Brought in my Privia to get a modified front lip kit installed, and the work done was beyond excellent. Ive taken this beauty to multiple shows across LA. She has been my ride for the past 10 years, handed down from my grandmother who passed away. Modifications to the suspension, body, and rims have been arranged to perfection. Amazing family business. Very professional and flawless work for luxury vehicles. Theyll never let your car sit there. Ive had two body repairs done on a lease and they finish exactly on time or early while not sacrificing quality. My car looked brand new both times I picked it up. Amazing service! They lifted my car, removed the screw from my rear tire and plugged it in a few minutes - checked all my tires pressure as well. Its great having this shop in the neighborhood.

So earlier in the morning I had called another body shop on Beverly BLVD and got an estimated price and was told they could get the part and have it installed today. Upon arriving they told me it would be $100 and possibly several days. Well I needed my window to close. So I saw Innovative listed and only a few blocks away. I called them on the phone and they said yes we can do it today and use a factory part. I brought the car in and was treated well. They were friendly and helpful. They said they would have the part by noon (it was already 11am) and have car ready by 3 or so. Sure enough they did!! And they called and when I picked it up the part worked great! Very pleased with the service. These guys know what theyre doing and how to treat people fairly!! I highly recommend them!!!

I needed to write a review ASAP. If you need wheels and you’ve become overwhelmed from searching for the right kind, you need to stop what you’re doing and call Nelson! TODAY! I mean it. After several daunting hours of searching through different types of wheels I realized I needed help. I called Innovative Auto Craft and spoke with Nelson. He sent me pictures and spent a ton of time discussing everything from A-Z. This is something I appreciated most. It turned out I was not searching for the correct item but thankfully Nelson knew exactly what we needed. He fixed our rubbing issue and quoted me a great price. To my surprise, he even talked me out of spending more. I was very pleased by Nelson’s genuine eagerness to help me. He even stayed way past closing. My wheels came out great and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. We will definitely be returning.

This is the body shop with the most exceptional customer service, workmanship, skills and talent. I have been to many other body shops with mechanics who want to say that everything is wrong with your vehicle.... but these guys are honest, trustworthy and truly care about their work and customers. They do everything in their body shop and always their lot is always packed with high end cars.... that speaks for itself! Price is also very reasonable for the type of work they do. Heres my experience:I got into an auto collision a few months back that caused a LOT of body damage to my car-- close to totaling it. Someone hit the side of my car while it was parked and left a pretty bad dent on the side. Fortunately, it wasn’t totaled, but it still had a lot of work that needed to be done to fix it. I took it to Innovative Auto Craft to get a quote and decided they were my best option. Emil was very nice and helpful - he gave me a great deal and the team did an amazing job on the repairs.

Ive only heard great things about this auto body shop so I was looking forward to visiting them to see if they could fix up a dent on the passenger side door. It was turning into such an eye sorer, because the damage was pretty deep and was getting a little rusty. A few of my friends were raving about this place (and they’re huge car guys) so I decided to check it out to see how they could improve my ride. Innovative Auto Craft has a ton of options for customization and I was getting excited! I decided to start small and upgrade my wheels and tires. The gold finish really pops and I see people turn their heads to check it out anytime I’m driving. Can’t thank the guys at Innovative Auto Craft enough for their amazing service! What I thought was a small dent had actually impacted the framework of my vehicle, but the team didn’t seem frustrated by it. They handled it with care and within a short amount of time. My car is literally good as new and I didn’t have to spend a fortune getting it fixed.

Turns out that it needed to be snapped back into place and only took about a minute to fix. They do honest work, and as a woman, I’m always wary that auto shops will rip me off.
