We got into an accident and needed our car repaired. Ace Tech was not only timely but kept us updated about how things were moving along. They did a wonderful job on our car, so happy to have it back and fixed!

Very professional, transparent and kind staff, and a highly skilled team! Went in to get a dented rear quarter panel and rear bumper fixed. During the damage eval, Jennifer walked me through ever damaged part (there turned out to be a lot more internal damage than wouldve been evident) and itemized the list of repairs needed for me. She explained the whole repair process to me and quoted out the time and cost very reasonably. Handoff was smoothly coordinated, and she even helped arrange my car rental with my insurance for me. When I picked up my car two weeks later (which was exactly the amount of time she estimated), I found my car not only flawlessly repaired, but also cleaned, with power and wiper fluid all topped off. Couldnt recommend a body shop more strongly!

Service and attention to details is amazing. I worked with Abraham and he was very knowledgeable and helped walk me through the process. Communication was very clear and they provided multiple updates. There was a slight delay in the repair but that’s normal and they were just doing a thorough job. Def recommend coming here as I’ve been here twice in the past couple months. Also there is a Hertz next door to easily rent a car if needed.

Great experience getting my Tesla Model X repaired. Everyone on the staff was professional and courteous. The in house Hertz rental office was great too. I needed a new windshield and most of the roof panels on my X replaced and the car looked fantastic when I picked it up. Spotless! Definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Ace-tech Collision Center from start to finish! After doing some research on Tesla Certified repair shops we brought our Tesla Model S in for an estimate on some body work after backing it into a pole and having someone open their door into side of our car. The estimate was fast, easy, and professional. After visiting several other shops we selected Ace-Tech based on their knowledge, ability to perfectly match the paint color, confidence in removing the dents and they had the best price. We dropped our car off and were given an estimate as to when it would be ready. We received daily updates on the progress of the repairs and to our surprise they called up 4 days early to let us know the car would be ready for pick up. Excited we rushed over and the car was PERFECT!!! They made the repairs, washed, waxed and vacuumed our car and were so professional and kind through out the whole process. If you are looking for a shop to trust with you Tesla this is it and they could not be nicer! We can’t thank this shop enough for the great work they did!

I lease a vehicle through Ace Tech Collision Center Mini and I had the unfortunate luck to have someone rear end me...the insurance was a headache to deal with but Gerry and Karitza lifted the weight off of my shoulder and just took complete control. Im so grateful for them. They made my Mini look brand new, exactly as it did before. They made sure everything was done correctly and up to par. I brought my model 3 in to get some body damage repaired, and the car looks perfect coming back.The service at Ace Tech was really great for me. Any time I called to check in, someone answered and provided help or updates.The repair did take a considerable amount of time. A bit over 2 months. I gather that is not uncommon for Tesla work. But that isn’t driven by the folks working here. Rather, it’s an annoyance brought on by Tesla - who are often unable to provide new parts for months. The shop did everything they could to help me get through that. They went above and beyond at times.The only issue I had was driving away and realizing my rear passenger tire was almost totally flat. Not a huge bother, but a little dangerous maybe.That said, the work was at the quality level I needed. The staff here could not be kinder people. Just about everyone there came by to check on me as I picked the car up. Any last minute requests I had were addressed right there. They seem like good, hard working folks.

Prior to receiving my vehicle I was more than satisfied with the customer service, however it was after I received my car back that I realized this place is horrible! Unfortunately I now have to return my car and hope that they don’t ruin it more than they already have. The paint department is so horrible that they returned my car with dripping paint which is ridiculous because with so many layers and even after detailing they had to have noticed and they still gave me my car hoping that I would not see this so I can only imagine what a horrible job they did where I cannot see it. Not only did they not completely repair my car but what they considered repair to be leaving the damage not so obvious but still there.Overall the work they do on cars is horrible and I strongly advise everyone not to bring their vehicles here it is Frustrating, Unprofessional, and very Inconvenient!So much so that I have a strong feeling this will end up being a lawsuit.If for whatever reason you do choose to bring your car to this place, keep note of everything and take pictures and video because you will need it for court purposes.

Never will go to this place. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. I went there to get estimate to fix the front of my brand new car. Just because I had lift logo in front of my car these people are so judgemental that they never helped me with the estimate. Made me feel like I dont even exist in there office. I end up fixing it somewhere. It was $700 job someone else got it. They have very bad customer service. If these can be so different before getting your money how they could be after. MADE ME WAIT FOR 25 MINS AND LET ME NO HAD CURTACY TO EVEN HELP ME.

My Porsche was keyed and I was referred to AceTech for repairs. When I took my car in the service representative was very personable and welcoming. I felt that I was in good hands. My car was repainted.Days later I noticed swirls and fogginess in the paint job. The car looked horrible. I called and explained my displeasure. Again, the service rep was extremely personable and professional. I was convinced by his demeanor alone that things would be taken care of. He explained to me that the first time around they didnt allow enough time for the paint to cure before applying the clear coat. I left my vehicle with them a second time. They repainted it.Later I noticed what appeared to be a burn through and overspray on the window. I took the car in a third time. AGAIN, the service rep, assured me that the issues would be fixed and my vehicle would be delivered to me in pristine condition. This time he even insisted that the techs, that would be working on the car, were present when he made the promise of perfection. I left the car for a good portion of the week. By Friday I hadnt heard from the shop so I called at 1pm to check the status of the vehicle. I was told that they were detailing the car and it would be ready soon. At 5pm I hadnt received a call back. I called again. I was then told that they were doing the final inspection. When I arrived to pick up the car there was overspray in several areas. There were inconsistencies in color. The paint job looked HORRIBLE!!! Evidently they didnt inspect the car as I was told. It is evident that those working behind the scenes are not detail oriented. Not only have I wasted time by returning to the shop on 3 different occasions, the value of my Porsche has now been diminished by AceTechs botched paint job. I had another shop inspect the vehicle. It took no time at all for them to point out all of the flaws with the shoddy work that had been done by AceTech. From the pinholes, to the overspray, to the damaged trim that was re-glued it is clear to me that AceTech does not specialize in luxury vehicles.BEWARE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ACE TECH IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A QUALITY PAINT JOB. I have attempted to get good work on three different occasions. Each time they failed. The service team that interacts with clients is very friendly and professional. Unfortunately there is an obvious disconnect between them and the techs who perform the actual body work. I have since been informed that it may cost upwards of $10,000 to correct the damage that they have done to my vehicle. I deeply regret going to AceTech. Dont make the same mistake that I did.

Two months ago i worked here!! They still erasing my opinion but here i go again!!!The worst place ever!!! I agree with other ones here complaining!! I was in the other side of the coin!, i worked here for a week and i decided to leave! They work so dirty, the paintor ARTURO hes freaky all the time, drinking redbull and smoking all day, yelling to the helpers!! When i was preparing cars he all the time used to ask if it was ready to paint, and when it wasnt he used to say its ok, i need to paint this car now i dont care if its ready or not!! With scratches, dents or whatever ready or not he paints the cars!! So if you took your car there be shure to check the area they fixed very carefully and check there will be sand marks and scratches under the paint!! The time they hired me, we agree $15 an hour, then ARTURO said $13 to start for two weeks, and finished the first day he told me that he was going to pay $12 an hour!! When i saw that theres is no worth working there because of the attitude of the paintor ARTURO i decided to leave and i told him i was leaving on friday, he yelled at me and told me to go on saturday for my payment!, on saturday i went for my money and ARTURO told me that he was going to pay me $80 per day!! Wtf?? 13×8=104 the fisrt day! And 12×8=96 the other days! So hes a thieve!!! I hope they hire someone else because the whole shop has everything, but with this guy there Its a big NO NO!! If you dont believe me, go ahead and then check from too close the fixed area and you will see sand marks!!+Fidel Carreno
