I wish I had the opportunity to work with the owner everyone is such a fan of. They seem to do really good work. Unfortunately, I waited for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a single soul. The one employee I made eye contact with informed me he didnt speak English and continued to walk past without getting aid from a fellow coworker. I had no other choice but to walk next door to their competitor who seems a bit more pricey. I left disappointed.

Very motivated crew thats more interested in getting the job done than trying to talk you into a bad deal. If I need more work done Im coming back here

They took on a repair others couldn’t do. Todd was very professional and was very fair priced.Went over all work that was done. I will use then again.

This review won’t possibly do the folks at AA Truck & Auto justice. They’ve stood beside us and helped us through multiple bus breakdowns over the years quickly and professionally. As a small business with limited resources getting quick turnaround is critical. My staff and I won’t go anywhere else and after problems finding reliable bus repair in the past we now don’t trust anyone else to work on our vehicles. I can’t recommend AA Truck enough. They are top notch in every aspect of operation and I don’t know what we’d do without them.

Small shop but Tod and the guys do good work. My 2000 Toyota Tacoma had a 6 by 2 in rust hole through the frame next to the gas tank. They dropped the tank and box weld a new patch on. Great work impossible to find anyone even willing to do real work in this town. Most shops are just bolt on operations. Thanks guys will be able to get a few more years out of the truck.

Excellent service & reasonably priced for the light/medium truck category! I have an older RV w/ a diesel pusher and they were able to work on everything from major motor repair to doing bodywork, advise on the ac system and quickly diagnose and repair the issues. Do not waste your time with these people. They said my truck will be ready in 4/5 days. But, they didnt even touch my truck for 2 weeks. And returned they key cause I keep pushing them. During 2 weeks, I visited their shop 2 times and called one time. How can I push them for work. Horrible customer service. Even though my friends said do not take their. They dont have good customer service. I took my truck there. Find out now, they are right.Do not loose customer because of questions about their property.One day you will have no customer if you are keep doing this.

Dont trust this people !! I drove 25 miles to show what kind of work need to be done but I had to take it back and agreed to drop it of next day and request estimate but wait for its 4 day no call back and no email back finally reach Kevin he sad cant do it ! Why you promise if you cant in beginning and waist time of people ! Very bad business

Took my company truck there because of a friends recommendation. Worse experience ever. Trick was in the shop for a month, thsts right one whole month and we had to rent a truck which cost a ton of money. All we were doing were brakes,calipers and some rotors. Almost $2600 later the truck was not fully fixed and they had me sign a waiver because some part was not put on and my abs light is still on. All I all 2 months later there is a huge rattle on my truck and alban tire said to take it back to the guys who worked on it. As I brought the truck back Todd the owner was not accommodating at all. Said he is super booked and does not know( zero time frame was given when he can work on the truck) this was out of spite because he did not want to work on the truck and as I showed him pictures of the damage he didnt have much insight. All in all not very professional at all.I took it to a competitor down the street.They had no idea what they were doing pin was put on backwards etc etc I have all this proof and their work that that did to fix this problem. Overall a horror story and very unprofessional work from this shop.Please beware and if you have any questions or doubts please message me. I have all the proofs and this Is a real review of this business and mr. Todd.

This company is complete Lorton garbage. Do not use. Our company placed a vehicle in its shop for commercial repairs. Their technicians could not determine the electrical problem. The 2nd technician could not determine the electrical problem. The third so-called certified technician could not resolve or determine the electrical problem. The sales staff and front counter has no experience in heavy truck and RV service and repair. I would only use this company for minor body work, nothing else.Only if forced to by my insurance. We also have fellow companies that have had the same experiences with this shop. Unless you are a military agency thats wants you shuttle bus to constantly be at this shop, for diagnostics and idiots taking it apart for nothing and have an unlimited financial budget, STAY AWAY FROM AA TRUCK REPAIR. GARBAGE SERVICE. !!! !! !!

I was need service on my RV try to reach them nobody answer call, tried 8-9 times within 4 hours finnaly some one answered but so unprofessional and rude ! I guess they dont want business ! I rather find someone else !
