Very clean, cool, large store that has expanded its offerings from just alcohol. Theres a new feeling of stepping into a grocery store so that food and alcohol now go hand in hand. They thought of everything here so you have no reason to stop at the grocery store on your way home with your giant liquor stash. Even laundry soap, gift bags and cards finalize this place as a one-stop shopping place.

Super nice and helpful staff. I dont drink often but one staff member helped me pick out the perfect liquor for making ice cream. She didnt make me feel dumb. Lol

Say it aint so. Though I wont mention the name of the bev that I chose BevMo to vend me, I can only say that the staff had no idea why or when that candle-waxed out-of-stock bev would be back. Truth told i settled for another bottle by same factory and I absolutely will change my go-to whiskey. No, really. Staff was helpful enough without knowing everything. BevMo has awesome prices and they have such a breadth of products from which to choose. Awesome.

Staff at this store are phenomenal!! Excellent customer service. Jason walked us through numerous selections and explained the specials. Consequently, we took advantage of great deals and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience.

Good place if you like warm beer. Neighborhood gas stations have more coolers than this location. The coolers they do have are mostly domestic big brands, always a disappointment. The selection that cold is very IPA centric. Crafts are stocked on the shelves, but a good number to choose from. I usually have to get what I want (to try) and get something acceptable cold. Maybe its an up-sale technique...?Decent selection of wine and spirits otherwise. Priced what you would expect for the area.

Years ago we had a BIG BevMo. Too big perhaps. But it had an amazing amount of anything and everything you could possibly want to stock your bar or party.This new store is a fraction of the size, and while you can still fully stock your bar with potables and gear, what it lacks is the variety of ...everything. Plenty of top shelf booze, and some of the favorites mere mortals can afford, but I would dare to say this is more for a fancy crowd.Wine selection is good, but not as extensive of some of the bigger Safeway stores in the area.Even so there is enough booze and essentials (bar wares, novelty gifts) to make this a decent stop if youre planning on picking up a gift for the 21+ crowd.

The staff were friendly and guided me to the right selection, and furthermore the breadth of liquors they keep on the shelves is great. I was pleased to find the price of two items were lower than at a nearby store, so Ill be coming back.

We go every year at this time to pick out wine to give as Christmas 🎁. The service is very good and the selection excellent. The store is labeled very well and the staff very knowledgeable. An enjoyable experience.

Good selection of reasonably priced wines, single malt whiskey and other beverages. What I enjoy is that the staff are helpful when asked. Every now and then I’ve picked up some nice wines on the 5c sale too.

Bevmo is a pretty good place to find craft and import beers that I can find in most grocery stores. Though, I would say that this particular location is quite small and doesnt carry wide variety options. I can here to get Bells two hearted, but they didnt have it.

It is a big store. Large collections. Friendly staff. No delay at the checkout. Lots of parking area in that complex. Noticeable difference in prices for card holders.

BevMo has a convenient location and parking with a full selection. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I like the size and layout of the store. Easy and pleasant to shop there. I have never had a delay in checking out.

One of the worst BevMos I have ever been to. I took a box of wine back to return today around 12:30 and the staff was not helpful at all. They spoke down to me as well as told me they couldn’t take back my return because there was too much and that the return policy stated 7 days despite an online resource saying something different and the bottles being untouched and unopened. The women that “helped” me were cold and barely apologized for the inconvenience. In addition they told me you can only return two bottles which is honestly ridiculous. I bought the bottles less than a month ago and now am stuck with them. The return policy at BevMo is terrible and I definitely will not be shopping at this one again.

Management is rude and prices on the Shelf are never correct at least for what Im buying and Ive told him this a half a dozen times

Generally I love bevmo but this one is really small. The refrigerator section is also small and dominated by new/unheard of options with little description. If youre short on time or looking for a lot of choices, visit the next nearest bevmo.

You have tons of red wine, white wine, booze! But if and when you ever get it in? ICE WINE, you only stock 2 to 3 kind! Ive been to three different locations over the last 6 months, out of stock? Nice store with really good beer options. Staff was very helpful and even recommended a beer that I ended up loving. This will be my go-to place for alcohol for as long as I live in this area.

Theres a great selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The staff isnt pushy, so if youre looking for help with a wine selection, you may have to chase someone down. But, theyre super knowledgable so that makes up for it. Theres never been a line when Ive come through.

Im not a big drinker, but if u like to drink by all means check out a BevMo! I was there to work. Im a merchander. I work with alcohol, and they have a lot. They have all kinds things. Its neat to go in and just look around.

Poor customer service experience. We placed order online. It was not ready the next day. They argued that we did not pay. When we showed the paid receipt they were still unwilling to accept that as payment. Very disappointed

Great place to find imported beers (German, Belgium, Czhec (sp?), Irish, English). I havent surveyed the wines, but my guess is that you can get better selection and deals at other specialized wine stores including Costco. Great place for spirits.

This place feels very cramped because beer and wine deals fill every nook and cranny. Very good prices and good service. They dont offer alot of parking so on busy holidays and weekends you might have to park down the street.

This is the second time, Ive gotten carded at this particular BevMo. Which would ordinarily not be an issue as long they were consistent about it. But when Im the only person in line with melanin, or at least the only person in line who looks like his name is Carlos Fernando Barrón, and Im also the only person in line who gets asked for their ID, Im going to call attention to it. The first time it happened, I called the store manager and he explained that the policy is they card anyone who looks like theyre under the age of 45. This time, just like last time, the customers before me did not look much older than me.Maybe its not the store, and its just the one or two cashiers, but this is ridiculous. They refused to sell me anything despite the fact that I have a Club Bev membership, and the fact that my debit card matched the name in their system.To reiterate, people in front of me: young, white, didnt get carded. Me: young/brown, carded and refused service because I didnt have my ID despite other means of determining my age. Im disgusted, and frustrated, and I refuse to shop at this bevmo again. I would leave a lower rating, but this requires me to at least give one star.
