Mario and the guys at SAG Co turned my whole week around today with stellar service and quality work. Some unknown thief had busted my window and stolen my tools, which kinda ruined my week. Mario was AMAZING! A rock hit my front windshield and I had to get the entire window replaced. I was having trouble finding the right brand to match to view the heads up display clearly, but Mario was soooo patient and helped me find the perfect one for an amazing price! He completed the job so efficiently too and really went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a car window repair or replacement.

I know nothing about cars and even less about car repairs. I found Safe Auto Glass online and called to describe what I thought I needed. This was late on a Wednesday afternoon and I spoke with Arbi. He gave me an estimate and told me he would need to get the part. I drove over to their Santa Monica Blvd. shop the next morning so he could take a look at the car. He did and told me it wouldnt cost as much as he had thought. We had a really nice chat and I asked him to order the part. Spoke again Friday morning and agreed I would bring my car in later that day. Mario and his assistant were waiting for me and couldnt have been nicer. Not only was I in and out of there quickly but I was also able to get my car Smog Check done in ten minutes at their neighbor Santa Monica Star Smog.Two big things taken care of with zero stress and excellent customer service. And true to his word, the repair was Fifty dollars less than Arbi had originally quoted.

Mario repaired a chip in my windshield to minimize the risk of further cracking. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. If you need any windshield work done, this is the place to go for high quality service.

They were friendly and very accommodating to me when I got there. They did a fantastic job too. Felt like I was around my cousins ☺. My driver window fell down into my door due to a broken regulator and they ordered a new regulator for me same day delivery since it was going to rain and did it while I waited. Arbi did a great job and a great attitude. He took care of the insurance, delivered as promised, and same day service. I called at 10am and my daughter has a new window in her car by 2:30. The place the insurance company wanted to send me had a 5 day wait for an appointment. Great communication! Highly recommend!

I had a crack in my windshield that was 6 inches long. After calling around for the best quotes, I talked to Mario from Safe Auto Glass. Was very polite and knowledgeable about his business. Although he was not the cheapest he was the most knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about glass and installation. In the end Im glad I went with Safe Auto Glass. They gave me 30 day full coverage warranty on the glass and warranty on the labor for as long as I own the car for free and not to mention free chip repair.
