Bad experience. They changed the delivery date 3 times. They ordered wrong parts on one excuse. They didnt send the estimate paperwork to the insurance company. They changed the person in charge of my vehicle 3x and never returned my calls to check on vehicle. They turned in my vehicle without the brand letters on the door. They broke the bracket on the new headlamp. Almost a month to repair 1 fender, a headlamp, and a bumper.

Great shop! Very friendly and professional crew. The details of the work (body work) were given to me and I was updated almost daily as to the timeline of my repairs. Very thorough and my car looks brand new. Very happy with the quality and professionalism. Id highly recommend them.

I took my car into Crash Chanpions to have repairs done after my car was hit by a driver. I was helped by Tony, Jesse and a woman I never got her name but shes a Black woman with gray hair. All of them were wonderful, professional and Tony especially did a great job communicating with me about my cars repair progress. They even set up everything for me with a rental. Just A+ customer service. I went in to pick up my car yesterday and I was literally blown away. They repaired my bumper beautifully and they cleaned and polished my car . It looked just beautiful. Another gentleman, Black man with a slight accent explained to me what they repaired and the cleaning and all that. Im very pleased with this business. You all are awesome!!

Good profesional shop. They pushed my vehicle delivery time more days then expected. But overall people are nice. From the person that picks up the phone, to the estimator Jesse. I would definitely recommend this place. They said they take Amex but in the end they didn’t. Not a deal-breaker but a heads up. Luckily I was carrying my Visa card.

Steve the owner made it better for me. I had work done on my vehicle which was damages in an auto accident, but his workers didnt keep me in the loop on estimated completion dates that my adjuster asked them to do, AC want checked and had a missing mat also, but Steve came through and took care of everything else that pertained to the completion of repairs to my vehicle and put me in a rental for the extra could of days it took to do it.STEVE THERE IS AMAZING AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME. I APPRECIATE ALL HE DID FOR ME.The repair workers on the other hand should be more mindful of the customer whether they want to or not because they are in the service business and should treat ALL people with the same respect and dignity as they, Im sure, want to be treated with.

We had our car repaired after a fender-bender. The work was done very well and the car was ready sooner than estimated. It looks and drives great! Everyone was professional, courteous, and personable.

Crash Champions are true champions in quality professional auto repairs after an accident. They were timely and kept me informed of their progress on my repairs daily via text. Its always unpleasant when you are in an car accident, but having a company you can count on to take care of your property in a timely manner is a true blessings. This unfortunately was the second no fault accident I have had in my Q50 in two years and I didnt hesitate to return to them.

I was in an auto accident and Crash Champions fixed my car for me. Their customer service is exceptional. When I arrived to drop off my car, the rental car guy was there already to pick me up. Crash Champions kept me abreast of the updates with my car on a daily basis letting me know how the progress was going. My car was ready on time and by the date they promised me. When I arrived to pick up my car it was washed, clean and looked better than ever. I didn’t even have to drop off the rental car. They took care of returning the rental car for me. I would recommend this place to anyone. They really did take good care of me. My accident sucked, but working with this company made things suck a lot less. lol 🙂

This was my second experience with Pacific Elite! I was very impressed with their overall quality of work, professionalism and accommodation of the staff, and technological advancement making it very easy to keep track of my vehicles progress and updates via text messages, emails, etc. Both trips, I was involved in minor car collisions and P.E. made the relatively horrible experience a bit better. I would definitely recommend them and will continue coming back (though hopefully no more accidents so not anytime soon).

The bumper they repaired looks good. The only issue is it doesnt quite match the rest of the car. I know its difficult to match old faded paint, but my eye for color is pretty good and i know it takes a few test batches to match an old paint. Anyway, they w err te friendly and nice to do business with. If i decide in the future to get the entire car painted, ill take it to them.

Freeway debris smashed my headlight assembly, scraped by bumper and dented my hood. PEC repaired on time, actually sooner than originally promised, and kept me informed along the way. There was a problem with a replacement part (not their fault) and they took care of correcting the matterimmediately- no hesitation, no excuses, no hassles, just professional service.This was my second time using this shop after my wife had a little more serious damage repaired a couple of years ago.

Jesse Cepeda and his team were absolutely phenomenal.Took my car to Pacific Elite Collision Center after being rear-ended by an Allstate insured motorist. Allstate referred me to Pacific Elite. I brought the car in and Jesse took the pictures - he got the pictures over to Allstate and received approval to begin replacing and painting the bumper. As a courtesy Jesse had the body shop workers buff out numerous fairly deep scratches that my dog left on my hood and front bumper. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. Jesse and his team left my car in way better condition than I ever though imaginable.I will be taking my cars here from this point on and will point my friends and family in their direction. :)

There’s countless emails text messages and paperwork that states my vehicle was not repaired at Crenshaw Collision Center. My vehicle was indeed involved in a accident back in November which caused me to have front end damage. Sandra Rodriguez sent over two checks to Crenshaw Collision Center and both checks were cashed. No work was done to my vehicle and the two parts you said you ordered were not given to me. I did not authorize or endorse any two party checks written to me and Crenshaw Collision Center by Sandra Rodriguez. My vehicle was not in your shops possession at all undergoing repairs. In order for a supplement to be issued the vehicle would already need to be in the tear down repair stage. My vehicle was not That’s #1. #2 is you cashed two checks from Sandra Rodriguez without my signature or consent. #3 you want to get paid for a job that was never started or completed. #4 I never received any parts for my vehicle repairs from Crenshaw Collision. So since my car was never there and never been repaired for the damages that were caused to the vehicle that happened in November 2019. You have to give Cincinnati insurance a full refund of $3,944.84 per the supplement amount and the estimate amount. If you do not wish to send a refund we will be in court for the matter. Let me remind you of the #4 key points along with others that a against you. Also if you wish to provide surveillance it would have to have dates and times meaning you can’t use old videos of when your shop fixed my rear end damage I’ve already covered those bases so make sure you do the right thing in a timely matter otherwise we’ll let the judge decide.

I brought my 2017 Hyundai to Pacific elite collision. The employees were nice. They keep me up to date. My car looks new again. They even fixed my tire which had nothing to do with my accident and they knew it. No complaints.

Meanwhile there scamming the insurance company which indirectly is scamming you too. My car wasnt even finish with repairs I just pulled my vehicle. Dont ever go there you will definitely regret it. I had my car fixed back in December and now my side panel is coming off. I’ve been Ivan for a week and I have not got a response yet. Also I never seen a car place closed on weekends if I had known my baby(car) would have not been taken to them. Just disappointed 😔

Pacific Elite is the worst shop ever, customer service is terrible. They do under par work, they are not knowledgeable on certain vehicles and they will constantly lie to you about when your car will be due. I would highly recommend not using this shop. I brought my Chevy Volt in on October 07, 2016 and the promised completion date was change several times. They had no idea how to work on the electrical aspect of my car. My service rep. name was Michael. Although, he was friendly and courteous, he never kept his promises. I highly would not recommend this shop. Stay away from this place i took my car here becouse my insurance said i should take it here and this place was looking out for the insurance intrest not mine. They where trying to put bondo on my car instead of replacing them with new oem parts. Ended up taking my car somewhere else and there estimate was double then what pacific cuoted me. This place did put all new oem parts and no bondo anywhere car looks great. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Completey rigged my car fixing it improperly and glued on my front and rear bumper plus my suspension became lose causing me to almost crash into a wall on the freeway. P.S. they left the inside of my car filthy with broken pieces of the car on the back seat floor and in my trunk very unprofessional.

Clean facility and professional staff, but my car was not completed on the day that it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be ready on Thursday but was not ready until the following Monday.
