Got glasses there over a year and a half ago and they still feel comfartable and smooth

I just left from bringing my sons. Ages 7 and 9. My 7 year old is very socially awkward and hates new things. He takes time to warm up to everything. The staff here were amazing in working with him to get him to do his exam. They had complete patience and never just gave up. No one was at all rude either like Ive experienced in the past with physicians and my youngest. I just had to take the time to let them know how much I appreciated them.

I got my eyes tested and got a prescription for glasses! Spent almost $400 for a pair of glasses that are junk! Don’t waste your time and money, go to professionals!!!

Dr. Chonko was very friendly and took her time with my eye exam. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions.

The doctor is really nice but the rest of the staff are rude and unhelpful.

EDIT - I realize that this wasnt really totally the fault of the staff, I like Dr. Chonko a lot. Shes great and inspirational. I know she just rents the space in the Wal Mart, and she shouldnt be judged by this. Raised to 4-stars because Dr. Chonko is fantastic with me and my whole family.This is from 4 years ago and was a one-time thing.I ordered Acuvue II contacts in the beginning of January and was told 5-7 business days. Its been two weeks, and still no contacts. I actually went to WalMart because I thought they might have them in stock, but my prescription is one power too strong to be in stock. As of now, 15 days later, they only have the right contacts in and are offering me a sample left one to hopefully get through until the other box comes in. Of course, that means I will have one more left contact than I will right by the time this box is done. The staff tried to be helpful, and tried hard to make things right, but they were handcuffed by some sort of corporate stupidity or change in ordering process which caused delay they had no control to fix.

I had no issues with staff or the Dr.I did however have to wait a bit longer then I should have while waiting at my appointment to be seen.

Brittany Warren she so rude with costomer ans she realy angry when i try to take my stuff!!
