Parts and they think they are the CEO/Bosses. Feel sorry for them. People, please dont come to this location. Go to Auto Zone instead. Thanks

Extremely helpful staff. I had a problem with my trunk lift support. Mark not only found me the part quickly he then helped me in stall it in the parking lot. I was in and out and my trunk was fixed in less than 20 minutes. Will defiantly be coming back to this location.

Overpriced and charge you 35% for a simple refund, go to Autozone they have way better pricing and their warranty and return policies are way better. And the person in charge Ozzie Was very unhelpful. If you do decide to go to Napa good luck and please go to a different location because all these employees are unhelpful and incompetent

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Bad service lousy sales clerks. Not interested in helping customers or knowledgeable about parts. Plus the parking is extremely small and constantly full. Unless you exhausted all other possibilities then maybe as a last resort try this Napa but if theres another choice go there. Napa itself does seem to have the harder to find bits and parts but avoid this Washington location.

I love all napa parts selections but half of the staff was much less knowledgeable and helpful than I am accustomed to. Found the right guy on my second visit and was very satisfied as usual. Much better than autozone or oreilly for selection and quality.

Its a great store for your automotive needs the staff goes out of their way to help you out, they back up the warranty and have excellent discounts, parking is very small thats the only draw back.

Went by today just now. Hours say open until 6pm. They were locked up and dark at 5pm.
