I have been shopping at this store since it opened. In December 2020 I received a necklace from here as a gift. Since it was Covid and I was not going out much I didn’t wear it until February 2021 to my brothers funeral. It was then I noticed a stone was missing from it. When I tried to replace/repair/return it to the store I was told by the owner it was past their 30 return policy and there was nothing they could do.On a side note while shopping recently at Disney Springs I stopped in a store that carries the necklace. After explaining my story the manager’s exact words were ‘here let me swap that out for you’. Needless to say I purchased several other lovely items that day!
