I seldom write reviews but had no problem with this company. They called regularly to make sure everything was going well. The process was quick (2 weeks) and went very smoothly. I have great credit so it was not an issue but if it was it would not be the companies fault. I am pleased with the process and felt the company went beyond what they needed to (sometimes I wondered why they called to check on the progress so much). If you have good credit and are working with an honest seller I think it is an easy process. Would highly recommend them.

Open is currently marketing my car. Though were close to 3 months into the consignment agreement and they havent found someone to get approved through Bentley Financial, Ive been impressed with their consistent follow-up and competent customer service. More importantly, theyve made each of the monthly car payments on my Flying Spur on time. Overall I have no complaints. So far so good.FYI: These guys found me on Swapalease, (apparently they snatch leads from there). Despite finding their lead generation tactics less-than-honorable, I decided to give it a go. Your mileage may vary.

I had never transferred a lease before. I didnt even know it was possible until I tried to exit my lease early and the folks at the BMW dealership told me I could not hand in my car without suffering a voluntary repossession on my credit. The dealer suggested I try Open Lease Transfer. That same day I spoke with Jeff of Open and he explained how the process worked. The clincher was them making my payment. So I said Heck Yeah! and scheduled a time for an inspection. Less than 3 weeks later they had 3 applicants and I just found out today that one was approved to assume my lease. Open Lease Transfer is simply amazing!

The first thing I thought when Ashley cold-called me about consigning my Wraith with Open Lease Transfer was scam. Then I thought, too good to be true. After doing some research I decided to go down to their office and check them out. I met with Kellis the owner and Ashley and eventually i felt comfortable enough to leave the car. Still waiting for someone to get approved, (3 people have been denied so far), but I can say Ive been tracking my car via GPS and it hasnt moved in weeks. At least now I know theyre not shipping cars to Mexico!

Who knew there was a way to exit my lease early without having to go the route of a voluntary repossession. A personal matter forced me to have to shed some expenses and sadly my Aston Martin was a casualty. I consigned it with Open Lease Transfer and they immediately began making my monthly payments. 2 months later, my lease had been transferred to someone else. This literally saved my credit. Shout out to Jeff, Ashley, Brandi and the whole team at Open Lease. Cheers

Dont do business with this people!!! Its a total scam !!! All the reviews are fake, names are fake, company address is fake, if you go to that building they have no office there !! I gave them my car and they just vanished!!! I guarantee you that youll regret it if you give them your car !!!

The process for assuming a lease is flawed. To be clear, the flaw has nothing to do with Open Lease Transfer. Theyre great. Theyre just doing what they can with the inefficient mess that is the lease assumption process. Theres no way it should take weeks to assume a lease, when I can go to a dealer and lease a new car within hours. Inefficient. I found a very hard to find orange McLaren 600LT on Open Lease Transfer. I inquired about the process to assume it. I filled out an app and waited...and waited...and waited and finally 3 days later I was approved through Ally. It was another 2 weeks before I could take possession! Two. Weeks. Throughout the entire process, Open Lease Transfer made sure I was kept abreast of updates as they were constantly following up with Ally to check status. Once Ally got out of their own way I finally took delivery. I applaud Open Lease Transfer for the job they do in navigating the unnecessarily difficult process of lease assumptions.

Open Lease Transfer charged me $0 and somehow found a buyer for my Audi within 2 months of me dropping it off at their office. Thanks for nothing Swapalease!

I wish I wouldve heard of these guys before paying Swapalease any money. They found a buyer for my Escalade in 3 months AND paid my payment while I waited.
