Great place to shop for a mattress! Sales people are very helpful and will help you find just what you want without being pushy or trying to sell you only the super expensive mattresses. The free adjustable bases are really nice, and you can upgrade for one that lifts your feet up too. Delivery was very fast, and the guys were very nice and set everything up perfectly.

The salesman was very kind and efficient. Gave me a good deal and even helped me stuff a full size mattress inside an Escape! Will do future business with Mattress Firm!

Love my bed! And loved the price!! But did not love the Customer service! The lady tried her hardest to get us to buy a king when I kept saying! I wanted a California king and I already had my mind made up so she rings us up for our bed kept saying it wouldn’t come on time! We would have to wait til July or August well it came today 3 days early at that!! And told us we should pay for the guys to set up our bed it would be a extra 100$ I said no we got it! She said do you have a handy man to do it for you?!!! I said I’m the handy man! I think I can handle a screw driver!! And guess what!! I set up the Adjustable bed frame today and I didn’t even need a Screwdriver or a drill everything is plugged in together it was to! Easy!! Barely had to use instructions Maybe she didn’t know how to read! But I sure do!

Loved my experience with John, who was not only knowledgeable, but helped me find exactly what I was looking for my price range. The 36 month financing is also an excellent option that allowed me to spend more than I would have paying outright. Would recommend the store in Lorain, Ohio with John, if you are lucky enough to find him!

Needed the plastic cover to put an old mattress as required by the garbage company. I was charged $11 for a leftover cut off Of plastic that came off a new mattress. It’s a pretty good profit margin to use a Jagged edge cut off from a new one to resell it. I had to duck tape the ends. I thought it would’ve had to been sealed with a zipper if it’s required by the garbage company not just some random plastic I could’ve did that myself with some random plastic materials 🤷🏻‍♂️

I should have ran out of the door when the sales representative started ripping on another couple who came in and were waiting and while waiting they were on the phone (again, they were waiting. No one was waiting on them at all) and he barely acknowledged them. I was told I was going to get a call when my mattress set came in, never received a phone call so I called 2 days later. My mattress was in, but apparently someone sold my box spring (because apparently having a SOLD tag already on it meant nothing). I was again told that I would receive a phone call once the new box spring came in, NEVER received a call... its now been over a week and Ive had to call 4 times to check on my mattress set. At this point I should have just requested a refund and went somewhere else. I will NEVER shop at Mattress Firm ever again. They have horrible customer service, they staff their locations with only 1 person per shift (barely an hour over lap) which is HORRIBLE for safety. I will NEVER recommend, nor will I shop there ever again.

July 3rd:Mike was knowledgeable and very willing to help.Updated July 15th:So after waiting nearly two weeks and confirming my delivery date the day before, I got a call from Mike telling me that they no longer had my mattress in stock and had to move my delivery back another full week. I called Mattress Warehouse in Avon. They had the exact mattress that I was looking for in a Sealy Brand in stock. I let Mike know that I wanted to cancel my order but got strong-armed into keeping my order just at a slightly less price. Beware if you shop here. They will make promises that they cannot deliver on.

Poor customer service after buying the bed . They were suppose to deliver the bed and call 30 mins before arrival, sad to say never got the phone call so I came home from work early just to have a sorry we missed you sign on the door. Called up to the store to see what was going on and was told he would call the warehouse to see if they were still in the area and still never got a phone call back .
