I have tried contacting this company on 4 occasions. I have yet to hear back . I received 4 hubcaps and two of them came cracked. They also do not fit my tires. Definitely a loss of 60 dollars.

If i could give no stars i would! Total scam!! ordered from them seat covers never came. Now i have an investigation on them and i will be pursuing legal action!

Ordered steering wheel cover on july 17th and it is now august 5th and nothing. I am literally next door to this company as it is in California and I am in Colorado so I dont understand why I have not yet received this. Your rating has gone down significantly in the last 12 months and I see why. There is no reason for this, especially when I am so close. I get things from the east coast faster than this and it has longer to travel. Wish I knew this because I never would have purchased from your company. What a waste

I ordered covers and in five minutes cancelled. They said they already shipped! Then I found their tele# was not in service and another only took a message. No response on email as well for my return of product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I went to their site to look at seat covers and matched to my vehicle but when they came they didnt fit, company didnt care and just out the money and have useless seat covers. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

I ordered seat covers for my car. I did receive them in a timely manner. The website stated they would fit my vehicle. The covers did not fit my car seats so I called to inform them of it. They sent me a return slip and said I would receive my refund when the seat covers were received. They received the covers on Wednesday Nov. 18 and on Nov. 20 they said the refund would reflect on my account within 24-48 hours. Today is Nov. 30 and I still havent received my refund. Every time I call there is no answer.I am editing my review for the company. After the refund situation I had, the manager took it upon himself to further look into my situation. He apologized numerous times. I did receive my refund on the 1st of Dec. The manager emailed me and said they would send me a gift to compensate for the trouble I had for getting my refund. The service from the company was great other than not receiving my refund right away. I did receive my order in a timely manner, the quality of the seat covers were great, they just did not fit my vehicle. I will give the company 5 stars for having quality products and a good manager that likes to keep their customers satisfied.

Horrible fit.!! Neoprene seat covers have sloppy fit, headrest covers way to small. Description said it would fit my car, NOT even close. Not going to use back seat bench cover, doing so would not give access to seatbelts.Do not buy!!

I ordered five hub covers for my Toyota Corolla on May 5 on May 5 the same day they excepted my order in Amazon they also took money out of my bank account the very next day on May 6 I received an email stating that they’re canceling the order the hub covers were out of stock yet it is now going on 910 days Amazon and this company Kustom auto cru is out of business they stole my money Amazon because of everything in the world pandemic Amazon and people are stealing money from everyone literally left and right do you not do business with this company because they’re out of business so they went out of business because of the pandemic or they’re done stealing from people

I just received the new mats for my car that I had ordered. I was very pleased with them. The material seems to be very durable. They fit in my car well-covering up all the carpet on the floor to protect it. I was very pleased with the price of these and so glad that I found these online.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bad business practicesI ordered car mats. They said it my card didnt go thru to reorder. My card was billed 2x. They told me they shipped both orders out & to send one back & I would be refunded. I did. They received the 2nd set back & never refunded my account. After a month of going back & forth I finally charged it back to my credit card. I was just re-billed my cc because they sent my order but nothing showing the merchandise was sent back & they approved the refund! You have no way to reach them by phone only email. I would not purchase from this business!

Bought hubcaps through Ebay which clearly stated that they fit a 2014 Camry. They do not [they in fact fit NO 2014 Camry as my Camry dealer has stated]. When I called to return it, at first they were going to send me a return slip that would deduct the price of shipping. When I said that because of their misleading description that I was going to leave negative feedback, they then REFUSED to honor that, and would NOT send me a return slip.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!

I ordered seat covers for my boyfriend for christmas. i got an email saying it had been shipped that same day and gave me the tracking number. i got ups tracking website and it said the shipment was never in the possession of ups. The seat covers finally came in and they said there was three different shipping labels created so thats why the tracking number said that. Im satisfied with the timely delivery I just dont like how I was not informed that my order had a different tracking number and led me to believe there was no shipment at all.

Do NOT expect good customer service from Custom Auto Crews. Wife purchased seat covers from Custom Auto Crews through Amazon as a Christmas gift for me. After Christmas, when I was unhappy with the way they fit I tried to contact Custom Auto Crews by phone only to find that their answering machine Was full. I followed that up by email and they told me that I definitely could return the seat covers. The next day they changed their mind and said that they would not accept a return. Now I am stuck with the seat covers... lesson learned by me the hard way... I hope that I can prevent someone else from having a similar bad experience.

I purchased a set of wheel covers on 4/20 & they were delivered 4/28. I watched the instruction video printed on the packing slip & saw the wire to make the fit more secure. I installed them on 4/29/18 around 12noon and by 5pm after running a few errands I noticed 1 of the covers was missing. I started back tracking to see if I could locate it. While I was looking for it a 2nd one came off which got run over before I could get turned around & back to it. So after Installing them properly and having them on for 5-6 hours, 2 of the covers had come off. After contacting CustomAutoCrews, they are unwilling to do anything unless the product is in its original condition. If it was in the original condition I wouldnt need to return it... Pretty disappointed in the product not staying on any better that they did and in the company not taking care of customers any better. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Bought seat covers for my 09 silverado from Amazon . opened package when it arrived and checked them out, every thing appeared just fine. when I went to install the strap pulls off seatcover. Amazon says 30 days have pasted and my case closed.Will be rethinking if I will use them in future.After much resource I find 2 #s for Costom auto crews, call both no anser on ether leave message and no return call. poor seat cover, poor costomer service.
