Very uneducated workers. Disrespectful frustrated employees. I bought clippers that did not charge properly tried to return them the following day with receipt showing they gave me the wrong item as well and told me all sales are final.

DO NOT GET ADVICE!!!!! FOR MONTHS I WENT TO THIS LOCATION ASKING WHAT TO DO TO GET MY HAIR WHITE...I WAS TOLD TO DO MANY STEPS FROM DIFFERENT SALES Associate my hair is darker and dull very unhappy I trusted everyone who gave me advice there.....

The staff is very helpful, they will point you in the right direction if you are having questions about most of the hair products.

Poor customer service. Evelyn and another young lady held a lengthy convo amongst themselves and when I asked for help, as the only customer in the store, I was treated as if I was a bother. Additionally, I was reminded multiple times about the costs of the items that I was picking up as if there was some type of assumption about ability to pay for $8 nail polish WHOAtypically work with the store manager who is knowledgeable as well as personable

My experience was horrible. I will never go back to this store. I was surprised because all the past worker at this store were usually nice. Apparently the store is under new management because all past employees were incompetent so someone else has come in to rescue the store. I was just in store to weeks ago and brought certain products and they were no longer there so I asked if they were discontinued and was told the store never sold the Product. I feel that it is of poor ethics to speak ill of past employees to customers. My whole experience was horrible. I will never go back to this store in Lorain, on Meister rd again.

If youre licensed go somewhere else for your product needs/discounts.And NOONE should be taking any advice from them....theyre not licensed and dont know all of the damage they could be causing!Management 👎👎Go to Elyria branch....better service

Good products but the customer service is horrible. When you walk in the door nobody greets you. I could get over that, but today I asked a worker (hefty Latina girl with glasses) if they had hair extensions in the back. She tells me no and keeps doing whatever she was working on. I asked her coworker to check for me, and he comes out with boxes of hair extensions. I should have walked out and not spent $130 because obviously sales arent important to staff there. Super ghetto...Ill take my business to Midway Sallys.

The girl at the counter was very Knowledgeable and helped me tremendously!

Dalani was the bomb today she knew excatly what i needed and gave me all the instructions to do it she was so upbeat and made me feel so good about doing it im sure my story will have an amazing ending!!! Thankyou so much!!!

You really cant beat the prices but definitely do your own research on what youre getting beforehand because the staff for the most part (and I hate to say this) do not know what theyre talking about.
