They have every plant imaginable (including succulents, cacti, and lots of 6-9ft trees!) and great prices. They also sell flower foam, fake moss, hot glue guns, and huge bags of hot glue sticks. The only thing they dont have a ton of is pots. But since this is the flower district you can visit Vases By Robert on Wall St and 8th for super stylish vases and pots.

I will never buy faux flowers anywhere else. After weeks of searching through amazon for what I needed, and not finding it, and not loving the quality, I decided to brave the trip downtown.I was immediately happy that I did. They have everything I could have possibly wanted, and the flowers were so beautiful, so realistic looking, with oh-so-many choices. And the prices! I cant believe I was going to waste so much cash on Amazon with flowers not nearly as gorgeous. I left with everything I needed and more, with barely a scratch in my bank account. I will be returning.I see a lot of complaints about its proximity to Skid Row. Its true that the entire flower district is nestled against skid row, I knew that before going. Luckily, they had quite a bit of parking right in front, and they store is secure, so I felt perfectly safe. But, if you have to park a couple blocks away, dont go alone, or just keep driving until a spot opens up closer. This always has been the reality of this area and the flower district, just take the necessary precautions you would in DTLA in general.

I found my forever faux plant retailer! I am super impressed with this store. They had a huge selection of high quality faux plants at great prices! And the customer service is incredible! They were patient, kind, and helpful. They even carried my plant all the way to my car for me. I will be buying more from them in the future and sending people their way.

Firstly, great customer service; even when at times they are rather busy with customers and short staffed, they are still very accomodating. Secondly, their prices are second to none.

It’s not in a best location but the actual company is amazing. The staff are so helpful. They also have the best prices and the best quality. I go to International Silk Flowers almost every other week. I was shopping for my business at first but now for my home. I love this place.

Customer service is the worst! They get 1 star for having an abundance of merchandise.It was my first time visiting and I was quite excited to see the paper/foam flowers in person (needed several designs for my daughters bday party). The warehouse is huge; I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and no one offered assistance. When I finally located what I wanted, I took the items I was able to carry to the purchasing counter. I literally stood there patiently waiting for about 6 minutes as I did not want to interrupt a conversation 3 men were having behind the counter. Again, no one said anything to me; I was a ghost. I raised my hand a couple times to grab someones attention and 2 of the 3 guys noticed me but continued on with their chat.I will never go to this place again or recommend to anyone!
