Looks way nicer on the inside so that was surprising. Overpriced ammo handed to me in a plastic ziplock baggie… other then that it’s a decent place didn’t have a lot of time but I’ll be back.

Really genuine nice people ! They weren’t just trying to make a sale they were trying to help me find the right firearm for me.

When to get ccw class with my dad just because he dint speak English I whas ganna translate everythingThey denied to give clases even that we where ganna pay for it it wasn’t freeI just buy guns all the time here maybe twice a monthBut they just lost a customer not ever setting feet in here anymore really poor customer service

Joe did a great job teaching the ccw class made sure everyone understood everything and he gave some pointers in the range joe is also funny I recommend people to go there for there ccw

I happened to be in the neighborhood of B&D Indoor Range/Gun Shop and decided to stop by and buy a couple of boxes of 9mm ammo just to have at the house. I went inside and waited to speak with the sales person behind the counter. When I asked to buy 2 boxes of ammo he stated, “Unless You Buy a Gun Today We Won’t Sell You Ammo”! I was surprised and mentioned to him that the 9mm that I was attempting to purchase the ammo for was purchased at their gun shop within the past 12 months. With that knowledge he said, “We Don’t Care and If You Aren’t Buy a Gun Today Then We Will Not Sell You Any AMMO”! I understand that right now is a time that none of us have seen in our life times, but not to care about a customer that has spent money on purchasing a gun plus paying for range time several times over the past 12 months “IS NOT A BUSINESS” that I will be doing business with in the future!So this gun shop is not the only one around and I strongly recommend that if possible you spend your money in a place that will care about you as a paying prior customer.

Fantastic family event! We took her four daughters here to celebrate one of their birthdays. The girls have never shot before. Joe Did a quick gun safety class with us. It was incredibly informative and put my husband and I at ease. Our daughters are 17, 19, 20 and 29 and he treated everyone with so much respect. Thanks to Joe’s pointers and tips not only did we have fun but the girls did amazingly well. I absolutely highly recommend B & D Shooting Range! Thank you B & D and especially Joe for an awesome time and memories we will never forget! We will definitely be back.

Had a Jarvis barrel installed on my Remington 522 Bob did a professional job and he charged me a VERY reasonable price I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and they had the best inventory of firearms BY FAR during the Corona gun and ammo shortage. I mean this is the best kept secret in the firearm industry.

Lower cost for range time, NFA dealer. Their Groupon is a great value. Not a great selection of rental guns and firearms prices are generally a bit higher than some of the larger chain stores, (although you can ask them to price-match). I hope to purchase a suppressor soon, and because the range is on premises, Ill be able to use my new toy while I wait 10-13 months for the ATF to push the paperwork.

Went to buy a shotgun with my daughter. She ended up learning how to shoot. The owner let us rent a pistol and gave us a target and lane in the range for free. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!

Good smaller range. Not usually all that busy. Unless you go on a league day or something. New flooring in range area is nice! Prices are excellent. People are always very friendly. Ive never rented, but I hear the prices are reasonable for those as well. Large selection of guns to buy! Very surprising for such a small range. Hot tip: Buy your ammo elsewhere. I had to get ammo here once and it was very expensive. Other than that, no complaints! Always a good time, 5/5 will continue to keep coming!

Fantastic customer service

This is my go to range, the staff is so helpful and the atmosphere is laid back and inviting. Brandon was very helpful in finding me just the right pistol that met all my needs. The Concealed carry class was very informative and I was confident leaving knowing the laws, safety and handling of my hand gun. The instructor Joe was very personable and answered all concerns and questions the class had. Overall a great establishment and I recommend this range to all.

I dont generally like indoor ranges, but this was a pretty good one. We are considering buying a membership. My wife and did some shopping in the store afterward and Bob did an outstanding job of advising us on some firearms that were suitable for us. Very positive experience.

I went in the store to buy some 9mm ammunition, and was told that they will not sell me any ammo unless I purchased a gun from them. I will no longer conduct any business with them. I USED to use their range, but that is all in the past. I will go anywhere else, even if it’s more expensive.

Called around looking for a particular pistol and they were the only shop who had one. I came in to purchase it and was met with some of the friendliest customer service ive ever experienced. These guys are super laid back and friendly. They have a surprisingly large selection that you wouldnt expect from outside the store, and the prices are better than everyone else in a 30 mile radius. Year round. Sale or no sale. Wish i would have found them sooner.

Ive been here a couple of times. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to explain proper procedures and make us feel confident and safe. Thanks especially to Brandon for not laughing at the noobs!

Prices are fair. Range is small but well maintained. Good lighting. Ventilation keeps it clean. Staff very helpful and attentive. They offer a shooting league and CCW classes. You can rent some of the guns to try out. They always make sure to stock the bathroom with de-leading soap and remind you to wash after shooting health. Nice touch there.

I Just excuted a CCW certification Course at B&D shooting range an it was phenomenal! Joe Parente the instructor and manager of shop is one of a kind. His course was very informative and engaging. I highly recommend his business to anyone as he is a very personable individual and has legendary customer service! He fired on all cylinders(revolver pun intended lol) today. I shoot there often and enjoy my time In the shop and appreciate my interactions with Joe Parente & staff.

I Give These guys a five star rating...awesome service and I took my CCW class they’re a great group of guys...I would recommend Anyone who wants there CCW to go there.

In the range and this guy comes running in screaming that i had turned around to put my gun away in my case and was not a loud to do that. Fine then post it somewhere, Im not a mind reader and you dont need to come in screaming, Lucky I had my son with me it could have turned into a real scream fest. You dont treat customers like that unless your a sloppily run company, which it appears you are. Wont be going back.

B&D is now my go to place to purchase firearms! You may save a few, and I mean very few,bucks going somewhere else, but why when the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier with my experience. Going back for the range soon. btw drove 30+ miles to get there. Worth it!

Go up there all the time to shoot. When I first started shooting they showed me the correct way and the safe way to shoot. When I finally purchased a handgun they gave me a lot of input and there personal opinion which led me to buy the right gun not the more expensive one. There prices beat all surrounding shops and they will be the only gun shop I go to due to service and prices.

The crowd there is very friendly, and the wait times are (more often than not) short. This place can only be described as being like the show Cheers, but without the whole bar thing. The owners are very helpful for those that are just starting out with learning about shooting.

I live near B&T so am forced to go there to shoot since nothing else is close to lorain. I have been going there for years and can honestly say these guys have the worst attitude towards customers. The last time I was in there was the last straw for me and I will never spend another dollar there as long as I live. Do yourself a favor and drive to Stonewall. You will save yourself a lot of headache and have a much better time.

I once loved this range. Bought my first glock there. But since the transition to the new name....Ive found the staff to be pretty rude. Last time I was in the guy behind the counter seemed more concerned with putting away stuff than helping customers. I noticed several guys looking at stuff in the case without even being acknowledged. It just seems to be rundown now. Felt I was treated pretty rudely. Im going to pay the extra money to shoot at select fire.

I was at B&D range few weeks ago. It is one of the best ranges I have been to. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and curteous. Moreover, the owners Bob and Darsan were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my gun. They fixed it and didnt charge me. I will definitely recommend this range to my friends and family.

Bought a gun there just before it was changed to B&D shooting. The sign out front still said B&T. Went inside to do a little shooting and use my 1/2 hour card. Well I got done shooting and gave them my card and the guy behind the counter says this is worthless now and flips it across the counter to me. This is when I found out it was no longer B&T. Same people behind the counter just different owners now. After going there on and off for nearly 20 years I am writing this place off. Will be going to Select Fire from now on to shoot.

People arent bad here. But Someones jacketing material ricocheted to my face. Thankfully, the consequence was only a spec of blood. Clean your damn range. The lead dust is at a criminal level. Blow your nose after a half an hour at the range, you will be shocked..

I go to this range on a regular basis as its the closest one to me. The staff are always nice to me and other customers and they watch their range closely and assist shooters with issues. Very professional range. My only complaint is that it is so small, only 6 lanes, sometimes you have to wait over an hour when it gets busy for a lane to open up. There are also only like 6 parking spots. They have a small shop and stock mostly Glock/Sig/Springfield products. Rental prices on guns are fair, ammo prices are usually in line with the market. Cant shoot anything bigger than .44 magnum here though. No rifles other than rimfire.

This range would be an ok place were it not for the absolutely terrible attitude of the people who work there. Things have gotten no better since the new owners took over, and seem even worse in that regard.Last time I was there, the guy behind the counter was yelling and cursing because of the way somebody parked out front. Like, literally swearing and yelling about a customer. A customer! I will admit the parking situation out front is confusing, but it is 100% up to the owners - one of which was the guy throwing a tantrum - to rope off the section of parking lot that they dont want folks to park in. People cannot read their minds.The range is otherwise just ok. Sort of dirty, a little in disrepair. That could be overlooked if it wasnt for the incredibly sour attitude of the workers toward their customers.
