I spoke with Mike who was not only knowledgeable of the vehicle I was inquiring about, but also helped me with any questions and made sure I was 100% happy with the deal that I got. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Touring. Art Ocana was a pleasure to work with. He was very quick to respond to my internet inquiry. When I arrived at the dealership he was very informative and not pushy at all. He did a great job describing all the bells and whistles on the car and answering all my questions. I did my research on the car I wanted and I appreciated how he worked with me on the price, while I understood Consolidated Auto Sales still had to make money. The financial paperwork also went smoothly. I was in and out in about 3 hours. Overall experience was great and would highly recommend others to Consolidated Auto Sales!

Shady mechanic who claims they sell cars.Brought my vehicle in to have the battery and alternator swapped after the battery exploded. Was told that I needed to provide my own new battery to test it with and that they, a car mechanic, did not have a spare battery to use.The mechanic spoke broken English and would communicate with his assistant in Spanish. When I switched to fluent Spanish they stopped communicating at all.Lazy workers who are content with their current workload. Would NOT recommend.Thankfully King Auto Care is across the street. I was able to walk over there and am writing this from their lounge while my car is being looked at.
