Order 2 linkages, both came super fast, no complaints, thank you.

Placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and havent heard anything from anyone. Have left messages on the voicemail and on the website. If I can get an update ony order, that would be great.*Update- got a call from the owner himself about my order. Man, what a nice guy. Dont really see the owners calling customers personally anymore. Great guy.

I placed order on April 19th 2021 for a hat and hoodie. Still says order waiting for fulfillment. They got my money said they sent email and i didn’t get it. Couldn’t went to spam. Spoke to them on phone and they apologized for the delay regarding distribution process and my items were on the way. They are the best to work with and buy from. True American company. I dealt with them in past and was very pleased then as I am now.

Service is not the best. I ordered my shift linkage a couple months ago and have tried continuously to get an update by calling and emailing with no response. I have yet to receive a update or tracking number 7weeks later. Item was paid for in full and I haven’t heard from them nor been able to contact them since that day.

Great customer service. Their was a distribution problem but they quickly fixed everything & I got my F U hat. Couldnt be happier. Highly Recommended!

You would think if you payed a couple of hundred dollars for something that your getting something of hi quality. Part fits ok but you would think that it would be debured before plating and sent to the customer. People take pride in there ride try taking pride in your product

I placed an order with this company for clothing merchandise back in November. When placing order, nowhere on the website did it tell me BACKORDERED OR OUT OF STOCK. Immediately charged my credit card. I waited and waited for the package to arrive. It was a Christmas gift. I sent a Facebook message and owner called me and GUARANTEED I would have this by Christmas. I sent another Facebook message on December 22nd. No response. I called numerous times and no one EVER answered or returned a call. I then receive an email notification the package has shipped (December 22nd) IT WAS MAILED BY US MAIL!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Who does that 2 days before you tell me I would have it!!! It is now January 4th and there is STILL NO PACKAGE. THIS IS THE SORRIEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

My wife and I were in town on vacation from Colorado Springs. We were beyond excited to be able to stop by the Nasty Baggers store. I’m not sure I have ever experienced better customer service. I wanted to buy a couple of T-shirt’s as well as a couple of the plaid casual shirts. I couldn’t find shirts with the particular logo combinations I wanted, so the Nasty Baggers team actually customized shirts for me while we waited.. I know that is probably not the norm because they were very busy, so I can’t thank them enough. Such an awesome experience with a really great company!!Bobby & Isa Block

Its been 2 months since my Shift linkage was ordered. I was told that it would be shipped out this past Saturday or Monday. Here is Thursday and still nothing. They said once it was shipped out we would get an email with a tracking Number, and it took two to 3 days to reach its destination. If you want something for your scoot, dont order from them. Oh by the way, they say 6 weeks, not the case.Update: The first one I got was a hot mess! Burrs, and bent! They reordered a replacement, was supposed to have it last week, still nothing! Avoid them at all costs!Update: It took some time, but the owner of the company spoke to me personally and I finally got an amazing product. After speaking with the owner he also sent me in my old lady four high quality Nasty Bagger shirts. My old lady is not big on crew neck Ts, but the ladys shirts are soft material and styled nicely.

This guys at Nasty Baggers go beyond of what you looking for. Just got some speakers + amp and ohh my god the professionalism, work and price is the best. They even uber me home when i drop off my bike. Fredrick is something else great guy and business man. Thanks for the great job. You will see me again for another proyect.. thanks

Went to Nasty Baggers to Have a custom linkage made, when I walk in the door the staff was great and everyone was in a great mood. This place rocks end up buying my linkage and grabbing some cool gear. I will definitely be back!

The craftsmanship is awesome but they take forever to complete your order and deliver your item, Ive ordered twice from them, first time too at least a month and now this second time is 3 days shy of a month. If you have the time to wait then by all means, the work is worth the wait but if you need it now, dont hold your breath.

Would leave zero if possible, linkage I ordered is wrong and missing parts, and worse than the stock Harley linkage, has so much slip and stretch it’s not even practical to use the part. I waited quite awhile for this part because they got it wrong once before, second time around still wrong. Would not do business with this company if I were you.

Folks, if youre proud of your ride and shes nasty then you have to rep with Nasty Bagger apparel.
