We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and response from Orlando and all the staff at Glass Doctor. They responded to our urgent request for window repair. Parts were ordered and they were very prompt with updates on anticipated arrival and scheduling of follow up- this was VERY appreciated! We will definitely call them again as we will be eventually be replacing and repairing additional windows.

I used a different company to replace a glass in my window. I was informed that there is a product delay and the order was put on hold.Glass Doctor of Longwood assured me they could get the item and came out and took measurements. Their equipment gave about five different readings so they did it manually.Thats all fine and good; but, their quote was triple the competitor. I truly believe they have significantly increased their prices because they know about the product delay.I realize there will be variance in pricing among different people within the trade. But, their labor charge alone was almost the same amount of the complete job from the other company.

Overall, the glass doctor is an excellent company. They removed and replaced two double pane windows from my kitchen nook and now looks amazing. Good customer service, the glass was ordered and arrived on time just as quoted. The installation went smoothly and the quality of work and end product speaks for it self. Orlando did a wonderful job and saved us a lot of money. Instead of replacing our 3 panel sliding glass door, we replaced the scratched glass and gave it new rollers. It now opens with one finger instead of a strong pull with both hands.

Very disappointed, I called them because I had a crack in my windshield for them to come out and fix it instead of calling Safelite. I thought I call a local company they told me Im sorry we dont have people who do that and I said they on vacation because your website said you do she doesnt know we just cant seem to find anyone to do it so this is definitely a mom-and-pop operation advised do not go there . Its sounds like they just want to replace windshields not do customer service

I needed to replace a bedroom window that I accidentally put my hand through Tuesday night attempting to put it back in the track.I called early Wednesday morning, Mr. Orlando fit me in to his schedule and my window was back in by 1pm! And better than before!Orlando did quality work, and he was fast. The cost was a bit more than I imagined $240, for a standard 33 x 29 window.However, considering the alternative, I have a window and my hand is intact.

We were so happy to find Glass Doctor of Longwood. We moved into a new house with our Gordon and English Setters, big dogs, and came from a house with a dog door. The new house is an historic house and the only way to get a dog door in was through the French doors, and the only company who could do it was Glass Doctor of Longwood. They came out to see what we needed, were able to achieve what we wanted, ordered the size dog door and came back and replaced the glass in the French door with new glass and the dog door. It works and looks great. We are so appreciative for their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication. Our life will be much easier now that that dogs can come and go to the fenced yard as they want to. Thank you.

I didnt even get to use the business, but the secretary is awful. I went in two weeks ago with a question which she didnt/wouldnt answer because no one was available to cut glass. When I came back on the day she said to, she told me, despite seeing the same glass I wanted cut two weeks ago, that they wouldnt be able to do the job, offered no recommendations, and overall, was just a waste of time.

My daughters floor length mirror broke when it fell. She liked her frame more than what we saw in stores, so I had it replaced. Glass Doctor came and picked it up, fixed it and delivered it! It would not fit well in my car. I was afraid of the shards of glass handling it and getting in the car. It looks great!

I had a very poor experience with this business. They did a sloppy job about a year ago on the window glass was poorly installed in the frame and they were not able to put the frame back in place right, now I discovered that air is coming through which is the reason for much higher AC bill and noise from the outside.They also replaced my patio door and had to come back a few times to adjust it because there was a huge gap that was was freely flowing through.I would not commend this palace even to my enemies.

My garage window broke while attempting to clean it on a Sunday. Glass Doctor came out just two days later. Gave me an arrival window of 12pm to 4pm and arrived just shortly after 12pm. The owner, Orlando Melendez failed to honor and communicate for an appointment confirmed on 2/20/2020 at 8:30 AM. The business was closed (locked and lights out) and no one answered both the owners cell number nor the main office number. As a businessman my personal time is valuable and wasting over an hour of my time without any communication with me is preposterous. The lack of respect and communication is the basis for my one-star review. I cannot attest to the quality or value this shop provides but will not be providing any business nor recommending to my network.

One of my glass window panes was broken and I called Glass Doctor. They had a look at it, gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled me for the very next day to fix it.
