Who teaches your customer service procedures? Last I checked, calling someone a cuk isnt part of standard customer service procedures. If I could give no stars, I would.

Very dedicated employees that work there. We have purchase a CNC lathe and a mill from them. Sales guy comes to make sure everything goes smoothly. Knowledgeable team on staff for questions when needed. Wodin Inc. would consider buying from them again for future needs.
