Recently had a large sun room window shatter for no apparent reason. Called Lakeland Glass along with two other companies. Alex Kosman came out within 6 hours and on the spot he gave me a price. Knowing time was of the essence, Alex checked with his supplier to see how quickly he could get the custom glass. Six days later his installers were back at my house installing the glass ! Installers were also very professional and neat. The second company took two days just to give me a price and then quoted me 3-4 weeks to get it in The 3rd company never even returned my phone call. Would highly recommend Lakeland Glass !!

I had a glass shower door that Glass Doctor Installed 9 years ago. The glass was sagging to where it was hitting on the glass sidelight. Glass Doctor wouldnt even come look at it. Said they dont service that. Lakeland Glass Doctor came right out and fixed it (just needed adjusted). Im not even sure their cost covered their time and travel. We could not be happier with their service and employees and not to mention their price!! Thank you thank you thank you Lakeland Glass.

Tried for a whole we to get ahold snd schedule . Something . Dan came out and then quoted me a price ( high ) . Agreed never called back to take deposit or schedule my repair . Second time I dealt with him . Previous time they had to come out twice to fix problem cause it wasn’t properly done . Bad experience to say the least and very bad communication threw the company

🙄 ever wonder where to get the glass shelving in your refrigerator replaced after you accidentally dislodge it and it shatters into a bajillion pieces?!? Right off of Rt 254 is Lakeland Glass and they are the answer! I never knew there were so many types of glass!! Courteous staff, relatively quick replacement repair, cost less than I had imagined, and they even secured it into the shelving frame so I would get it home safely and in ONE piece!

Crack-Head quality for professional prices.photos included, its a must see!This was my first time dealing with Lakeland Glass. and its my last time dealing with Lakeland Glass.If professionalism is important to you and you work hard for your money, then dont waste your time and money with this company like I did.I took two residential windows to them, one was broken and the other was moving inside the aluminum framing, so they told me the gasket needed replaced with the second window.I give them one star because the glass was replaced in the one window and it SEEMS that the other one was fixed also, but, due to their lack of concern about the work they did that is visible, makes me doubt how well they did the work that isnt visible.I go to pick up the windows, As Im inspecting the finished product, Im shocked because the corners of the windows that are now white in the photos, didnt have anything there, it was just gaps on all four corners of each window, so I ask what prevents water from sitting in there, why wouldnt it be a continuous seal all away around also why isnt the gasket replaced around the whole window. As he stumbled over hes words to make stupidity sound logical, hes says something about it being hard to match up colors with new gaskets and old gaskets. my shock grows into frustration and I say you have to do better than this. so they take the windows back and return with white caulk in the corners of windows that have gray sealing all around it. I asked the salesperson about him saying that the gaskets would be replaced, he looks at the other worker and says well he said the existing gaskets were good, so at this point I have 3 employees trying to explain how waterproof the work is but never addressing the terrible quality of their workmanship on the outside of the window. Very upsetting!Not only was this experience Lakeland Glass upsetting and offencive but its always sad to see such a lack of professionalism and worth ethic in people nowadays! So many dont want to do the job they agreed to do, but they want to make the money the bosses are making and if they make a mistake they feel they shouldnt be held accountable.I hope this post will motivate some positive changes in Lakeland Glass and also save you from wasting your time and money dealing with this pathetic company.

Poor customer service. Called 4 straight days at various times to inquire about an order that I placed. Service department failed to return my calls or respond to my messages. I finally called to cancel my order and thats when he finally called me back. The call was to verify that I wanted the order canceled. Regardless how small the order was, he did not really try to keep my business. I wanted to support a local business but now I have to look out of town.

Got just the right size for my window

Arrogant, rude, way overpriced, apathetic. They bid my job at $1,000.00, and let me know up front that it was going to look REALLY BAD when they got done. They laughed at me when I told them how much I had spent on my remodeling and said I bet you wish you hadnt done that. and then laughed at me again.I got ahold of their competitor who said that he knew them well and that they were complete ********, and then said hed be happy to take a look at it. They came out the same day and charge me less than 1/5 ($185.00) of what Lakeland Glass was going to charge me and they made it look like new.

Waited to weeks for install of a sliding glass door, waited 2 hours over appointment time, they never arrived or called. I called in and was told they had to reschedule.

I cant believe this place has been in business as long as they have been. They came and quoted a home window repair at a rental property. The guy calls me to schedule the work and I was advised they ONLY work M-F until 4pm, but hes gonna see if one of his crew members can work late one day and hed get back to me in a couple days... A week goes by and I call them up after not hearing from him, this time he tells me hell call me tomorrow and will let me know for sure. Tomorrow comes and goes, then another week goes by and I finally get a phone call from the guy, only to find out he CALLED ME BY MISTAKE and meant to call someone else to schedule a job! He tells me Oh, uh, my guy is supposed to let me know by the end of today when he can work late, Ill give you a call tomorrow.. Needless to say I was done by then, but its still been over a week since that phone call and no contact, of course.Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere or do the work myself.

It was horrible. The sales rep (Dave Thomas) promised me a two week window. I even paid up front but that didnt make a difference. Apparently my glass had got broken at the factory somewhere on east coast so they had to reorder it. No one ever told me until I called. After all the time I waited I had called the sales rep but he never returned my calls or, even discounted the project do to miscommunication.So long story short if you do not want to wait 4 weeks to get a window installed dont call this place.
