-—5 stars is my review!This is the worst auto parts retailer in Los Angeles. I ordered a set of brake pads at 9:30 this morning. The website said they were in stock and available for curbside pick/up. After I paid I was informed that Autozone was “preparing” my order and they would email me when the order was ready to be picked up. It is now after 7 And I’ve called 3 times and been left on hold for over 15 on each call before finally hanging up. This is outrageous! It’s now dark and I do not have a vehicle for another full day. Not to mention I had to pay $38 for pads that should have only cost $26!! My day has been wasted, my car is still not working and Autozone hasn’t made any attempt to call me with an update or explanation! This is not how business should be done! If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would and they earned it!
This is my go to auto shop. The guys here are solid. I went once to buy a new battery and the guy not only carried it out and installed it, but also tested my car to see how my alternator and starter were working. Another time I went looking for another part that they didnt carry. The guy that day went out of his way looking for the part even calling around and checking store information on his phone. Its usually busy here. I recommend going in person versus calling and being patient when you arrive. Oh and also polite.

Jimmy is the man! His customer service is some of the best in the business. I witnessed him serve other customers in very busy store and he treated everyone amazingly and remained calm and collected. Well spoken and a man of action and great service! Give him a raise!

A+ service from my guy Alfredo! I almost paid $600 for a new 12V battery for my Prius at the dealership...Alfredo got the job done for significantly less and I have full confidence in his knowledge of hybrids and their complexity. So glad I called MdR Autozone, service was great (and quick)...very positive experience from this local resident :).
I needed some windshield wipers Saturday for my Volkswagon Jetta which took a 24 for the drivers side, and a 19 on the passenger side.A very nice young man named Jimmy took a look at my car, found the proper wipers in the store, and installed them for me with a smile. I sure do appreciate his knowledge, service, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recomend this location. ☺
Nice employees. Great store. However, some of the merchandise is not organized. For example, paint colors are in different parts of the shelf and not organized by color or type. Other than that, it is a great auto parts store.
Just goto O’ Reilly’s. Life will be allot easier than dealing with this abortion.

This place really messed up my day. I ordered a part a day before and I was told it will be here next day after 1pm. So I come here and the other guy is telling me it would take 2 to 3 days. Thanks. I organized my whole day around fixing this stuff. No thanks.
I went to auto zone this afternoon to get my battery tested.The place was very busy and didn’t think I stand a chance of any one helping me with that. Eventually I made my way to the front and was greeted by Alfredo. After I explained to him what I need, he asked me to wait a couple of minutes and he would be right with me.While I was waiting, I witnessed how he juggled phone customer and in-store customers with efficiency and professionalism. He sounded patient and polite at all times. He also reassured me a couple of times, he would be right with me.When he finally was able to assist me, he thoroughly tested the battery and alternator and gave me the answer and recommendations to solve my problem.I believe Alfredo has excellent customer service skills and truly is an asset to to the Auto Zone team.Props to the rest of the team this afternoon.Every body was on the ball!

I’ve been buying all my car needs from this store for almost 15 years, today I went to buy a windshield wiper and I wanted to use a rewards coupon. At first l didn’t have a good customer service experience, I was asked to purchase other products that I didn’t need in order for me to get a discount or use my coupon (I was not asking for a discount, I was entitled to my coupon) I’m glad that at the end they were able to understand. I’m leaving five stars because during all the time I’ve been buying in the store I’ve had a good experience. I appreciate the fact that they were able to install the windshield wiper on my car.

Parking 3⭐very tight parking spaces, product selection 3.5⭐ didnt have what l was looking for, so l had to buy (spend more) for the next package upgrade, service 3.5⭐the brotha had a tough time ringing up my 2 items, so finally, l just paid cash.
Awesome. They will give you sweet deals if your product feels too expensive and they put on my new wipers free of charge. Try to beat that. That is without mentioning it rained right afterwards and the wipers hold up beautifully.
I went to buy a car battery this morning. While there, I discovered that they have curbside pickup. When they opened, however, as I was pulling out my phone to call for curbside, a young man opened the door (w mask on) and I was able to ask him about the battery. He went to check & came back to let me know they didnt have it in stock, but that a nearby store did. Safe, easy, pleasant,,, thank you!

Staff and customers with masks hanging under their nose. I waited in line for nearly forty minutes to recycle a dead battery I had just replaced. They advertise their battery delivery as a convenient and safe option but returning the old one in store was a nightmare.
Ordered an $8 fuel filter that I was told would be delivered to the store the next day. Came back and was told it would be another week. Asked for my money back and was told I would have to wait for the item to get delivered and then get my refund. I couldnt get my money back for the product that I didnt receive because I didnt have my receipt in hand. Even though they had the order right in front of them on the screen they couldnt do anything without a silly piece of paper-so they say. Either this is true and Auto Zone simply has an outdated system or its BS - which is the case because Ive returned things without receipts before and never had a problem because its clearly in their system. Luckily there are plenty of auto parts stores and Ill use any of them thanks to Donovan. Because of Donovan I will avoid Auto Zone and tell others to as well. By the way I ordered the part from someone in Michigan for $5 (total including shipping) and got it in 2 days.

Always get my auto stuff here friendly staff will even put wipers on for You, or oil in your car, change lamp bulbs for You, ect.I usually tip whom ever comes out to help with my car but its not required.....

Used to be ran nicely. Unfortunately Paul the assistant manager makes it a very uncomfortable setting lately. Cussing at customers. Being aggressive. Trying to not uphold battery warranties. Sadly he is there so often its worth complaining about and his animal like attitude is that consistent. He cost the company 50 dollars playing his games. Rather than kindly replacing the battery under warrenty I just replaced with a cheaper one. So I got my new battery anyway and 50 dollars LOLLOL great managers. I used to love this place. Sad how 1 bad leader can ruin an entire experience.
Okay this was interesting, they didnt have what I wanted but did everything possible to get it. So very impressed with there customer service. The store was clean and overall it was an awesome experience. Will go back

Best in the business and best in town. I called a few places to get quotes and they were the lowest with great quality tires. I had to replace both cars, but didnt have time to wait around or walk back home. So the good thing about living close is that they picked up my cars and drop it back off when they were done. Basically, I had both cars tires replace without leaving my house and without additional cost. My go to place for tires.

Went on a sunday evening to check for a battery, the lady check and said my batterie was only 50% on charge,, and left it for them to check what is going on,, they suggested to fully charge before they can test it,, after 24 hrs I come back with the surprise they didnt do the work,, they told me to wait more time,, I feel dissapointed,, never go back again
I was there on saturday 2/22/20The young man who helped me, I believe his name was Carlos (i might be mistaken but I hope Im right because he was so helpful & professional) did a fantastic job of helping me find what I needed to get back on the road. After driving all the way from New Jersey to California it was a great relief to be helped by someone who is willing to go above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you.
Horrible customer service by two clerks. Bought headlight bulb and was told by the first guy he would help. Twenty minutes later, no show. Went inside to check, was told he left by another guy (heavy set) AND said the same but never came outside, so I drove off after another twenty minutes wasteful time. Not sure the reason why both would offer assistance with no intention. BTW the store only had 1 customer!!!! Will never visit again. Drove to PepBoys and they were excellent and fast service.
The Store Manager, Eddie was very genuine and helpful. He assisted me with finding the correct battery for my vehicle and he also assisted me with replacing my old one with a new one. Thank You Eddie for being a great person and loving what you do. He made my day better.

Needed a headlight bulb, had the custom product in stock AND gave me a discount. That was awesome, but even better was John who installed it on the spot without charging me extra. This place saved my arse, 15 minutes total time to get in there and back on the road. Highly recommend these guys.

Not only did Brian research the ones that we’re going to be the best for my daughters car but he also took the time to make sure they were the correct ones before I bought them so he installing them.He also checked my windshield wiper fluid and set me up with the extra bug fluid so I bought a gallon of that.Customer service doesn’t get any better than! Stopped in to change my wiper blades. The store was very easy to navigate and I was in and out in less than 15 mins (mainly due to my indecision on which blades to purchase). They were able to step out for a minute or two to help install the wipers in no time flat. Will definitely go back the next time my wipers need replacing.

I needed to get some oil for my vehicle, the store was open until 10 which was great as I needed to get my oil fast as I had not been checking the oil level at each gas fill up as stated in the owners manual. The employee running the store was friendly and helped me to get my oil. The employee was also able to help me recycle some brake fluid that I had.

PABLO was HORRIBLE. I went in to get an Air Filter for my car and he was checking people out. I approached the line and he answered the phone mid- helping me...he didnt even excuse himself before doing so. He was VERY Sarcastic and you can tell that he hates his job. There are so many people without jobs I dont understand why he works there if he is that miserable and rude to guests and customers. He was not helpful at all and very inattentive.... After he retrieved the filter for my car and I checked out I realized it was the wrong one and I came back in and let him know. He then blamed me for not knowing the make and model of my car and told me I had to stand in the back of the line WHEN I did tell him the make and model of my car correctly, he was just too busy on the phone not helping the customer in front of him....I would not advise ANYONE to visit this center. Slow service, rude staff, and an unwelcoming vibe.If you hire employees please hire knowledgeable ones. I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

Great experience here. Free battery test told me I had a bad battery and not a bad alternator like the AAA guy told me. Got a 5 year warranty battery at a decent price and it was freely installed by a member of staff who was very friendly! Will 100% be back.
I had an issue with my gas cap and needed a replacement turns out they had one left. The 2 gentleman were very professional and helped me borrow their one scanner tool and a wrench too to help me disconnect the battery on my car. Very knowledgeable people Im really grateful for you guys not letting stranded. World class customer service!!Thanks again!!
So my fuel light has been on and off for almost two months.... in the few times I’ve actually driven my car. We all know how expensive auto repairs are so I was concerned when my car struggled to start.Today I went to AutoZone and used the tester to read the cause of my check engine light. Turns out my Camshaft Sensor was faulty. 😳. The manager was cool. Said it was an easy task and the new sensor was less than $30.So with my socket set in my hand, I took off my engine cover, found the old sensor, swapped it out, and secured everything back. Total cost $29.95.Woot! 🙌🏻🙌🏻#WhoNeedsBoyfriendsSpecial thanks to the manager for ensuring me I could DIY 🥰🥰. Also they get an A+ in social distancing and safety standards for #Covid19!

This is a nice AutoZone thats conveniently located on Washington Blvd. The parking lot is a little small and can be full on a busy day, it does however have street parking as well. The store itself seems a little smaller than most AutoZones but they still stock all the necessities. The employees have always been helpful and friendly. My only issue with AutoZone is they do not price match unless its a local competitor with a retail location. They will not price match online competitors.

The place to come to get any parts I need for my car. I came in a few days ago and got hooked up with a discount for a battery my dad needed. They help you too with your car if you are unsure about certain things. Good job guys!!
